So the boy called around 11:30pm and said:
`I’m hungry!`
I said:
`Come over!`
He said he pissed off Allan’s dad one day. The threesome were admiring someone’s rifle. The boy said the kickback on this piece is stronger than the rest. The dad was holding the rifle and says to the boy:
`Maybe you need a cushion`.
You see: A cushion is meant to absorb the shock and reduce the impact upon the rifleman’s shoulder. But the boy quipped back:
`Maybe [for your age] you need a cushion!`
Now the father and son are both over six feet tall. The old man was still holding the gun and with a flabbergasted, shocked looked on his face, he exclaimed:
`What?`
Boys will be boys, I guess.
