I don’t know if I blogged about this but I’ve been feeling run down, fatigued, lethargic, as if I want to sleep during the days, instead of the nights. I feel more refreshed after my four hour naps either in the mid-morning or in the mid-afternoon. But lately, I’ve been short-circuiting my mind to keep busy; so as to keep the blood flowing and the circulation going through my body. Somehow some of that oxygen-rich blood is not reaching my brain and toes.

So whatever is happening is totally wearing me down. My energy feels like its depleted and I’d close my eyes while attending mass. Maw would jab me lightly to wake up. But my eyelids are so heavy I could just fall asleep. Tonight, I fell asleep twice Paw was praying the rosray. Maw always sleeps somewhere during the prayers and she’s the religious nutter of the family.

Anyway, maybe my “spring cleaning” won’t stop until I could really get rid of stuff from this house. But again, since I’m not the property owner of these sentimental valuables, I cannot do much but sneak these out to the local donation center one at time, every other day.

How much more will I run down if I actually had responsibiiities, such as family, mortgage, work and other unnecessary “lifestyles” meant for the rich and famous? I’d probably get an early grave. Really, I’m not waking up like I want to bounce out of bed. My eyelids don’t care to open even though I can sense my surroundings.

As mentioned in my previous blog entry, I’ve been feeling less pain for the better part of this year, if not the last year or the quater end. I really do NOT understand what is going on. Perhaps, I have inherited Paw’s tolerance for pain. Or that maybe I’ve prayed really hard for healing and to the dead to please: “Take away my pain”. Umm. Gee. I sure do need some pain threshold so as to avoid further injury.

Recently I’ve been taking potassium iodine — both in tablet and liquid form. I don’t know if I blogged about this one but I was sitting in front of my computer and one night, I felt tingling sensation directly at BOTH my thyroids. It was as if some sort of energy was pin-pointing two particular spots of my neck and towards the center and somewhere in the middle. Thank you.

The clear liquid drop from Biotec Research was taken last night. I had placed one drop (equivalent to 150mcg) into a very small amount of filtered water and drank that at once and then followed it up with another glass of water. For whatever reason, I suppose some of the water stayed inside my mouth because I could feel the effect in between my gums and working its way throughout both my cheeks.

As a result, I do not feel the “lump” in my throat or the weepy feeling that something is “crying inside” or draining but not my sinuses or post nasal drip, the kind that makes me gag and turns my eyes and face read from coughing too much. However, my left eye seems to feel less “heavy” but I do feel as if it is stressed or tensed because I could feel the muscle “pull”.

Anyway, the tip of my left toe seems to have lack of circulation. The thick skin had to be gentle “sliced” off with a scraper meant for hard calluses. I had to be gentle because the area of that skin is somewhat thin. The sensation is numb but not tingly. So whatever is going on, I’m falling apart ever so slowly. Perhaps, sitting down too much in front of the computer has accelerated parts of my body that I thought would never feel that much pain.

Besides the custom-fitted mouth protectors to protect from teeth grinding and the wrist brace to stablize my left wrist, I will wear my newest support tonight: Flexees® brand girdle (6858). It’s black in color and made out of 78% nylon and 22% Lycra® spandex material.

Well, my lower left back where the sciatia is located has given me a bit of trouble. While watering the plants this morning, I was stooping down and felt my lower back ache. Then during dinner tonight, I was sitting and moved, only to feel the left side “give” way as if something is depressurizing. It did this twice.

I tried to do a “hard stretch” while supine on the bed and felt the pain come out of the left side of the back. But prior to hopping on the bed, I heard and felt a soft pop as my back slid into its normal place. You see, I was tightening up my tummy yesterday evening and my back muscles didn’t like that exercise.

Now the back is spasming from exersion.
