  • 20080914-Supporting Roles

    Arnold Schwarzenegger was an actor. He was so popular that he was voted as Governor by the people of California. He did clean house, not with a broom but with a rotor tiller and messed up big time. Now Barack Obama has celebrities and actors supporting his cause — the enslavement of liberals. Choosing these kinds of people is a VERY, bad move (as per an actor). These people have problems from addiction to drugs, alcohol, sex and divorces (like Oprah Winfrey). This tells me that the youth are especially more impressed with superficial images than straightforward answers to issues of this particular presidential candidate.

    All presidential candidates must be presentable for the time. And the ugly ones don’t even make the list for publicity. Like the lies spewing from any politicians (especially from ‘Barry’), the glamorous lives of celebrities and actors must keep up appearances from expensive, designer clothes, perfumes, hair and makeup. This means most are made up to be and act fake in the form of plastic — from veneer teeth, plastic breast and buttock implants and all in the price of money-making for the paparazzi.

    I believe that is why women are so attracted to ‘Barry’ due to his ‘metro-sexual’ side. It may be he does represent liberals in a very subtle but narrow way. After hearing how he responds to these alleged political attacks from the ‘opponent’ and from what women calling in to radio stations have said, ‘Barry’ does whine and complain like a girl! I know because an ‘old soul’ has this beautiful face yet emasculative way of responding to people, which gives me the willies whenever I see ‘Barry’ trying to hug people.

    I would like people to observe this behavior and anything related to his alleged homosexuality, which I believe exists at the higher levels of positions. So after hearing more crap spewing from these slaves of liberalism (especially Whoopi Goldberg) and how she and others (like Matt Damon) are spreading ‘scary’ comments on Sarah Palin’s lack of experience, I feel that the supporting roles of these sort of people doesn’t represent the will of the voters. I don’t watch these shows by women and noone should look up to the celebrities and actors as role models either.

    What voters need to learn is that there are people (most of whom are anonymous) that do not need recognition or publicity like those people who read scripts and Teleprompters and act as if they are very intelligent and beautiful enough just to get their messages across to the rest of the Americans. If people are sizing up the candidates based on appearances only, then there are always accomplishments to compare between ‘Barry’ and ‘Michelle’ and ‘John’ and ‘Cindy’. We know that life goes on after the election and no sought-after title would ‘change’ good folks to bad ones. And noone needs due credit to know better.

  • 20080912-Can Help

    ‘We can help you’. (per a CNN segment on hurricane Ike)

    After seeing the news message televised on cable programming (see above), I should personally thank ‘Mike’ and ‘George’ for helping. I guess the ‘fellow brothers’ are looking out for us, after all. It’s just sometimes difficult to reach out to the people of the United States that much like parental units, the umbrella entity (or ‘federal government’) cannot always be there to protect its citizens (or children states) from natural disasters (or acts of ‘God’).

    I believe that the warning was sufficient enough for people to evacuate the areas affected by the hurricane Ike. As per a radio station on AM, it’s just unfortunate for some people who don’t have the resources to leave temporarily and find shelter elsewhere; instead they had to stay behind and weather the storm in hopes of surviving what appears to be a man-made event caused by HAARP-related activities.

    The media showed news personnel on the scene during the event with lots of high wind blowing trees and some people wandering casually in the background as if unconcerned that the category 2 storm didn’t do much damage to the coastal areas of Galveston and Houston in Texas. I didn’t even get to see the alleged oil rig floating around aimlessly in the ocean nearby.

  • 20080914-Dream Journal

    I awoke around 08:00AM and remembered the following two dreams.

    Dream one:

    I was walking around with another person outdoors. There appears to be lots of people of Asian descent. The buildings were tall and dark. The people were selling their wares. In one corner of my dream towards the right field of vision, I see lots of statues in cream color. They appeared to be life sized. They were lined up in their own display cases at least two stories high and the width of one store. One statue seemed to be standing more forward in its display and it was male. I turned around to another dream to my left field of vision.

