    Source: Friend

Flynn: My best friend should be God, though invisible, unseen, unheard. I used to love a stuffed animal toy, called Teddy Bear. My current friends are my family members. Then there are those acquaintances at our local church. I don’t maintain close contact with former co-workers or schoolmates. I love the two remaining Lutino parakeets, especially Mel the disabled one who loves to worship my fingertips.

Kitty: Oh, I’d love for birds to worship me! To have a little one come that close to me would be VERY nice. I’d play with it and then I’d sniff it and kiss it, of course. And don’t get any ideas of felines eating their worshippers! It’s our way of reciprocating our love for all creatures great and small. I’m a feline and that’s an automatic criteria as a goddess. I don’t know why humanz love to be worshipped. That’s insane.

    Source: Window

Flynn: I looked outta the kitchen window and saw Dad cleaning out the birdbath. I also see him hauling those orange-colored, five-gallon plastic buckets of water for the potted plants. For the past few days, I’ve seen a couple of tall dandelions growing through the ginger rocks decorating the backyard! I’m hoping that Dad won’t cut those so that insects could thrive a little bit as foodstuff for the birds. I’ve not seen any birds using the birdbath since the weather is cloudy and cold. The skies had layers of popcorn clouds early this morning and whale clouds later on the day.

Kitty: I wanna see some birds, too! I like the little yellow-chested ones, the red-chested robins, the blue jays, the mockingbirds, and some crows, too! And that black cat can be seen drinking from the birdbath. Sometimes, it stretches itself in a scary wormy way, stands on its hind quarters, and places its front paws upon the edge of the birdbath, and drinks the water. I think it likes the taste of the birds that water. Then sometimes I see it waiting underneath the calamansi shrub and watching the birds bathe. But most of the time it just curls up and snooze until you scare it and the birds away!

    Source: Dirty

Flynn: Well, I had to clean lots of hair from the kitchen flooring, kitchen counter, and barber equipment. First, Dad got a hair trim from Mom. Next, I gave Mom her much needed hair cut from five inches long to around 2.5 inches from me. I posted an image of Mom’s hair trimming in a recent blog today. And I was left to clean-up while they showered this afternoon! Dad had to oil the trimming scissors because I forgot to dry it.

Kitty: I have lots of gifts for your Dad outdoors, mostly in the grassy lawn where my bum is well cushioned against the dirt. I know I don’t always cover my mess as done naturally by my desert cousins but I figured the well-placed piles make your Dad’s job more interesting and adds a distinct odor to ward off other competing neighborhood felines, like the catnip-induced patient next door to us.

    Source: Fight

Flynn: The mainstream ad nauseum media has been broadcasting on televised news programming about political pundits duking it out among themselves. For all I care, elections have been rigged. Those who are supposed to represent the public end up stealing votes. I’m truly disappointed for these false empowerment. I may vote for Grumpy Cat as the next presidential service provider of America.

Kitty: I agree. Grumpy Cat would promise to push the shiny red-button, too. In feline world, we have no such elections. Our paws scratch those who oppose us. Our scents mark territories. Our meows turn into frightful hisses and caterwauling. Larger-sized felines are given automatic territorial rights. Our big-brothers are the humanz, who serve us by scaring away oppositions and taking us back to our homes for protection and foodstuff, too.

    Source: Shelf

Flynn: I’ve put my heart upon the shelf and left it to collect dust – the memories of once being loving and in love. I don’t know if I could ever bring it down where it’s safe and sound. Periodically, I’d glance at the object of my affection to make sure it still intact. So far it hasn’t fallen down from that shelf.

Kitty: I see that can of tuna sitting on that shelf next to the dried salmon. I’d like for you to feed me now. I’m sure you’d feel happy after you’ve accomplish this small task, knowing that your love for me could never be replaced by that old heart. Come now and hasten your pace! I require nourishment!

    Source: Envy

Flynn: Mel! Stop attacking Bud! Both are brothers in wings. Two Lutino parakeets. Mel, the disabled and younger brother to Bud, who frightens easily like his late cock Bully, has imprinted heavily upon my fingers and would land upon my hand for daily offerings of regurgitated food from his loving crop.

Kitty: Hmm. I’m a feline worthy to be worshipped as a goddess. I have no need for envy. However, you are spending an inordinate amount of time with the parakeets and I don’t like that! Oh, look! I’ve coughed up a nice fur ball for you to clean up. That’s my peace offering to you. I hope you don’t mind.

