Yippie! After about two hours of tweaking my weblog site AGAIN, I’ve found the best theme for free here at WordPress.com:
Sandbox 1.6.1 by Andy Skelton & Scott Allan Wallick
Rich with powerful and dynamic semantic class selectors, Sandbox is a canvas for CSS artists
Tags: white, microformats, fixed-width, flexible-width, one-column, two-columns, three-columns, four-columns, left-sidebar, right-sidebar
Personal PROs:
- Time/date stamps for posts (not pages) for single and archive views!
- Navigation for both single and archive modes appear on four corners of the content!
- Default font size is HUMONGOUS and good for the more myopic eyesights!
- Other features include: customer header (of a sylph), a sitename, a tagline and a navigation bar with drop-down menu feature!!!
Personal CONSs:
- Colors are currently on safe mode and in gray tones. Blah and boring!
- I can’t suppress the .entry-meta data for the STICKY PAGE, single and archive modes!
- Posts in archives mode not shown in its entirety.
I’m keeping this theme! But for how long? Hmmm!
