Two hours or so ago, a couple from our local parish came over to give us a plastic bagful of `calamansi` (a grape-sized type of lemon), hand-picked and carefully cut a few centimeters above the stem so as to preserve the fruit from further damage.

He then went on to describe his find of an upright piano (a Kwai brand) from a local university and his repair of chairs, each weighing around 60 pounds, too heavy for old timers like his wife to carry.
At around 11:44am, “Minh” got up as if to leave but not until Ben played `O Holy Night` that was out of tune and `Silent Night` of which I sang the last verse in German did they finally said their goodbyes. I moved the big potted plant from his instruction after seeing Paw just standing there like a big dolt.
