Month: September 2011

  • 20110921-Trying Theme

Bah! Humbug! I had to request a refund for a “Premium Theme” — Minimum. The “Genesis” widgets are great. But the layout doesn’t fit my weblogging needs at this time. As a result, I reverted back to the “Twenty-Eleven” theme by team Autommatic.

See? I told you I wouldn’t be satisfied until I get control of the “HTML markup, PHP code, or content“! I just want a simple layout that loads effortlessly and has my codes just the way I want it. The thing is, I don’t know coding, which is supposed to be poetry. Which is why I would like a “Drop And Drag” feature, like widgets for the sidebars, please!

  • Troy’s fall…

Well, it seems that Troy Davis was executed on the eve prior to September 22, 2011, a double digit number. I didn’t know who this person was or why he was sentenced to death.

I’ve read briefly online that perhaps Sylvester Cole may have been the gunman to have shot a police officer over two decades ago. We will never know, except that capital punishment must stand as the “law of the land”.

Perhaps, his death and the way death penalties are handed down may have been a means to justify how society treats innocent murderers, whether proven guilty or not.

The conflict to end a war between the state and people can be seen here time and time again: The enemy within has always been its own people in power.

  • Donation and business…

I hate you all! I just discovered that the “Command” line read as Donation and business! Donating is purely charity and NOT a “money making” business. The taxation is hidden as fees, which is 1/3 of any donation made via PayPal. I expect TPTB and pals to “rethink” how they want this unfortunate loop-hole to GO DOWN! I am NOT happy! There are people who count every penny! So where are these fees supposed to go — into the pockets of “administration and management”? Huh? Are you going to tax us at the end of the year for the other 2/3 in money that you people keep taking? You are all thieves!

  • Good dreams…

While eating a late lunch and as per my notes on the “Memo” apps of my cellphone, Maw reported that her dreams have been good for two days or so in a row. People are helping her. Usually she is lost or lost items. And no matter what she seems do, none would help her.

  • Highest law…

So on our local radio station 560am KSFO, Mark R Levin just spewed that the U.S. Constitution is the highest law of the land. He is also a sell-out! He fails to mention that “America” is a British corporation!

During this morning’s broadcast on the same radio station, Brian Sussman played the sounds of an emergency siren, not of our local Bay Area, but that of Britain and similar European countries!

“The British are coming! The British are coming!” ~ Hollered Paul Revere long ago. The British never seemed to break away from the Crown. You can hear more MSM personalities with British accents.

  • Delete Site Tools…

Today, I noticed that my renew notice for a registered domain name on my Dashboard has disappeared. Now I’m trying to “Delete Site” via the “Tools” section of my Dashboard. Here is the webpage:

    Delete Blog

    What is your goal?

Did you know that deleting a blog removes both the blog name and the content forever? Chances are pretty good that there’s a better solution.

Please review the options below and make sure you’ve selected the one that best fits your need.

    [Select an option]

    • Change my blog’s URL — Deleting a blog causes its name to become unavailable forever. If you wish merely to change your blog’s URL, please try our handy Changing a Blog Address tool instead.
    • Transfer my blog to another user — Deleting a blog causes its name to become unavailable forever, even if you’re attempting merely to change the name in hopes that another user can recover it. To assign a blog name to another user, please try moving a blog to another user instead.
    • Move to another host — Deleting a blog is not necessary if you wish to move to another host. You can just leave the blog intact — we promise we don’t mind. If you wish to hide the content, you can simply change the privacy options. If you wish to have your WordPress.com blog link redirect to your new self-hosted blog, you might be interested in our Offsite Redirect upgrade. Finally, if you are ready to export your content to another WordPress blog, you might find our Export instructions useful. And if doing the move yourself scares you, you might be a good candidate for a Guided Transfer, a paid service in which our Happiness Engineers do the heavy lifting of transferring your blog off-site for you.
    • Empty my blog of all content — If you wish to empty your blog of all of its content but keep the blog name, please contact support, and one of our Happiness Engineers will be glad to lend a hand. Do note that once the blog is emptied, the content is gone forever, so please make sure you mean it before you ask us to empty your blog.
    • Free up the blog name so somebody else can use it — At this time, there is no way to free up a blog name. Once you’ve registered a name, it’s yours. If you’re trying to free it up so that someone else can use it, you might want to try moving a blog to another user instead.
    • Permanently delete the blog name and all content — Please read carefully. You are trying to permanently delete [user name here].wordpress.com. If you do not want webloggerism.wordpress.com to exist any more, you can delete it. This CAN NOT be undone. It is permanent. All of your posts and data will be gone forever on this blog. If you have other blogs, they will remain intact. If you are sure… I want to permanently remove [user name here].wordpress.com and I am aware I can never get its content or its URL back. If you could take a sentence to tell us why you’re deleting this blog we would really appreciate it. If you are moving your blog someplace else, let us know where!

