I awoke around 08:30AM and managed to get a venti, green tea latte prior to work, which is much calmer. The boss is out on vacation and we haven’t gotten a chance to start the new period.
I kept coughing the whole day but my lungs were clear, according the to doctor, whom I saw today at 01:30PM. I couldn’t take the dizzy spells, head and ear pressures and pain in my jaws, neck and between the shoulder blades.
All I got was a nasal spray and a suggestion to take over the counter medication. I’ll have to re-schedule to get the diagnosis of blood work and that ‘annual’ physical check up later on after I feel better from this ‘flu-like’ symptom.
The key is to drink lots of water. This does not mean too many gallons but lots during the waking hours and prior to going to bed. And since I do wake up during the night, I keep replenshing to get my system washed from these symptoms.
I got back to work around 14:00PM, encountered ‘Micro Summit’ at the elevator. He mentioned something about visiting the mothership. He does look very red in the face, by the way.
After getting off the lobby, I picked up mail from the receiptionist ‘Leena Peggy’ and managed to get the in-house deposits in by 14:30PM. Then I relaxed the whole day and almost fell asleep.
I got irritated knowing I had to stay longer at this company but that is status quo for now. Then one phone call later I got more irritated knowing I had to put up with more ‘spits.’ Hopefully, my high diastolic pressure from this afternoon’s visit with the doctor would go down next week.
I’ve taken one photo of a two dandelion puffs greeting me near the front door and then more sylphs from over our home.
Dinner was eaten with my parents and I told them about my health. ‘Kali-Maw’ lectured to me as ‘Shiva-Paw’ supplemented what I should already know by now. Then ‘Kali-Maw’ and I exercised to a cassette tape recording after I’ve done my arm exercises to relieve my back pain.
