20090529-Sacrificial Bowl
At 1330, a ceramic bowl (buff colored with two blue lines encircling the inside of the object) containing steamed rice fell to its ill fate. It was shattered into pieces. By Maw’s hand, which pulled the loose rug from off the wooden floor, she knocked over a three-layered, light-blue colored, plastic display. Why?
Maw: Lyn! Let’s clean both parakeet cages and the rug below. The area stinks! Now! (Yeah, right! Whatever, crone!)
Moi: No! (pause) No! (pause) No! [You can’t force me!] (Of course, I was feeling lazy and once again tend to tease the old-timer).
Maw: Lin-tick! (She was pissed off at me for refusing to answer in the affirmative and properly to an elder).
What manifested earlier this afternoon was angry energy. Whoever breaks something is the cause. And so she was the one that sent bad karma towards the poor, hapless bowl, which crashed onto the kitchen floor. Rest In Piece, you microwavable thing!
