The whole day was gray and cloudy. I believed it might have rained too, again. The air was freezing cold to me. But the parakeets are kept warm with their mini-heater, which has three settings – cold, warm and their favorite setting, hot. That mini-heater was originally used at my work for about a year or two before having to give it up because the `facility department` figured it was a fire hazard. Sheesh.
