  • 20100206-Watching Videos

I’ve been watching videos late last night, got only four hours of sleep and don’t feel sleepy at all! Now I’m watching two videos about small business from the `YouTube – whitehouse’s Channel (or http://www.youtube.com/user/whitehouse). The way business is operated starts with credit then loans and then repayment on a friggin` MONTHLY basis! Here is a simple scenario:

    1. Without capital and/or loans, there is no business.
    2. Without financial HELP, there are no products and services.
    3. Without goods for sale, there are no jobs.
    4. Without employment, there is no money.
    5. Without money, there are no purchases.
    6. Repeat 3. above until a DEPRESSION!

The bottom line: Only the wealthy could lend money to help small business. Investors, like moi, had to money but invested anyway. Without a job, bills pile up. When poor people are forced to starve and to go homeless, there is something wrong with the system.

I was thinking of winning the Lottery. But because I’m `bad luck`, there is no hope. The only hope is a small piddling, whichever comes first or whatever, if any. I need a job dammit! Without a job, I’ll have to get [back] MY MONEY the hard but right way, of course.

It’s past 03:00am (Pacific Time). I’ve been viewing lots of YouTube.com rated five stars for `Awesome`. They are mostly music and entertainment of musical instruments, such as piano and guitar, and of singers from the 50’s, a couple of midi’s from a video game and a couple of medleys, too.

Visit the YouTube – flynnspaws’s Channel for `Favorites` to sample some of videos.

  • 20100204-Which Word

In recent news, there has been a debate on which word is worse — the “R” word for retarded or the “N” word for nigger.

Perry Campaign Apologizes for Using ‘R’ Word
    By Jake Gibson | FOXNews.com| Updated February 04, 2010

Texas Republican Gov. Rick Perry’s chief consultant is under fire for using the “R” word in a conference call regarding details of the Texas GOP gubernatorial candidates’ first debate.

The problem with most people is that they are too sensitive and lack not even a bit of humor from off-handed yet plainly descriptive words to the fact as used by people making gratuitous remarks that they later should have apologized for saying in the first place.

If people have not already watched the Dave Chappelle’s Show on Comedy Central, they have missed something important in their lives. These devil advocates are trying to teach a valuable lesson about race among humans — that people should not judge each other by the color of their skin.

As portrayed by Dave Chappelle in two video shows:

`Meet Clayton Bigsby, black white supremacist.`

One could learn from Clayton Bigsby, who found out that he was born BLACK but for most of his life was BLIND for hating blacks so much and not realizing that he had married his equally blind but WHITE wife, whom he divorced for being a `NIGGER lover`. If people watched the videos, a good laugh would be had.

Why can’t people learn from former Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin in which:

`She’d come home from work looking for her son Trig, he said, and she’d ask, “Where’s my retarded baby?” She would apparently use the term regularly to refer to the child, who has Down syndrome. “She’d say it kind of regularly. I think she was joking, but that doesn’t make it right.”`

Read more: Johnston: Palin Would Ask, ‘Where Is My Retarded Baby?’ — Daily Intel http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2009/10/johnston_palin_would_ask_where.html#ixzz0edoHyFln

Sarah seemed fine with calling her child a retard.

But from this morning on HOT TALK RADIO 560 AM and probably during the Sean Hannity segment, a caller was not fine with people calling those who are disabled as `retarded`. The father has an eight year old child who was rendered retarded from a stroke since birth.

So I guess there is fine line between tasteful jokes and insensitive comments for politically incorrect choice of words, such as RETARD and NIGGER. Get over it IDIOTS!

  • 20100203-Okay Show

On that Wednesday night and from 20:00pm to 21:00pm, the three of us watched two episodes of the Dave Chappelle’s Show on Comedy Central. It’s too bad the show ended in 2006. He is a talented black comedian. I love his low voice sometimes.

Anyway, we watched Chappelle’s Show: Ep. #206, which was originally aired on February 25, 2004. His introduction at the very beginning of this show included at least three to four words of ‘Okay’. And then we watched for the first time:

A Day in the life of Lil Jon: This was the first episode to show the Lil Jon sketch…. and although they do get better as the season progresses, this first Lil Jon sketch is indeed hilarious.

Lil Jon, with his dread-locks would say several times: `Hah-What?` And then he would follow up with other words in the affirmatives, such as `Yeah!` or `Okay!`, grinning each time through silver-capped teeth. Dave is truly hilarious.

