Dear Matt Meister,

Dude! What’s up with your happiness engineers? Yesterday and without thinking due to being bored again, I sent a generic support and today “Mark” replied, where is it? WTF is going on?

Can y’all simply (if it’s truly “that” simple and I guess, NOT, since it’s NOT in the source documents) implement and add a shortcode for my “blogroll” lists of links; so that I could add that to a new “page” as an alternative option and supplemental choice to that “Links” widget for the sidebar(s)?

Now, I’ll change my mood from being somewhat happy to mightily pissed off. I can’t recall but maybe I might have sent a support suggestion like this long ago. Eh.

I refuse to reply to the email message. Begone, misanthropic, err, milquetoast, err, some word starting with the prefix “mis” fools!

I refuse to use the support forum too because it’s been awhile and, well, maybe y’all are too under paid, under employed, or whatever, to care about us users! Sob!
