While the three of us were enjoying the nice weather on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, Paw pulled more ground covers of tall yellow flowers and low-lying purple ones from the backyard; Maw and I worked on transplanting three hibiscus shrubs, removing old soil and its congested root system.
To the SJPD: I want Juan M@rr0qu!n out of our neighborhood!
Here is a scanned image of the orange-colored card given to us – 200-454A Rev. 08/09 – CHIEF OF POLICE dated 02/16/2009 on the other side:

He was working on the patio at the same time. He kept climbing up the ladder and feigned using a nail gun to reinforce the ugly roof on the bare boned patio. There is no drywall facing our side of the fence, only the skeleton of wood frame.
My thoughts picked up that he wanted to show intimidation to us and that he is capable of doing harm to neighbors.
I too was prepared to show that nutty FOREIGNER from Honduras that my bloodline came from a town that uses MACHETES! So I got old Betsy and brandished the rusty one with a couple of deep nicks into the blade.
I set the tip of the blade against the side of our house with my back turned to him and I began scratching the metal against the stucco, making raking sounds of teeth grinding effects.
Maw and I proceeded to LOUDLY converse to ourselves of our displeasure of living next door to a couple of psychologically unstable and hostile people, who are capable of fighting with elders and angels alike.
While she was pruning the poor palm tree with her hand-held sheers, I proceeded to CHOP up the branches into pieces with the MACHETE. I made the motion high above my head and brought down the blade hard upon the hapless remains of the palm leaves. It was meant for recycling.
I continued hacking away while Juan pretended to do repairs on the UGLY and unfinished patio. There is no way that house would sell if the backyard is filthy with the house extension and patio left like that.
The purpose was to show that I have a DULL knife. He had a nail gun, a potential weapon. He could have had intention of shooting by action alone – a threat, a challenge.
In recent news, restraining orders don’t work. People have died without protection from law enforcement. The system fails the family of the deceased and us, who lived in this neighborhood for over thirty years! WTF? Are you waiting for us to die before locking up these NUTTY FOREIGNERS?
