After dinner, frozen were her hands. I placed a hooded, fleece jacket of pink color. A dark brown cap made of fleece was worn underneath for added warmth. Then in a rare opportunity, I gave Maw a warm bear hug, leaning over from her left side as she sat at the dinner table while Paw finished up his evening meal.
‘You’re both are warm as if on fire’, she said. I tried to embraced her more to send her some of my warmth and that felt comforting but not as close to a ‘buggle‘ that one would find with a good-hearted and yummy mate, yup. She’s like a little baby bumpkin, all nice and toasty, only she’s larger and too heavy to cradle in my arms while standing up. I recall one of many photos of Carol in such an outfit. Cute, really.
Moments like these make me wonder why I’ve not done those more often to people who care about me and who need love in return. I think these damn laws prevent perverts and weirdos from coming up to strangers to give a friendly hugs. But that’s another issue as I digress in my thoughts, mingling every detail as if each is comparatively related to the other.
Yeah, so when you feel like you love someone for whatever reason, go ahead and give them a hug. But use your common sense and don’t end up in jail for allegedly harassing the unsuspecting recipient of good vibes.