Hmmm. I think I like the “Free up the blog name so somebody else can use it”. Then again, I have no choice but to “Permanently delete the blog name and all content”.

    Delete Blog

Thank you. Please check your email for a link to confirm your action. Your blog will not be deleted until this link is clicked.

Okay, I’m still waiting for the damn email.

  • Do you think peace in the middle east is possible?

Nope. It is not possible for peace in the middle east because the Muslim religion is intolerable even with its own people, who are killed for trying to “explore” differences outside their religion. Other “peaceful” neighbors, whether its countries or people and their homes can get along but not the intolerable, outmoded thinkers, such as the Jews, too.

Do you think peace in the middle east is possible? Do you think peace anywhere is possible? Likely? Why is it so hard for neighbors, whether its countries or people and their homes. to get along? Or is it easier than we think?

  • Hikers freed…

This is yet another propaganda. So I’m listening to “The Five” on FoxNews spewing crap. These hikers are dumb to have crossed an unmarked border in northern Iraq. Anyone who works in the intel community know these people are NOT spies because they have families/relative and are NOT “loners”. To Dana Perino and pals, you are all sell-outs! What is the REAL deal with religious countries who put innocent people in the middle of this unfair treatment?

Maw was wiping a bowl of green, seedless grapes when she discovered a smiling face from brown speckles.

  • New short hair cut…

This morning I made a hair appointment with Kim at High Life Beauty Salon after 12:30pm. After loading Paw’s jackets to be washed, I left at 12:35pm, and shopped for “sinigang” based soup pack from Perucho grocery store next door to the salon. One was a “Knorr” brand; the other was a “Mama Sita’s” branch.

    At 1:09pm, I arrived home.

The hair cut was less than a minute and I was charged $12 because it was a “men’s” cut, not a “butch” that lesbians wear, but cut enough with long bangs for different styles.

The side burns were long enough to cover the tops of my ears but angled downward to cover my sideburns. The back was short, like a military and it offers the much needed “ventilation” for this month’s unusual “heat wave”.

  • 20110921-Random Thoughts

Here are my notes done on the “Memo” apps of my cellphones:

At 10:57am, the divorced nutter has been seen turning right on MY long stretch on road. This was after I heard bottles and cans dropping on my sidewalk and saw a portly, old Chinese man tying his white plastic bag to his “flea market” type of aluminum cart.

We are washing Paw’s expensive jacket in mild detergent.

At around 10:00am and while Maw was cooking outdoors in the back yard, the parakeets got their shower with the garden hose, after I sprayed them down with a feather conditioner of lanolin oil. They appeared soaked.

At 9:39am: Paw wanted to fix the recycling bin. So I helped him remove the styrofoam and cardboard pieces. With the recycling material at the bottom, we loaded the bin with the “fur balls” (or Paw’s word to describe styrofoam). Paw took the ladder and went inside the bin to “compress” the material with his weight by stepping and jumping up and down. I took his pics. Then the cardboard pieces went on top.

At 9:34am: After eating breakfast, Maw wanted us to transplant here growing taro pants from containers in the back yard to the soil in the front years. Then Paw told us how to plant sugar canes. Cut the top of the cane stalk. Soak the stalk in the river and stack it like a beavers dam. When the root comes out (just like the taro root plants), the sugar canes are ready for replanting.

At 8:13am: During this morning’s sermon, the priest mentioned the “trials and errors” in life. In yesterday’s conversation after Paw’s doctor’s appointment, Maw and I know that today’s doctors are no longer aggressive in the treatment of patients by giving prescriptions and other useless diagnostic tools. Doctors used to check the patient thoroughly and ask questions. Even the euphamism in the word “practice” has been “trials and errors” on the lives of people.

At 7:55am: Yesterday the sunrise appeared to be behind the neighbor’s palm tree. This morning at around the same time at 7:00am, the sunrise appears appeared to be slightly more to the “right” of this palm tree. Also, the weathery has been friggin HOT!

  • Overly worked…

“I’m tired because I cook and clean until past midnight.” ~The same story many times in the past as told by Mercedes with her big smile. She is NOT in her right mind.

Maw and the boy are the same. They would rather keep busy than rest. Their bodies are barely able to keep up with their restless minds. Even though they are told to shut up and stop what they are doing unto death, they deny anything is wrong with their “wiring” and blame others for not understanding their nutty world. That’s all, folks.
