The whole day has been beautiful, sunny and clear blue skies over with lots of fluffy, puffy clouds of white everywhere! Earlier the clouds were over east-ward hills. And later the clouds came over to the west-side area. The air was cool but not icy cold. And somehow the skies got gray overcast after around noontime or so.
While enjoying the outdoors of Maw plucking out my gray hairs, she DEEP FRIED her fish pate, which shrank and looked like tofu. She added ground turkey, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, green onions and seasoned with garlic salt and oyster sauce. The binding ingredients were eggs and lots of flour. Earlier we folded some in wonton wrappers.