    Source: Drop

Flynn: The raindrops have stopped. And today’s weather was beautiful. The sky was clear and blue, no clouds, and lots of bright sunshine. The air was crispy and clean. Besides the drops of rain, I’ve been dropping dishes and other household items. I believe we are jinxed in part by the crazy women living next door to us. My father has been dropping items, too. As for mother, she can drop her weight to improve her slow gait and bum health.

Kitty: You may drop the subject about weight. I am supposed to have passed the vet exam. But due to being an indoor cat, I don’t care for exercise and have to loose weight. Sure, I hop and jump upon your furniture. But that’s a none issue. I expected you to bestow unto moi live food – it’s supposed to be healthier than dried vitamin pellets. But I digress. I’ll have to sleep again. All this talk about weight is weighing on my mind too much. Purr. Zzz.

    Source: Fleeting

Flynn: In a fleeting moment of two humanized hours, my mother and I completed two dishes for today’s meal – eggplant with sautéed onion and soup with cabbage, green beans, and pork neck bone. Dad got dressed for noontime mass without verifying with us. And since Mom is napping from cooking exhaustion, he instead will pickup her meds at the local pharmacy. When he returns and after another Trump rally in Tampa, Florida (USA), we will take our lunch together.

Kitty: While the both of you were cooking, I failed to secure today’s meal. The moment was fleeting as I expended unnecessary energy at the site of pouncement and got hungry. My instinct activated upon seeing your happy parakeets playing. You will notice a few feathers upon your wooden flooring. I wanted to play with them but they got frightened and flew away upstairs. You may wish to bring them back to their cage so I could make sure they don’t get lost again.

Flynn: My life would be incomplete without my blog, period.

Kitty: My life would be incomplete without my human, hiss.

    Source: Misstep

Flynn: Misstep looks similar to misspoke. So I thought of humanz parts – the feet and the mouth – and the idiom of about ‘putting my foot in my mouth’ by exercising the unfettered ‘right to free speech’ via this blog. Currently, I’ve set the ‘Maximum Rating to ‘PG — Possibly offensive, usually for audiences 13 and above’ via the ‘Discussion Settings’ of my WordPress ‘Dashboard’ due to my interest in controversial topics such as paranormal and conspiracy. I’m hoping to change this rating to ‘G – Suitable for all audiences’. But that would be too boring. I mean who wants to talk about the birds and the bees the whole day?

Kitty: Ahem! Are you not interested in talking about us felines? Surely, if you had really owned a pet cat instead of making up some fictional character in answering these daily posts, you’d have lots to talk about and share online. I see that you have a couple of parakeets. Why don’t you take one photo a day and share their perspectives publically? Perhaps, if I posed next to them, I’ll make sure you won’t step on them should one happens to panic from my beautiful sight and fall onto your clean wooden flooring after I pounce with a surprise greetings. But I see you are scowling at me already. Maybe, we’ll keep the dialogue between the two of us until you cool down and consider my proposition. Grrr.

    Source: Flow

Flynn: A phrase ‘going with the flow’ came to my small mind, and similarly a phrase of ‘dancing with the music’ – in which a situation can be either harsh like a rock star banging its head against the wall or nice like a waltz partner gliding its gown across the floor. Another imagery followed as the daily ‘bowel movements’ flowing outta a human body and into the toilet of fresh, clean water and as the ‘flow of traffic’ – in which bottlenecks are caused by slow drivers and accidents by fast or unfocused drivers.

Kitty: Felines exist not as liquid form flowing, but as instantaneous embodiment of the goddess Bastet, perfect and meowingful. The only flow that concerns us is the sound of toilet water flushing and its call to worship Bastet, first by washing our paws and noses, and then offering up a freshly rinsed kill, preferably a mouse. Sometimes the blessings are done at the site of pouncement. Bastet accepts barbeque, too. Then we feast. But woe unto those humanz who dare baptize us felines in horrible sounds of bath waters, flowing much too loudly for our sensitive hearing.

    Source: Legacy

Flynn: Today is the 48th Wedding Anniversary of my parents. They celebrated their day by having breakfast, attending noontime mass, eating Korean food for lunch, and dinner. In addition, they sat together through the GOP debate on LIVE CNN. I would consider being married this long a legacy in itself. The challenge would be putting together a 50the Golden Anniversary. Mom said that she’s thankful to be married to Dad.

Kitty: We felines are happy for you and your parents. But felines don’t marry. We procreate as part of our natural programming and go our separate ways. We do celebrate any blessed events such as kitten births and live kills. But that’s about it. Tabby usually take long naps and so will I after eating your leftover Korean BBQ meat. Purr.
