A few hours into sunset, I noticed high altitude popcorn clouds taking on a cast of pink color against white puffiness and blue skies! I was still blowing dust off Christmas decorations and noticed that the shine of the sun set was barely enough to reach the southern wall to our home, past through the thick branches of our fruit trees.
Amazingly, I thought about the clearing of gray clouds to be replaced with fluffy, puffy ones earlier this morning while listening to Adrea Boccelli’s `My Christmas`. The Christmas music filled my heart and my mind but most of all my imagination of serenity.
Lo and behold, the western skies towards the setting sun of gold appeared to have revealed light and then darkened blue skies; while the more southern part of the Bay Area still wanted to be all gloomy and rainy with gray clouds.
