    I’ve not done much archiving of papers. There was no energy or incentive left. Only until when a headhunter called around 3:18pm, did I realize that I really should continue “cleaning house”! I had wanted to donate two unused vacuums in the garage and three small parakeet cages and more toys. But it appears Maw can’t let go either.

    So after a one hour nap did I try to archive documentations and more receipts to show transactions made with the USPS.gov. Since some of the receipts are too faded, I had to use my flatbed scanner! That’s right! From around 4:00pm to midnight (less dinner and laziness), I done around fifty-one items:

    • one in 2009;
    • three in 2006;
    • ten in 2005 plus “one” here;
    • three in 2004;
    • fourteen in 2003;
    • fourteen in 2002;
    • four in 2001; and
    • one 2000.

    Each item contains at least one receipt, one customer copy and two copies to show for payments. So take 50 items and multiply that figure by at least two and at most four, there are at least 100 to 200. There is a blue notepad as its “coversheet” and the small paper clip of shiny brass, stainless steel and rusty aluminum to keep the each item together. On the upper right hand corner to each “notepad” is my hand-written eight digit number to designate the “file name” to THICKER documentations. My “file names” are usually in the “Date Format” of “Ymd”, which is the same as most of my blog entry (or post) title.

    Because the NeatWorks application keeps crashing on me, I had to keep archiving each database by years. That way I could load up each “year” without fear of losing my precious work, which as mentioned before, I don’t care in losing because it’s not worth the headache! But I lie! I do care! I discovered that my database for a bunch of receipts in the year of 2005 is wrong! It’s not there! In its place is another database! I can’t retrieve the good one! Oh, why must I be tortured! I hate you all! Die!

    Anyway, I have decided not to destroy these precious papers for fear of losing the images and let TPTB and pals come and get it anytime. The way I see it, their grand/child(ren) can repay anytime — night and day, if you know what I mean — for eternity, if that is the price y’all put upon certain persons. No matter how they verbally spin the truth or other means of “blessings”, they all can all go to hell, really, for dicking with me. It’s already April 2011 and I’m still NOT happy!

    Out of the 51 items, eighteen are requests for more documentations; while the other two items “supported” the shut down of an online business, courtesy of moi. Bahahaha! Don’t get me wrong, folks. It’s the CORRECT thing to do! And for what it is worth, I keep assuming and giving myself credit for something that I don’t even know to be valid. Then again, my hunches are pretty much keen. My bad!

    For the past four hours, I’ve been scanning and archiving my hand written notes. These would vary in size and color. The notes for “business-related” activities have been written mostly on one side of the a cube-sized notepad with the logo of the Denver Broncos coloring the sides with orange and blue. Most have dates and times. There are a few without dates and times.

    Only about three dozen notes are “personal” from pencil drawings by both Maw and her boy to my notes regarding graffiti. These were hand written on cube-sized notepads with the logo of the Dallas Cowboys, which is Paw’s favorite football team. So you see Paw and I are sports fans — symbolically mine being “a mile high” while Paw being “a lone star state”. Yee! Hah!

    Most notes are dark enough for the NeatWorks Quick Scanner to acquire. It’s the “auditing” of each item that takes up a lot of my time. My lower extremities are feeling painful from sitting down too much. Speaking of health, I’ve not been taking breaks, except for doing errands with the elderly twosome — doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and house chores of cooking and cleaning.

    While on the subject of health, about four days ago and after lunch, the three of us decided to take a walk around the block to help digest the food and to increase circulations. That form of exercise helped tremendously on a nice Saturday afternoon. However, the following morning, I’ve experienced severe allergic reaction! My eyes felt itchy and my throat felt “full”. I suspect the metallic odor in the air that day was left by none other than chemtrails. Plus the dust from the traffic went into my eyes.

    Whatever happened, I had to take two Benadryl capsules. That didn’t help and had to relax because I could barely swallow my food. I was slurring in speech too. The following Monday morning, I had taken third Benadryl capsule and I felt better. Folks, we old timers don’t need health insurance. We need to stay indoors and out of trouble. That’s all.

    Now, I’m backing up my hard-work. We hoarders need to feel secure that our precious papers were archived safely. Next is the fun of shredding. By tomorrow and if I’m not too LAZY, I’ll try to scan the major documentation of woe. But those have already been taken cared of over one year ago. Bahahaha!

