For three hours of waiting for Maw to finished up her thallium stress test from 9:15am to 12:00pm, I blogged more spewing nonsense. Most of it has to do with finance.
We decided to eat lunch at Goldilocks (in San Jose, CA). For the second time, we had ‘cambing‘ (or goat) prepared as ‘caldareta’, a type of Filipino dish flavored heavily in sauce and green olives, too! I ate almost half the ‘lechon’ we order and was very full by the time I ate half the serving of a ‘halo-halo‘.
Then we went home, enountered the divorced nutter next door to us (AGAIN), left to deposit the fourth EDD of nine into the bank and went to pick-up a package from the Bayside Station 1534 (off Junction Ave. in San Jose, CA).
The rain was pouring as Paw waited in line for thirty minutes. The rain stopped mysteriously upon Maw announcing she was going out to check up on Paw, who was waiting at the counter.
Apparently, the clerk couldn’t locate the missing package. The black lady claimed that `Fernando` misplaced the package under `letter` and the item was supposed to be under `parcel`. I would recommend that this facility be closed down, too.
Then Maw wanted to go shopping at Burlington Coat Factory (off Saratoga, CA). But I was pissed off as hell and tired, too! I wanted to go home due to my sleepiness and the fact that I didn’t want to drive in a rainy weather through traffic.
And we traveled southbound I-880 to northbound I-280, which was congested with traffic! I didn’t care to take the alternate route off Stevens Creek Blvd: It’s their punishment for making me drive.
Anyway, we were supposed to shop for old granny’s red jacket and red top – both are medium size. But first, we shopped for my coats or jackets, tried on many with comfortable sizes starting at XL (for extra large) and size 16. It was two more of three wool jackets to own.
I got a black Nautica, wool coat that’s $89.99 and another weird brand that’s $79.99 but in red color. I loved the two vertical pockets to the latter. The former looks like a tea coat with nice buttons of anchors.
I tried to beat traffic going home by taking Stevens Creek Blvd. to San Tomas, cutting into Saratoga Ave., right on Monroe and taking Hedding southbound in error, upon which I made a U-turn and headed homebound SLOWLY through our favorite backroads, the fastest way.
