Saw our baby parakeet standing on perch. Been flapping its wings past few days in & out nestbox. Flew out but Paw found it. Been picking @ seeds but still begs.

20090528-Neck Better
After viewing Atlas Revolution, I wanted to pay a visit to Ranan Shahar. But I couldn` t afford any luxury whatsoever! But I needed to relieve the pain in my neck, not that I`m one but you get the idea.
For whatever reason, I kept visualizing his photo from the website and the image of `The Atlas Bone` in my mind. I kept praying over and over for an answer. And nothing seemed to worked, not even stretching and exercising.
I was in pain for many years. On one fine afternoon nap (05/19/2009), I awoke to my usual painful right side of my neck. I got up and talked to Maw in the next room upstairs.
While listening to her converse about relationships, I tried fixing my own neck. For whatever reason and as I stood at the doorway to her bedroom, I decided to stretch the right side of my neck first.
I did this briefly and visualized my tense muscles relaxing. I then stretched the left side of my neck. This side was not painful at all. Again, I did this briefly and visualized a small, tense area to RELAX.
I `forced` the left side to stretch a bit more before straightening up my spine. Then for whatever reason, I kept my head stiff and looked straight ahead.
While still standing and listening to the crone (a creative genius, really) flap her lips, I pushed my skull into my right palm, which was placed flat against my forehead and right above my right eyebrow.
As my pushed ever so slightly my head into my palm, I applied more pressure with my right palm backwards, not forcefully. Suddenly, I felt my painful neck slipped back into place and heard a single, loud POP!
I knew something went right this time after TPTB tried to take my `life` in the form of endless pain several times. The right neck muscle felt all sore and tender to the touch.
But I dare not touch that area until it `cooled` down a bit. For over the past week, I`ve continued stretching the affected areas whenever something was painful.
I guess my INJURIES from and by TPTB will subside eventually as long as I stay conscious with my posture by holding my head of up high, not that I`m being snotty but for the sake of healing faster and better.
So far, I`m able to sleep on my sides with LITTLE to NO pain to my neck, shoulders and back. I guess healing CAN be achieved with a little HELPING hand from far and wide.

20090528-Nice Site
The new homepage of Dictionary.com is something that I’d like my weblog site to look like: main links on top and bottom, search bar somewhere on top, and small sections containing links and enough space for a nice image for each page link. The posts should be static like the homepage and not require scrolling up and down.

20090528-Seeing Black
I just recalled the following story about two co-workers who fell in love, dated for a brief period of time and moved on with their lives – she left the company and he got married.
Squirrel saw a black energy disk cover Michelle’s face completely. This was after she screamed at the guy and claiming that he was following her when all he wanted to do was visit her. For she was sick with flu-like symptoms. And when she opened the door to find him standing in her presence one Saturday, that’s when that incident happened.