    Dream two:

    I dreamt of being indoors, which was dark and metallic. There were people going to work, like me. Immediately to the left of the entrance to this place was the wall containing metallic ladders closely attached to this wall. In order to get to the far end of this wall and to the opposite side of the work area, people had to climb up and over one ladder and reach over to the next one to the right. The distance between each ladder was easily one arm in length.

    I remember in a similar dream of trying to get to work. But in this dream, I saw lots of people taking the ramp from my right field of vision. The ramp started from the bottom left with the zigzag terminating at the fourth one. I thought to myself that the fast route would be to hop over a landing somewhere to the left field of vision and forward to the entrance of the workplace. I don’t think I went through either doors of both dreams to work with people.

    After feeling bored again, I viewed the forum section of WordPress.COM. I came across a thread describing how one could create a form where the sender could provide the name, email and website information. One member suggested a weblink, which shows how to make a ‘contact form’ with no spaces in between, of course: [ contact – form ]

  • 20080913-Page Order

    Okay, instead of using the ‘vertical separator bar’, located above the ‘Enter’ key of a standard keyboard, I’ve discovered how to best utilize the ‘right pointing guillemet’. I found out after viewing the EW website and how one could navigate to the ‘previous’ page visit by clicking on the link describing where the reader left off. I too placed the ‘order of pages’ at the very top of some static pages for convenience of the readers. This is in my hopes for the more patient readers to take a hint and read ‘My Web-Book’ in a particular order. Below are the logically laid out pages to my weblog site.

    Once again, this series is based off a Christian publication in which the ‘Front cover’ sports a photo is like my ‘Home’ page, the ‘Contents’ is like my ‘Pages’ and the ‘Introduction’ is like my ‘About site’ page. ‘The Order of Mass’ is like my ‘Web-Book’, which is modeled as a typical book. The ‘Daily Prayers and Readings’ section is located at the end of the series and is like my ‘Recent posts’. There are more inspirational articles right before the liturgy section and I’ve yet to create more ‘static pages’ to keep myself busy while still unemployed thanks in part to TPTB.

    The other pages, ‘About me’, ‘Contact me’, ‘Links’, ‘Photos’, ‘Disclaimers’ and ‘Stats’ are arbitrarily set as ‘Main (or Parent) pages’, which are shown as the navigation (or top) bar for this particular theme, ‘Andreas09’. I haven’t fully appreciated this newest theme yet but it works well to help ‘advertise’ my favorite books, orgone products and weblinks. The color purple is pretty, too. However the small fonts still hurt my eyes but I’m getting used to the way this theme looks nice and tidy.

  • 20080910-Screwed Up

    She is qualified to be president of the United States of America. She’s easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America. And, quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me. (Joe Biden while campaigning At a town hall in Nashua, N.H.)

    Wow! I suppose this is a wake up call that the ‘Barry’ should have chosen Hillary Clinton as his running mate instead of Joe Biden. After seeing a twenty percentage point drop between ‘Barry’ and ‘John’, I would prefer not to worry if gender choice has any bearing on this difference in spread. I would like to suggest that if the Democratic Party ‘really’ wants to win, then maybe ‘Barry’ could dump ‘Joe’ in an unprecedented ‘change’ to campaign for the president of the United States with Hillary Clinton as his running mate instead.

    I would like to forget his skin color, his shady past and religious affiliations and the fact that ‘Barry’ stammers (like when GWB doesn’t speak from the heart) during tough interviews. I would like to forget the past misdeeds and mistakes from either side of the party, including that noise behind the trooper investigation going on with Palin’s husband. Noone is perfect. Noone is experienced enough to hold office this ‘high’. Noone should feel attacked for being on the ‘unpopular’ side of any issue.

    Anyway, I cannot reasonably predict who will be the next president of the United States and if the choice of Vice Presidents would make any difference on campaigning. I do know that beauty bears more weight regardless of talent, experience and knowledge. For the sake of example, ‘American Idol’ on a televised programming had lots of talented singers and not one of the few finalists are buck ugly. This is the truth. This is the reality that charismatic figures will make history. It’s sad, really, that ‘who y’all know’ matters more than ‘what y’all know’.

