  • Adding more subscriptions…

Recently, I’ve been “Subscribing” to WordPress.com bloggers who have been so kind to comment on my blog. Some “related articles” were referred on their weblogs via pingbacks/trackbacks. My “Site Subscriptions” are “managed under the subscriptions tab on the WordPress.com home page.” And some are also added through another popular site that provides a reader feature.

If only I had the PATIENCE to read more articles in depth and reply with a short comment or “like” and if only I had ALL the TIME, then surely that would count more as a member of the blogging community. After all, it is a two-way street. I say something and another party has something to reply.

  • 20110726-Divorced Nutter

We just came in after planting three flowers – one yellow Europhys and two orange marigold types. Then the divorced nutter and her ILLEGAL alien from Honduras came out to work their front yard. They made out in public after she checked her mailbox twice.

I want them to loose their house, pronto. If their ADT service has a camera pointed on our property, which explains why they keep timing their outings with our, I want them to go to hell, pronto.

  • Banana blossoms in coconut milk…

    image

Here is an easy dish to make:

~Fry chopped garlic and onion and sliced ginger in veggie oil until slightly brown.
~Add chopped pieces of pork and until slightly brown.
~Add shrimp (chopped whole raw shrimp).
~Add small amount of water to keep from burning ingredients.
~Add salt and/or “alamang” (which is salty shrimp paste) to taste.
~Add six cans (13.5 fl oz) of banana blossoms, drained of canned liquid and washed well with water.
~Add one can (5.6 fl oz) of coconut milk, shaken first to mix/dislodge coconut pulp from inside the can.
~Mix well each time ingredients are added.
~Add more water to cook well and reduce water to desired stew.
    ~Serve warm and enjoy.

Note: This dish is supposed to last a few days, depending on how many are eating this delicious Filipino stew.

  • 20110726-More Spooks

Gloria, the Chinese who was born and raised in the Philippines has taken our picture with her pink camera. We are eating in Goldilocks (north San Jose, CA) and took a photo of Maw and her soon-to-be nun auntie. She bragged to Ben that she lives in a mansion with her wealthy WHITE husband and that she drives a gray Lexus SUV with CA License plate ending in 542. We made her cry. Now she hugs us.

  • Stir-fried bell peppers…

    image

Here is an easy recipe for bell peppers:

    ~Chop garlic and onion.
~Chop 1/2 cup of meat stuff (preferably pork).
~Prepare 6 pieces of whole shrimp, deveined of course.
~Chop green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, and sliced carrots, too.
~Slice ginger into strips and white straw mushrooms, too.

-Fry garlic and onion in veggie oil until slightly brown.
-Add preferred meat stuff and shrimp and fry until slightly brown.
-Add water to boil meat stuff until cooked.
-Add veggie ingredients and flavorings of favorite stir-fired sauce, salt and ground pepper.
-Stir occassionally, while adding water to “steam cook” veggies further and to avoid burning.
    -Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Maintenance text…

Hi boys and girl: Last Friday’s word is Maintenance Texts:

July 22, 2011 Urban Word of the Day

Sending text messages to those people you’d like to date “Someday” or “eventually” to remind them that you exist. It’s a low effort way to maintain a connection without having to really commit to anything serious.

Q: Who is that new online friend of yours? He seems to “Like” your posts and comments a lot on your weblog recently.

A: Oh, him? Yeah, well, his “maintenance texts” is probably a friendly gesture of support. It’s not like he is a “troll” or anything, ya know.

  • 20110725-Thank You

    image

I just got the card this morning and had opened up the envelope while waiting in the dental office at 12:00pm and read my “Thank You” card dated 7/11.

Thank you for being there 🙂

You certainly have mastered the art of thoughtfulness!

Addendum — Last edited on 20110725 at 21:20:40 PM UTC : The “2010 Forever Stamp” (Eastern Red Cedar) has been placed upside-down! That’s uncool! And it’s funny that a post-mark over this stamp is nowhere to be seen. The coding appeared nicely at the bottom, though. I thought y’all should know.

  • Stalemate debt…

Why are these politicians playing with some sort of experiment on the lives of people, animals, plants and minerals with their grand Masonic chessboard of black and white? The black/dark squares are those that cannot give it up. The white/light squares are those that are willing to give it up. What’s going on, really? Again, it is prudent to pay off the creditors first than all other obligations, such as Social Security, Medicare, Medical, welfare and other socialist-type benefits. Entitlements can wait. The rest can die.
