“I am not sure if I have typed this before or not, but thanks to Flynn *thank you Flynn :) *, I remembered an old memory of my first known sleep paralysis (back then I did not know what sleep paralysis was, and so this experience was very scary).”

I recall going through a sleep paralysis but I was still in some sort of “lucid dream state” at that time and maybe I almost completely OBE! I know it was scary and I will pray for your strength for restful sleeps.
