I’m scanning my old pieces of paper from the past. Most are certificates and awards. I came across a synchronous message that I’d like to share as far as what’s going on with my life. It’s a Con-gratulations as a ‘Very Important Person’ for “[my] leadership in setting the ‘pace’ helps the entire class [of 1981-1982]. Huh. Whatever. (Yawn.)

Message:

Teacher: “Always live life to the fullest, as best you know how and circumstances permit.”

Student: “What if you don’t know how and circumstances don’t permit?”

Teacher: “That’s life”
