Since the first week of December 2009, I’ve been wearing my $125.00 (top piece only) retainer, molded and formed by my local dentist in Campbell, CA. That was years ago and ever since I left Cisco, I don’t have any friggin’ health insurance!

I didn’t like the taste of the retainer as I bit down hard enough to let some, `uncooked` ingredients ooze into my system. It’s probably not poisonous but guaranteed to taste like food. Now I don’t make noises in my sleep and my breathing is better. Or is it?
