For those with the feeling of pinched nerves while sitting on your fat behinds, there’s a way to relieve the pain temporarily.
- Make sure your chair has two strong arm holders on either side.
- Firmaly grasps the arm holders approximately perpendicular to the shoulder sockets.
- Lift up as if doing push-ups.
- Feel the stretch.
- If necessary and not recommended, do some twists to hear some snap, crackles and pops.
- Voila!