In the second half-hour, we had another good laugh via Chappelle’s Show: Ep. #207, which was originally aired on March 3, 2004:

A Moment in the Life of Lil’ John: The second installment of the Lil’ Jon sketches. This sketch gives us a brief moment of Lil’ Jon as he gives an interview for a Barbara Waltersesque female. it is hilarious

The reason I bring up this comedy show is because I’ve read earlier that day another weblog entry by a dedicated blogger in which the paragraph of the articles are separated by the words `Okay`. I know that old chap could `peer` both into the future and the past.

And for what’s it worth, I wouldn’t mind waiting an eternity or so to meet love half-way or at least get a good chuckle in once in awhile. And the Chappelle’s Show is something worth watching to keep sane in a world ruled by reptoids.

  • 20100201-Joyful Video

Out of sheer BOREDOM last night, I came across a YouTube.com video showing two boys playing ‘Star Trek’. I was amused and laughed along as the sixth viewer of that video. But I was mostly deaf and couldn’t hear what they said.

My little pudding pie is so cute! (Hey! I know he’s not my son. Whatever, freaks.) I had picked up the facial images of the youngest and tallest lads in my mind probably on either Sunday or Saturday.

That’s all I have to add; for I smiled.

Ho. Hum. Out of sheer friggin’ boredom, I’ve registered via YouTube.com again.

    The URL is: http://www.youtube.com/user/flynnspaws

    So far I’ve:

    • Uploaded four videos, all copyright, of course.
    • Subscribed to six users.

  • 20100121-Counterclockwise Swirls

The night before the start of the storms in the Bay Area and while lying in bed, trying to drift off to sleep, I had visualized a two-armed, blue-colored, 2-D, swirl going counterclockwise overhead. The arms of these two swirls were in the form of a stretched out letter `C`.

Addendum-Last edited by flynnsblogs on Thu, 21 Jan 2010 at 21:58:12 pm: I found an iStockphoto.com photo, which best represents what I saw in my mind’s imagination. But original photo has been `flipped vertically` to show the correct direction of the swirl.

  • 20100120-Killer Hero

[Flynn’s comments: While lurking online to help my small mind drift off into another slumber for the night, I came across a news article of a teenage boy in China. He had killed a Communisit official in a local town. It’s too bad someone had to die for the misdeeds done on many people: I guess it is justice served. There are many more people at the bottom than at the top. Imagine if the people took back their power from the oppressive controls of their government and military.]

China teen seen as hero for killing local official
By GILLIAN WONG, Associated Press Writer Gillian Wong, Associated Press Writer – Wed Jan 20, 7:21 pm ET

BEIJING – When Li Shiming was stabbed through the heart by a hired assassin, few of his fellow villagers mourned the local Communist Party official many say made their lives hell by seizing land, extorting money and bullying people for years.

Instead, villagers in the northern town of Xiashuixi have made Li’s teenage killer something of a local hero. More than 20,000 people from the coal-mining area petitioned a court for a lenient sentence.

[…] “I wanted to kill Li myself, but I was too weak.”

The murder trial has again cast a harsh light on abuses of power by communist cadres and the frustration many ordinary Chinese feel with a one-party system that sometimes allows officials to run their districts like personal fiefdoms.

[Flynn’s comments: I believe certain intelligent spooks are ACTUALLY reading my weblog entries (i.e. 20091111-Scope Better)! A few minutes ago, I was lurking on Yahoo! and came across a video (1 – 4 of 28) for TODAY – January 20, 2010 about: Bible codes found on military weapons – A contractor has been inscribing coded references to Bible verses on rifle scopes for years. The controversy … And the video is 6:14 minutes in length.]

  • 20100107-New Aging

[Flynn’s comments: Have you noticed a few gray hairs in Obama? Obama appears to be aging fast and it’s been almost one year into his presidential office.

With that said, I’ve noticed a lot of references to the words ‘New Age‘, which reminds me of occultist ties or the nature behind his presidential agenda, some of which are supposed to be good but mostly bad for those who don’t understand his speeches.

Also notice the words `challenge` and `serious`, which with some word play could look like `Sirius`,

`the brightest star in the night sky.`

Here are a few snippets (most of which are shown as headers via CNN.com)  from President Barack Obama at the Vermont Avenue Baptist Church today:

“[…] A challenge of a New Age, a period of triumph and a period of uncertainty for Martin Luther King, Jr. and his followers […]”

“So, here we are more than half a century later. Once again facing the challenges of a New Age. Here we are once more marching towards an unknown future, what i call the Joshua generation, so their Moses generation, the great inheritors of progress paid for with sweat and blood and sometimes life itself.”