    All I ‘know’ is that the Electoral College has everything under control and that the over glamorized version of a popularity contest won’t matter in the end. Once again, Hillary Clinton won the popularity vote; yet the Electoral College voted for Barack Obama instead. I know Hillary is not that ugly although she does possess knowledge and explains issues better than ‘Barry’ during the debates. It’s entertainment to me to hear the bickering both on cable programmings and on the air waves.

    So once again, I know the voters are not dumb. I know that the voters are not fully informed. If everyone were rich and if everyone knew the loopholes, there would be this ‘ideal’ unity and less divisiveness brought about the ‘changes’ by the most liberal thinkers of the times. I’d save my pennies for rainy days in the here and now instead of worrying about the future, the economy, the war and other issues that don’t seem to affect my immediate station in life.

    Meh! This time I’m trying the three-column theme ‘Andreas09’ by Andreas Viklund. It set it in purple color, centered both the header and sitename and reduced the width for 750px with overflow of hidden. My weblog site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels. For the more myopic readers and depending on the internet browser, zooming would help make for large fonts. I like this one better because it shows my blogroll list to the right and the DB stuff to the left. The center looks somewhat like a book. Please take a gander if y’all want to feast on that which is nice and tidy for once. I think I’ll redo the categories and tags section and maybe add more ‘static’ pages to ‘force’ to the look of a mini-forum.

    I dreamt of the following off and on prior to waking up around 07:10.

    Dream one:

    I was driving along this wide highway. It was daylight and the overall feel was very bright. I kept missing the exits to my right. The exits were bright beige in color. I could see how the exits looped from the right over the ‘bridges’ in front of me and back down the ramp to my left side or the opposite side of the highway. I would see signs in green color to indicate where I was located.

    Dream two:

    I dreams of walking through a Filipino house. This was probably not the first time I visited this place. I noticed that the second floor was completely cover in very shiny wooden floor. There were patterns of dark brown squares outlining the sitting areas where people were talking. These sections were at least two or three and were in the middle of the very wide ‘hallway’.

    As I walked towards the far end of the hallway, I kept looking down through the ‘illusion’ of falling through the ‘center’ within the outline of dark brown colored tiles. And I visualized how there should have been a black colored iron rail around the perimeter to keep people like me from falling through the ‘floor’ and down to the first floor below, which I couldn’t see, of course. I avoided falling through by walking around to the right and outside of these ‘sitting arrangements’.

    Dream three:

    As I walked further forward, there were people talking at the far end of the wall to my right. Also to my right I noticed more wood work lining the bottom of that far wall near the peopld. I noticed to my left another small room and saw pictures of people and maybe at least on girl. I was thinking to myself how I am poor as I walked with my socks on while sliding across the very clean and smooth wooden floor of light beige color.

    Ahead of me and as I made my way to the left, I saw a dimmer room. I went inside the room and saw lots of Filipinos sitting along the sofa to my right hand side. There had to be at least one older teenager there and smaller kids. I think they were watching television across from them or to my immediate right side of the walk as I entered through the door.

    Anyway, I saw in my right hand a green-colored scrubber. I proceeded to wash out stainless steel sinks. Both were side by side in a normal kitchen. I saw how the suds formed and how I scrubbed the sides.

    Dream four:

    I was outdoors and talked to at least one lady. There appeared to be at least two other people listening from behind her. She was sitting down. There was lots of overgrowth behind the wooden, outdoor bench. The bench was situated or recessed inside the trimmed overgrowth. The listeners behind her got up and ran away to my right and out of my field of vision. She got up and told me she would tell at least two other people. I told her not too because there has been something about ‘GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS’. I picked up Native or Indian. She said North Dakota. She is from that area. She has a purple feeling around her. Her hair was jet black and her skin is not dark.

    Dream five:

    We talked some more as she pointed to my left. I turned around at a six o’clock direction nd saw more objects behind me. I could not make out those objects clearly. I then turned my gaze in the direction of the streets directly to my right and imaged myself walking to the corner intersection to hitch a ride, facing the traffic. But I turned around decided to walk up the sidewalk in my high heels.

  • 20080909-Old Farts

    ‘You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It’s still gonna stink after eight years.’ (Barack Obama while campaigning in Lebanon, Va.)

    OMG! Now old men are smelly! Well, I’d have to say this is true. But that is the ‘status quo’ for y’all. If it ain’t broke, there is no fixin’. Perhaps, ‘Barry’ meant that John McCain’s policy might continue where GWB left off. But I highly suspect that this trend is false, considering that the P.O.W. has military experience and the fact that troops leaving the region too early might destablize all their hard work. I believe (after listening to Rush Limbaugh on our local 560khz (AM station) the other day) that the terriorist activities are nothing in United States since the pre-emptive strike too place. I feel that our nation is more secure. I feel GWB did a good job (or rather his advisors did what we don’t really know is all about energy — oil).

    ‘You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.’ (Barack Obama while campaigning in Lebanon, Va.)

    OMG! The message is clear. Women are pigs. At first glance, this is how I interpreted what Barack Obama said in what appears to be an attack on Sarah Palin. Then I listened to the morning talk show with Rush Limbaugh on our local 560khz (AM station) that day. This is an old political phrase, which I thought had something to do with pork-bellied earmarks and wasteful spendings. As a lay person to the going ons with current events, if I were a Muslim woman or anyone who does not include ‘pork’ in their diet, I would take this remark from the next president of the United Stats as an offense. But I know what this ‘teacher’ is trying to tell us: It’s all forgiven. Let’s laugh off anything uncomfortable as ‘Barry’ has been doing and move on to the important issues. We need to hear how both parties address important issues from the economy to worldwide affairs and from free-will to security-sake.

  • 20080911-Day’s Event

    Well, besides last night’s deletions of ‘tags’ and ‘categories’ to my weblog site and today’s newsworthiness of hurricanes swirling around like a third eye chakra and the memorials going around a small patch of dirt in the shape of a circle, there’s the nice weather and warm sunshine.

    Yeah, the parakeets were especially hyperactive this morning as they flew high speed over our heads in the usual counter-clockwise direction. Their cage is located in between the dining room table and near the sliding door, leading to the backyard. I guess they saw a hawk flying over head and the occasional visits from the squirrel, which Paw has chased from digging around the pots of hibiscus plants right after eating lunch.

    So I signed up for this self-hosted site. I ended up logging myself out of this Cpanel. I don’t know what an FTP is and all that jazz! I managed to create two data bases called ‘data’ and ‘log’, though. But this was after browsing the articles online. I really don’t know what I was doing. Eh, I tried uploading files unsuccessfully and will take back my money after a couple of days of trial and error.

    It’s truly sad that I’m limited to whatever ‘themes’ are available for free here at WordPress.COM. I was hoping to use plug-ins and some nice JavaScript, for advertisement purposes. I wanted to leave my rants here at WordPress.COM and have a link over at that static site for money making. But I’m not to technically knowledgeable. That five-minute upload took me longer than expected because I really didn’t know what a PHP and SQL were supposed to do. It’s a shame for someone like me to live in the Silicon Valley and not know how to run a website 24/7. So it’s free for me here and now.

    Um, yeah, I guess I’d better start looking for a job because my tooth (fifth from the middle going left) is starting to bother me. This was after drinking my normal ‘filtered’ water from the local water store and feeling some coldness and pain shoot up right through the tooth. I think my gums are worn out from brushing with this medium ‘strength’ toothbrush. Now, I’m feeling it where the chewing area is. Oh man, I guess the ‘fellow brothers’ really hate me. Otherwise, I would have gotten out of this situation long ago. Another year has been wasted. Another nice blog has been posted. I’d take smiles as a good sign anytime. So that made my day. Thanks.

    Oh and by the way, Maws’ birthday is tomorrow. Two other birthdays fall on May, a month of patient but stubborn bulls; while mine falls on a winter month.
