  • Blogging for the long haul…

I am most produtive at night when all the house chores and other activities have been completed. I can realistically write very few thoughts nowadays. My notes via the “Memo” apps of my cellphone help to remind me of mundane events but the inspiration to blog about anything worthwhile has lost its spark, magic, enthusiasm — almost like going through a mid-life crisis.

Ask yourself, when am I most productive? And how much can I realistically write? Get a blogging buddykeep a notebook with you and jot down ideas, phrases, story lines the old school waydon’t force it.

  • Have you ever protested for anything?

Nope. Nothing. Throughout eons, many fought, many died. Fast forward to the current era, nothing has changed — more war, more deaths. The end.

    http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2011/11/16/have-you-ever-protested/

Have you ever protested for anything? What was the cause? If you haven’t, what would it take for you to go stand up and protest for (or against) something?

  • What would you do with a year if your goal was to become wise?

I’d travel around the world and go to that far off place where they have those pieces of wooden records read by old people to the traveler. It is said that the readers are waiting each arrival and are meant specifically for that individual. Neat. Then based on the broken English and interpretation, I’d like to become wise.

If you had the resources to spend a year doing whatever you’d like, and you chose the goal of becoming wise, what would you do with the year?

  • Have you ever had to fire someone?

Nope. I would imagine it would be easier to let someone go when there is justified reason, such as budget crisis. It would be harder to fire someone based on insubordination (which is intentional prejudice, trust me on this one) and merit. I think I would build up the files/documentations, discuss the matter with the superiors with BROKEN English, seek advice from a married sucker, err, gullible mentor who speaks good English and use his knowledge to climb the ladder of success as a manager in a information technology job off First Street and have human resources fire that person.

Have you ever had to fire someone? Was it easier or harder than you expected? If you never have, how do you think you’d handle it?

  • Talent good…

Last night, we saw Cain singing from an old 1991 video. So while some politicians have the gift of gab or were born with a silver soon in their mouths, surely there are other skills, talent, and abilities a potential POTUS could possibly possess and inspire others to find their best assets.

  • 20111018-Bored Again

    Hallelujah! I’m bored again!

High-altitude, armada of BABY wispy clouds were in the skies early this morning, just like yesterday. Then an old chemtrail cloud was directly over our house and seemed to have terminated somewhere past the Great Mall (in Milpitas, CA) at around 10:00am. The LONG popcorn cloud reminded me of a dude who won’t let up with his shenanigans. Call it his “call card” if you will.

After walking, talking and eating lunch at Carl’s Jr where there was a cute white baby girl babbling intelligently enough for Maw to get up and take a look and compliment, I spent most of the afternoon blogging! That’s right! I found out that domain renewals are non-refundable! Blast! So I’ve moved my Plinky.com responses over to thebloggingpath site and then changed the status from “Private” to “Published”.

Further, the Ephemera widget (from the Twenty-Eleven WordPress.com theme) are those posts which used to be my static pages! I like it better this way because this widget appears in both places: “Main Sidebar” and “Showcase Sidebar”. Again the “variable” widgets are in Footer Area One while the “fixed” widgets are in Footer Area Two. Footer Area Three is optional, too.

  • 20111016-Daily Stuff

At 12:37am, I’ve finished 41 more Plinky.com prompts rather quickly. Earlier this evening for about two hours or so, I’ve shared 345 old prompts in my other registered WordPress.com weblog.

Earlier this morning and prior to attending this evening’s mass, I’ve archived old posts. I learned that fifty items per bulk action is a good number to work with when pressed for time.

I figured that blogging too much is not good. It just makes archiving that much harder. So I’ll try to create one BIG post per day. But I don’t think that will work well because a generic post title doesn’t tell the readers much.

The usual three course meals were eaten and hair cuts were done (Maw to Paw, Moi to Maw and Maw to Moi). Parakeets were overfed and sluggish, too. Maw completed her “embroidered” stiches using her Brother’s sewing machinge. Now my two long-sleeve sweat shirt has pretty designs.

The day was filled with wispy clouds, popcorn clouds (like yesterday) and HAARP clouds, too. The sunshine was its usual bright and white self but the winds blew cool with this evenings air being that much colder.

  • Inactive sidebar…

So I’m cleaning up my other registered WordPress.com blog and met the following message:

    Inactive Sidebar (from previous theme)

This is a left over sidebar from an old theme and does not show anywhere on your site

It was a an old RSS Links widget with Large, Orange Texts & Image Links for both Posts & Comments. And after I deleted that widget and refreshed that webpage, this middle section disappeared altogether!

  • Taking America…

For a while, my thought has been about how America is being taken over by TPTB and pals. They got the banks, autos, health and now jobs. I wonder what else will be taken away and where it all go. I wonder if America is/has been re-written.

  • Dashboard burping…

What’s going on with my WordPress.com dashboard! It looks funny! For the past few minutes, it jumped around and items were complete expanded horizontally and vertically, too. Can you please design the Dashboard so that it user friendly for SLOWER internet connections AND personal computers?