“The promise of that moment” of hope “has not been fulfilled”.

“We need … to ask what lesson we can learn from earlier generations”.

“Those who struggled in the past “didn’t give up on government”.”

“King said “let’s take a victory and keep on marching”.”

“We once again face the challenges of a New Age“.

“The challenges of our New Age are serious“.

“I’m talking to the American community”.

“The economy is growing again, job losses are slowing.”

“Health care reform “will be a victory for the United States of America”.

“Don’t give up on voting, and advocacy”.

    “Let us broaden our coalition”.

“Our faith calls us “to make sacrifices”.”

“There are times when I am not so calm”.

“During difficult times, “it’s faith that keeps me calm”.”

“And together we shall overcome the challenges of a New Age“.

“It’s faith that carries the Haitian people”.

Here are a few snippets from President Barack Obama’s Inaugural Address back in January 20, 2009:

“Our nation is at war against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a New Age.”

“Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real, they are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this America: They will be met.”

“We will harness the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories. And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a New Age.”

“Our challenges may be New, the instruments with which we meet them may be New, but those values upon which our success depends, honesty and hard work, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism — these things are old.”

[Flynn’s comments: The following text is from the Diocese of San Jose website [http://www.dsj.org/being-catholic/worship/a-prayer-after-the-earthquake-in-haiti]. It is almost EXACTLY as it appears in our bulletin insert (Second Sunday in Ordinary Time – January 16-17, 2010).]

    Weeping Christ

On Tuesday, January 12, 2010, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit southern Haiti, ten miles from the capital, Port-Au-Prince. Heavy damage, severe injuries, and serious loss of life are expected.

Two Americans still missing in the rubble are Catholic aid workers from the Diocese of Norwich, Connecticut.

Haiti is the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. About 80% of Haitians live in poverty.

A Prayer After the Earthquake in Haiti

Lord, at times such as this,
when we realize that the ground beneath our feet
is not as solid as we had imagined,
    we plead for your mercy.

As the things we have built crumble about us,
we know too well how small we truly are
    on this ever-changing, ever-moving,
    fragile planet we call home.
Yet you have promised never to forget us.

    Do not forget us now.

Today, so many people are afraid.
They wait in fear of the next tremor.
They hear the cries of the injured amid the rubble.
They roam the streets in shock at what they see.
And they fill the dusty air with wails of grief
and the names of missing dead.

Comfort them, Lord, in this disaster.
Be their rock when the earth refuses to stand still,
and shelter them under your wings when homes no longer exist.

Embrace in your arms those who died so suddenly this day.
Console the hearts of those who mourn,
and ease the pain of bodies on the brink of death.

Pierce, too, our hearts with compassion,
    we who watch from afar,
as the poorest on this side of the earth
    find only misery upon misery.
Move us to act swiftly this day,
    to give generously every day,
    to work for justice always,
and to pray unceasingly for those without hope.

And once the shaking has ceased,
the images of destruction have stopped filling the news,
and our thoughts return to life’s daily rumblings,
let us not forget that we are all your children
and they, our brothers and sisters.
We are all the work of your hands.

For though the mountains leave their place
and the hills be tossed to the ground,
your love shall never leave us,
and your promise of peace will never be shaken.

Our help is in the name of the Lord,
    who made heaven and earth.
Blessed be the name of the Lord,
    now and forever. Amen.

  • 20100115-Remarks by The President

[Flynn’s comments: Go get ’em Obama! But alas, this `law` will only apply to U.S. territories. But what about the international banksters?]

Here is a few of my favorite snippets from the speech:

Remarks by The President on the Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee

My commitment is to the taxpayer.  My commitment is to recover every single dime the American people are owed

We want our money back, and we’re going to get it.

[…] the American people are fully compensated for the extraordinary assistance they provided to Wall Street. If these companies are in good enough shape to afford massive bonuses, they are surely in good enough shape to afford paying back every penny to taxpayers.

[…] to prevent the abuse and excess that nearly caused the collapse of many of these firms and the financial system itself.

We cannot go back to business as usual.

[…] that by some twisted logic it is more appropriate for the American people to bear the costs of the bailout, rather than the industry that benefited from it, even though these executives are out there giving themselves huge bonuses.

[…] I suggest you might want to consider simply meeting your responsibilities.  And I’d urge you to cover the costs of the rescue not by sticking it to your shareholders or your customers or fellow citizens with the bill, but by rolling back bonuses for top earners and executives.

Here is the YouTube.com video to listen while reading the speech via whitehouse.gov:
