Just watched a `hulu.com` video on `Rush Limbaugh Takes Jay Leno’s Green Car Challenge`. Rush said he loves the electric car but doesn’t believe that the electric car will save the environment. I say the electric car may work for some but most Americans want power and speed.
Honestly, Rush is looking HOT and much thinner. Yum. He just needs to loose more on the belly. I guess he could one of those few older guys that not only look good but has an intellectual mind that won’t cease to entertain `the skulls full of mush`. But I digress.
Anyway, I am currently a proud owner of a 1996 Ford Mustang. It still runs good but has a paint chip on the right corner of my rear `spoilers`. And if given back MY hard-earned money by TPTB via banksters, I would NOT trade in my car right away but consider buying an electric car. Besides, I don’t go far except home, church and work, if any.
I wouldn’t switch car manufacture brands (i.e. Ford Motors), even though Japanese made cars fit my 5′ 4″ frame better. Why? Because (and I didn’t realize this until this year) it is because of one inspiring inventor:
George Washington Carver (January 1864[1][2] – January 5, 1943), was an American scientist, botanist, educator and inventor whose studies and teaching revolutionized agriculture in the Southern United States. The day and year of his birth are unknown; he is believed to have been born before slavery was abolished in Missouri in January 1864.[1]
- Carver also did work with soy, which he and Ford considered as an alternative fuel.
- Henry Ford, head of Ford Motor Company invited Carver to his Dearborn, Michigan plant where the two devised a way to use goldenrod, a plant weed, to create synthetic rubber.
