While trying to do yardwork late after lunch, a white truck suddenly stopped on the side street of the house in front of us. Then it made a U-turn on the opposite side of MY road between the two cul-de-sacs. It waited there for about thirty minutes from 14:50pm to 15:25pm.

I was hiding for awhile until it went away and kept busy on the side of our house near the next door neighborhood. Lots of leaves were being blown down the drive, eastward. After the first truck left, I was able to rake the big branches and small twigs from where I left off. The next truck was a San Jose City vehicle. It was parked between northbound on MY road and in between the two cul-de-sac. It too appeared in the prior weeks while we worked to clean up the mess that the city is too CHEAP to afford!