    Well, my Lenten Season project is really starting to wind down. I’ve gotten so bored that my mind is reeling on what to do next. It’s almost next to impossible to get rid of my material junk, most of which really belong to the twosome. I swear! Hell fire and brimstone shall rain upon the lands, waters and air if I cannot figure out what to do with these precious junk!

    Anyway, for most of the day, I’ve scanned and archived “business-related” receipts. But because some were too faded for my NeatWorks Quick Scanner to acquire, I had to resort to my SLOW flatbed scanner! That’s right! I had to stuff each receipt in a clear film to keep it steady while laying it carefully upon the glass plate. It took almost one minute for the flatbed scanner to render one image at 600 pixels. What would have taken less than a few seconds for a handful of receipts took up almost two hours to archive!

    I even scanned two OLD envelopes lined either with fiber stuffing or plastic bubbles and six paper bags (four brown, one white and one cobalt blue) — four of which have beautifully hand written notes by “Shirmpette” and two smiley faces on the latter two items.

    As much as I hated to throw away items not archived, yesterday I closed my eyes really hard and ripped up some voting material. That’s right! I’ve kept those and decided not to scan the contents! I already know how the TPTB and pals operate. It’s insane to keep their memories alive by hoarding what would have been a beautiful friendship.

    Well, I’ve done more shredding of papers after scanning and archiving. Now I’ve got two bags of paperback books to donate to the main library in downtown San Jose, CA or elsewhere. Most of the books are FICTIONAL of self-help, humor and other nonsense. The hard cover books are over rated. I’m better off reading a San Jose Mercury News.

    And for $1.00 I could carry that paper anywhere, especially during my toilet sessions! Plus, the leftover newspaper can be used as lining to catch poop made by parakeets. And that’s what Paw and I did today: To buy a final Sunday edition from an old, FAT, black man garbed in pink and purple-colored, knitted clothing and hat! His “lady” was also garbed in BRIGHT pink and purple attire. I had my dark-blue, acrylic-knitted headband by Maw. So the three of us “matched” as far as clothing material and style.

    The other items that were hurriedly thrown into the RECYCLING bin were old religious reading materials, chaplets, booklets, and other nonsense that accumulated inside Paw’s bedside table, which had some old paperwork:- I offered to scan, archive and shred these blurred pages; so I could clean up the house further by the end of this week on Saturday, the last day of Lent. My goal is to relieve myself of material junk. Unfortunately, I still cannot let go of lots of stuff — CD’s, electronics, paperback books, displays, etc.

    *Also, I forgot to add that I’ve threw away extra CPAP equipment that have been used (and/or new due to stiffer and more painful materials). The USPS boxes have been discarded while the packing slips have been shredded.

    So just when I thought I was finished, I’m still moving my archived files around and not to my satisfaction! Perfection must be achieved or hell fire and insecurity shall prevail! I actually retrieved the missing file(s) from another “extra” folder and caught (and rescanned before shredding) one missing file from an old Yahoo! Messenger session on 3/4/2005. It was about my mini-UFO located above my head at that time. It was really a copper, dragon bowl! Bahahaha! Anyway, I’m still wondering about two older files which are still “missing”. I’m hoping it’s in another folder but that may be gone for good.

    With my astrology charts and reports scanned, archived and shredded, I’m almost done with more New Age advertisements, mostly in black and white.

    One large pile is from a site on “subliminal tapes”, which is supposed to “hypnotize” a person with “vision”. Of course, those who are deaf, blind and mute won’t benefit from these MIND-CONTROL devices “as featured on TV… Peter Jennings/ABC”. The 104 pages (both front and back) have images, which typical mind-control “triggers”:

    • lighthouses,
    • light bulbs inside the mind,
    • opened doors,
    • a single monarch butterfly inside a circle (or with a flowering plant and inside an oval or sometime without a geometric shape),
    • “Arabian” lamps with rising smoke (as would a Djinni),
    • a stealth bomber,
    • lightening bolts,
    • upright pentagrams filled with black or plain white,
    • bearded guys wearing a helmet (aka King Solomon),
    • a 13-spiked, smiling sun face,
    • some plant-like, hand-drawn figures,
    • six-pointed stars,
    • a caduceus symbol,
    • an Rx symbol,
    • phallic-shaped balloons,
    • a single, right eye,
    • darkened-hearts,
    • a white dove within a rainbow,
    • a sun hiding behind a fluffy cloud,
    • stereo, head sets and of course,
    • Artie’s symbol of a triangle on top of a pentagram.

    “What the caterpillar thinks is the end of the world, the Butterfly knows is the beginning. The BUTTERFLY will set you FREE!”

