We went to Denny’s for breakfast and saw three to five parishioners – three, TALL old white men and then later two old white couple. The Filipina was an excellent waitress unlike Juana R., who keeps getting our orders incorrect in the past. We took home the extra food of two buttermilk pancakes and two sausages.
Then we went to Applebee’s (in Milpitas) for breakfast and sat in the VERY HOT corner, near the pick-up ramp. A tall, handsome dark-haired chap was kind enough to close the aqua-colored blinds to block out the warm sun and turn on the air conditioner to cool the air. We ordered the usual and I had my knife and fork meal with lots of ONIONS, which came out that same evening. We took out Maw’s 1/4 eaten meal and a free fudge cake with ice cream.
Then we went to the 99 Ranch and bought a Taro cake for $14.95. It had very light-colored purple strips of cream in the shape of a scroll and lots of fruits on top: peach, strawberries, two green grapes, one purple grape, and one styled kiwi.
But we needed noodles for long-life. And Paw and I went out again to buy a large container of Valerio’s `bihon` noodles.
Too much food makes people fat, like me. My photos show that I’m THICK!
