If you controlled he weather, what would it be like today?

I would first clear any fog, smog or clouds slowly. The I’d like to have the skies clear before the sunrise. The sunshine would be bright and warm enough to wear light clothing but not cold enough than 22 degrees Celcius. But the etheric wind will move the warmth around the area and cool those working and playing underneath the sunshine. Then during the night the temperature can drop enough to create morning dew for the next morning.