    “With these [tapes] Nothing Is Impossible!”

    What I see are my initials.

    Three other advertisements are from “Body Mind Spirit Expo“; “Oshama Health Services“; “ARCH Healing“, on which I have made a hand written a note: “Received a “heart jolt” at 2:00am”. The “received” stamp was dated “JAN 11 2003”.

    Ugh! Just when I thought I was done, I wanted to clean out more junk from the closet. But I ended up scanning over three hundred pages to my astrology charts and reports! That’s right! I was VERY much interested in new age materials, say, around 1998 until 2006. Are you kidding me? Nope! That’s stuff is full of confidential information. I wonder if the fools ever did online searches on the names.

    So I’ll have to go through each one because the auditing for each batch is WAY OFF! The number of items don’t seem right. So tomorrow and after I’m satisfied with the archiving, I shall shred these papers and then get started on the old receipts, which I may end up combining into my one scanned page instead of one-at-a-time. The again, I’m getting tired of thinking about the extra work.

    The NeatWork Quick Scan Center is truly quick! I just found out how to resolve a pickle: To rescan faded documents with my flatbed scanner! That’s right! I have two scanners — NeatWork and Canon.

    Anyway, since the NeatWork couldn’t scan three faded pages to my old income tax documents, I used my flatbed printer. But I didn’t have the latest drivers. I went online to get the updates but I remember having a copy on my personal computer and installed twice, not knowing why the messages keep coming up as “uninstalled”.

    Since I refuse to follow directions and tried to take the short-cut, I ended up having to UNPLUG the cable, replugging it, turning on the scanner/printer (again) and allow the smart computer to detect installation of hardware. Voila! It worked, which explains I tend to do things the LONG WAY and why employers can’t figure me out! Bahahaha!

    After scanning the three pages twice with the flatbed (because I’m not used to the new “screen shots” of these updates), each scanned item is first given a unique but optional “tag” name before pressing the “import” button. Each file is saved in a “default” folder, which I then cut and pasted ELSEWHERE for each record.

    It’s the long way but the only way.

    Tonight, I’ve scanned and archived old receipts from two charitable organizations: Goodwill and CRC.org. While moving files around again, I noticed that the NeatWork application ate up another file! It’s a good thing that I’m able to copy an old file successfully but in do so I over-rode the wrong folder and as a result have lost two new files!

    I’m trying to scan and archive more income tax documents. But I’m tired. I really don’t care if everything burns up in hell!

  • 20110405-Papers Away

    Well, I’ve scanned old receipts that are supposed to be “business-related” and a three generic invitations — two to high school reunions and one home coming for an alma mater. But I don’t care anymore: Let everything and everyone burn in hell for all I care!

    Scanning and archiving were tedious — feed and gather each paper into and from the machine, archive and audit each item. Shredding frees up my stress as I hear the loud whirring sound from the machine. The plastic bin is still full of faded receipts and other colorful reading material.

    All I did was move around a few records in their respective folders and back up those each time. I don’t care anymore! Burn!

    Well, I believe my Lenten Season project is winding down. There is only one plastic bin full of colorful reading materials, such as brochures, pamphlets, booklets, advertisements, etc. Some are meant to be thrown away but I don’t feel like touching those just yet. The boring black and white documents have been scanned, archived and some but not all were shredded. The rest are just tossed into the recycling bin for normal pick-up. Some records were missing from the NeatWorks application, which kept crashing because my data entry speed is too fast for the program to file away and then bring up the next file. But I don’t care anymore. Everything I’ve accumulated is empty. I expect to forget everything except TPTB and pals: They still owe me BIG TIME for putting up with their sh!t.

    Yippie! Today is not the last day of Lenten Season! I checked the back cover on the inside of my favorite “daily companion” for April 2011. And the calendar was painted in purple for a designated time frame of 16 more days!

    I was stressed through tonight when my big brain showed Maw what I had discovered. Now I can relax and get some much needed sleep. Instead of archiving, I’ve scanned around 200 pages of Yahoo! Messenger text and other records on the profile of these agents. I actually paid to “investigate” online and found one spook had three apartments, He was the same womanizer that hit on both little Theresa, me and maybe Michelle A.

    I’ll stuff the big Hetfy bag with shredded material after archiving tomorrow. Then the remainder will be those colored advertisers. After the papers, I’ll proceed to the closets. Ah! There’s still lots of mess to clean out! I hate it!
