Today went normally. Sang as usual. Heard inspiring sermon of Christians not being Christians because of intolerance of differences and acting above all others by ‘discriminating’ is the word Fr Peter alluded. I was thinking, yeah, that’s correct only among normal people who aren’t stupid/crazy.
Walked twice around TGM after eating McD for lunch and Classic Cinnabar Roll as ‘dessert’. Noticed AmerAsian girl very polite and grayed Japanese guy approached counter upon my presence there with Dad. Noticed recently the Buddhism quality of calm regard among Asians. Filipinos, unfortunately, are mostly Christians and are messed up like white American conservatives, who dint tolerate differences very well.
Thus, I sat upright and properly ate/drank/served the tasty roll to my parents, sensing being observed by Asians.
Came home, did rosary, napped for three hours, awoke, warmed dinner, ironed laundry, watched Galavant on ABC, and will live yet another day, work another week, until the end, if any.
Yesterday attended evening mass at OLP and Mom said I sang like an angel. I was trying my best to match the twin sister’s nasally ‘choir boy’ voice. She is more comfortable worshipping here than at SVP. We met Margaret, the grandmother of that tall boy of our local KofC. He dropped her off there. She’s 82.
20150104-1926. Pulled dream here.
For some reason and several tunes in the past few days, Mom wanted me to invite Das Squirrel over four whatever, church, meals, walking. But I refused knowing that jerk ass is gone and only shows face to “prove” he is still post of the family. At least he served her microwaved porridge for dinner that evening after her surgery that day. The feeling is the same – no excitement but only known as family. Blah.
20150103-1437. So this morning upon Dad opening the garage, Loca Lolita comes out of hiding like a crazy-ass troll, drags the garbage/recycling bins haphazardly up the side alleyway nearest our shared fence, and starts making loud noises of throwing glasses and bottles from somewhere into these bins. Dad was struggling to put Mom’s shoes on while inside the garage. As soon as we reversed our Benz, she immediately runs down her driveway and pretends to throw something into the pile of leaves and debris left in front of her driveway. That piece of crazy shit is being supported by taxpayers, by the way. Stupid America laws.
