That night I discovered why my big left toe has bothered me. The sensation is almost numb and as if there is a sharp pain shooting inside the toe nail. Upon inspection of the area, I could find nothing, no in-grown toenail, no hangnail, no extra cuticle, nothing.
After massaging Maw with the vibrating, hand-held wand on her painful, bloated body, I used the device on the outside, left area of my left knee, just below the bump sticking out. What I felt was really a refered pain. Instead of any injury to the big, left toe, the problem was from the knee area.
The following day and while taking my mid-afternoon cat nap on a fine partly sunny day, I had propped my legs upon a long pillow, letting the weight of my legs bend the knees slightly backwards. Of course, my muscles won’t let it bend beyond straight.
Then all of a sudden and while adjusting my leg for a comfortable place, I heard and felt several snaps, crackles and pops from my left knee-joint. I think the area has been loose for whatever reason and the tendons and cartilage just got stuck inside.
The pain is less and the sensation in my left big toe has returned. Praise the Lord! Alleluia! Amen!
