20230610-1441. I just do NOT have the patience to read books. I find myself reading in reverse – starting from the end of the book and then back to the front of the book.

I just want to know the results, the end, the summary, the gist of the story or plot and NOT have to trudge through tons of pages and NOT wonder what in the world happened after hours and hours of reading.

Yesterday, after our favorite podcaster posted the link on his main Telegram channel on/about 15:50 PM, I listened to my Paul Johnson version of KJV audio for the Book of Deuteronomy, which lasted over two hours and then the Apple Music app played the next Book of Numbers which I had to cut short for time for sleep.

I prefer listening only and trying to read along seems to be more distracting but helps to focus on GOD’s words. I tried reading only but then I’d fall asleep within a few minutes of reading a few passages.
