After receiving a displeasing voicemail message on my cellphone, I wandered downstairs and spoke with Paw who went on about politics. My mind was elsewhere and didn’t pay much attention to him.
The Paw thought he her Maw call for me from upstairs. The sound she made was in fact a very loud cough or sneeze. I went hurriedly upstairs to inquire but she was praying at the time and mentioned molds!
Ah, I see! The constant distraction of house chores has kept me busy and I knew right then that the upstairs needed a good vacuum. And from the looks of the fine dust lurking on areas where electronics are located, those needed the most cleaning.
That went on for about one-half hour or so after calling for help around 14:30pm to 15:30pm. Of course, my mind was still racing from frustration, reeling from the truth and ranting from anything, mostly philosophically.
It had to come to this afternoon’s fateful decision to do the RIGHT thing. I couldn’t take it anymore and it wasn’t fair to my family, the people I could come to love and most especially moi! I used to be afraid, weighing my options based on my mind’s constant imagination of nothing.
I wanted to meet love halfway and start a new life, buy a new home, a new car, new career, anything that would mean freedom, a liberation from house chores (for I am truly a lazy girl at times) and old timers, who have been my life’s saviors for helping me in times of need.
What I really wanted was justice based on promises and guarantees.
