I don’t understand what Oracle and Google did or the difference between copyright and patent. My concern is those downloadable “apps” – free or paid – and how using those “apps” affects my smartphone usage/access. I’m also concerned about “sharing” platforms and the threshold for gaining/profiting/infringing from from what really should be “free”; since everyone else can pay for classes or learn for free how to design/whatever.
