  • Listening to Music Choice..

After dinner and for two hours from eight to ten at night, we listened to AT&T Music Choice. maw and I listened to “Easy Listening”; “Singers and Swing” and “Classic Masterpieces”. When Paw decided to join us about an hour later, we listened to “Classic Country” and “True Country”. Then there was the “Sounds of Season”, which was mostly polka and beer songs.

I recognized some favorites, such as Glenn Miller, Willie Nelson, Beethoven and Mozart.

  • 20110930-More Spooks

Two days ago, we were backing out from our driveway and were just straightening out our car to head on to the stop sign and into the MY long stretch of road. When I saw that the Dodge, long-bed white-colored truck was about to leave at the same time we left to attend that morning’s mass. Of course, I offered a subtle flick of my left middle finger disguised as a scratching of my head.

Three days ago, a fellow parishioner came up from behind the three of us. The old fart smiled and expected me to attend the following day’s Bible study. Maw and the her exchanged a few words in their Filipino language and all of us went our way, with the old fart smiling and making the “sign of the cross”. Later, I overhead a couple of old farts talk between themselves. They were behind us and headed for their cars, too. They mentioned something about prayers. Of course, I was making subtle faces and mumbling under my breath: WTF?! I wonder if these people take a hint: I don’t do religion.

Addendum- Last edited by FLYNN on 20110930 at 22:22:28 PM PDT: After our walk around the mall sometime last week, there sat a buck teeth white guy on one of the wooden benches near the water fountain. I stared at him and I saw one Chinese guy with his young family looking at the guy, too. The buck teeth guy had a silver wedding band on his left right finger and wore those black Canvase shoes with white rubber bottom. He wore mostly black and had a short, light hair color. I wanted to smash his face in with my fist.

  • Bad widget…

I sent the Support team another issue regarding the difference in the count item for “Category Cloud” widget and the “edit.php” page. The widget is off by two or three items, especially for my main “Uncategorized” tag. I merely used “A list or dropdown of categories” widget in place of the “Category Cloud” widget. But I really wanted the cloud version until the issue is resolved.

  • Fixed page again…

Okay. So I’ve deleted an old page, along with its history of some of the most recent edits and re-created a same but new page for the “front/home page”, which is the “Contents”, a page which has been linked by a “dedicated blogger’s” website. Only another blogger linked to my blog.

Anyway, I wanted to model the “table of contents” after my favorite religious “daily companion”, which we thought would not have been brought out today. But thankfully, Ben placed those on a table in the front where everyone grabbed one (and hopefully honestly).

But I didn’t want to duplicate ALL the pages from the “Page” widget located in the bottom/sidebar. Currently, there are really only three major pages to any website and mine include: a page about the site (or frequently asked question and/or sitemap of pages); a page about the administrator, author, contributor and/or editor and the contents, which are the blog entries.

There is only one credit for the customized header images. That idea was borrowed/stolen from the “TOC” of the “daily companion”, of course.

  • Two tenses…

So while playing around with the WordPress.com themes, I’ve changed the site title and tagline several times and used the first person “my” and a third person, respectively. It’s kind of like a good personality but really a bad person who is fugly and has lots of personal “evil” thoughts.

So there you go: “My Blogging Path” is all mine. And my thoughts are personal while hiding behind an anonymous character by the name of Flynn. It’s short, like me but not always sweet. Bahaha!

  • Old listeners…

As part of the ongoing therapy for Paw’s weening away from social media, such as the foul-mouthed nonsense spewing forth from the likes of MSNBC and pals, Paw is upstairs holding hands with Maw and listening to the AT&T music programming:

    • 5124 – Solid Gold Oldies
    • 5138 – Singers and Swing
    • 5139 – Easy Listening

My late Uncle Florene and late Auntie Hely used to listen to these old songs from the war-time era. I do recognize some of these songs, by melody/tune and/or title.

  • Die fools…

“Let the spiritually dead bury their own dead.” ~Luke 9:60 (Bible).

On July 19, 2011, an old fart died of a massive heart attack because he would rather earn lots of money from rental property and travel rather than seek medical attention.

That was also the day the boy chose to have his VERY last professional portrait done with his OLD family. He then stormed off into the evening to stay by the side of the twit and his NEW, replacement family.

During the funeral of that old fart the following wee,, he and his wifey CHOSE to ignore us upon our arrival. They continued to ignore us during the funeral and reception the following day. They are really stupid.

After we scolded him about their rude behavior during lunch with us at home a few days after the wake, he stormed off.

On August 13, 2011, I scolded him about posting manipulative information on Facebook because his relatives are wondering what he is trying to prove with his vices.

On September 12, 2011, the couple goofed again, thinking that everything is okay after over three years of putting up (or cow-towing) with their crap.

These type of people will fall down hard for climbing up the ladder of success too fast and at the expense of those who they have ignored.

  • Patriotic President…

So Nixon left office because of the liberal thugs. Ford loved his country; while Clinton loved sex. The Iran hostage ended when Carter left office. Our country’s problem will end when Obama leaves office A.S.A.P. “It’s Good To Be President” only when you leave office, the nation and the world in good standing.

  • Foreigner cooties…

    “Isolated illegal ALIENS”

If it is too much too ask, could you please innoculate the illegal ALIENS, who cross the borders or come fresh off the boat or by land by air?

They might bring turberculosis and other cooties to the “natives” living on God’s land.

Perhaps, a nice VACCINATION program might be warranted to help “protect” the AMERICAN taxpayers/donors, who are footing the bill.

If this “health care insurance bill” is mandated, then that should “encourage” freeloaders to reconsider “free-will” as being a price to pay.

  • Why are you here?

With the new Medicare rules/laws/regulations, the doctor must ask the patient: “What is the purpose of your visit here?” The patient must answer in his/her/its own words.

So before going to your health/primary care physician, find the correct words and communicate your intentions VERY clearly.

Medicare will PUNISH dumb recipients for NOT understanding the recent/ongoing changes/loopholes by sending you the bill directly.

For example, if you are getting a blood work, check HOW MUCH a facility charges for the TYPES of services.

If Medicare doesn’t get the correct code, you could get dinged!

If the services rendered are done TOO frequently against Medicare’s schedule, you could get dinged.

You will be sent the bill directly and get screwed trying to fix it!

  • Tri-racial words…

This morning “El Rushbeau” used the following words: Black Caucasian. Now I got the image of a person with ancestry that is bi-racial or more, meaning black, Cauc (which sounds like “cock” or opposite to “hen”) for “white” and Asian.

I was thinking about Asians looking like “Caucs” with light hair, eyes and skin colors/tones. I was also thinking about America and Americans who are of different race, color, creed, etc. I think words sufficient describe the humans, some of whom look like monkeys — chimps, Reese or even gorilla.

  • Ticking off…

It’s been two days since he
Cried out for “any help at this time.”
    She wonders who is filling
    His empty begging bowl now.

But a new promise has been made
And a beginning starts anew with
No strings attached or worry in the world.

    Meanwhile,

    Though the angels and saints
    Press on and march onward,
    The martyrs wonder when they
Will have their turn in line to
    Sacrifice themselves to feed
    The needs of others…
