  • 20081103-Old Out

    You know that old saying:

Out with the old and in with the new…

On November 03, 2008, “Barack Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, died […] after a battle with cancer. She was 86.” This may be sad event for the whole family. But in retrospect, I feel ‘Barry’ should have stayed by the side of the same person who helped raised the boy. His grandmother was gravely ill and I didn’t like the fact that ‘Barry’ AND his family left her side to do other ‘business’, like running a campaign.

My gut feeling tells me that her passing is truly COINCIDENTAL! Whoever is behind the scenes needed to SACRIFICE someone to prevent or assure (whichever one, I don’t know) some event that may or may not be related to the November 04, 2008 General Election for the next president of the United States.

Remember my previous blog about this alleged ‘CHANGE’ that has been the campaign slogan for ‘Barry’ and how removing the letters ‘C’ and ‘E’ from the word ‘CHANGE’ becomes ‘HANG’? Well, by golly, someone died! And that person was Barack Obama’s grandmother.

It’s creepy knowing that the next president of the United States would be the forty-fourth. 44 is a double digit. This is significant to ‘TPTB’. And for whatever reason, I don’t like how this whole race was being run. It appears dirtier than the past ones.

I can’t quite understand why I feel this presidential race was already set-up. Politics is like any sports entertainment event. For example, baseball is a fun America sport. People sit on their butts and enjoy a bunch of grown up men spit on the dirt from their chewing tobacco, hit the ball with their sticks and run to some ‘plate’ to avoid getting ‘eliminated’.

Everything is a business. The profit comes from concessionaires of hot dogs and drinks (of mostly beer) and souvenirs of T-shirts, hats, buttons, signs and other bobble-heads ‘MADE IN CHINA’! The biggest gain is dragging the whole game to the base of seven. The gamblers (of sports) are like the investors (of business) know this is ‘TRUE’.

So no matter how the game plan is played, nothing has changed. The longer the excitement the better the sell-out (of souls, or in this case someone’s death by this allegorical ‘hang’) and the bigger the wins. Whoever wins will be the ones behind the scene: the controllers — TPTB. They call the shots; not the voters or the ELECTORAL COLLEGE.

  • 20080909-Beautiful Beijing

The spirituality of the Chinese people is still intact from the presentation of last night’s opening ceremony of the Olympics Beijing 2008. I felt goose bumps during the first few hours and felt somewhat teary-eyed as I imagine the connection to people with whom may be but my left over past reincarnated memories of ancestors long gone beyond that of my great-grand parents.

The center of the stage opened up to a large scroll, whereupon dancers dressed in black painted the sea, mountains and one sun on the upper right with their bodies in blank ink from their hands. (Children later on filled in this picture with colors of green for the mountains and placed two rosy cheeks and a smile on the sun).

Then the very synchronous, watery waves were made by people handling the character blocks, forming mostly the symbol for harmony. Then flowers blossomed out from the lower right hand corner of the blocks to the upper left hand corner and out popped out the people who made this visual effect spectacular. I truly liked their friendly smiles as they waved back to the audience warmly.

The overall feel of the visual presentation was quite smooth. The peace dove created by dancers in green and white electric bulbs. The dancers first formed an ovoid shape in the center and later I noticed a very brief, vertical half-slit eye was the piano against the dancers.

The almost perfect geometric formations by martial artists of over 2,000 impressed me the most. The martial artists garbed in their white outfits have done quite well since they have practiced their art form all their lives. There were tai-chi dancers and more participants making waves with their verticals flags (of ships) as another dancer performed on top of several people below.

Acrobats in the beginning were tethered to cables. So there was a little girl who flew a dragon kite and the torch bearer, who ran the full 360 degree span of the stadium above, where projections of waterfall, children and colorful birds were shown. The lighting of the torch was done and fireworks of ovoid shapes, stars and circular ones ended the ceremony.

‘One world, one dream’ is the theme. That’s nice and so is unity. I don’t know what else could go wrong when people are brought together to have some fun and games from all over the world, starting from inside a nest-shaped stadium. I also don’t understand the significance of their superstitious belief in even numbers as lucky from the triple digit of the number eight, hence 08/08/08.

All I know is everyday is a good day without the baggage of superstition. I noticed, too, throughout the ceremony that there were lots of symbols in the number five: the five colorful rings of the Olympic; the five yellow stars to the Chinese flag; and the five petals of flowers painted on the third eye chakra (or between the eyes) of the dancers in full costumes. And the number five is an odd number, which is bad luck, right?

  • 20080731-Foreclosure Bankruptcy

Ah yes! Here is yet another synchronous coding that personalizes my initials ‘pour moi’ – the blog title may well be a manifestation of my ‘anger’ towards those who dare reap the rewards of cash (or appreciated profiting) from ‘flipping the house’. A house is supposed to be a place of shelter, protecting the inhabitants within said dwelling against the elements of nature – wind, rain, wind, sun, wild animals, pesky insects, etc. – and not some inanimate object (or real estate property) meant to be bought and sold quickly after making home improvements.

A home is supposed to be sweet (like gardenia scented candles), warm (like a raging fireplace) and cozy (like a bear skin rug). Homes are where families are raised and nurtured with precious memories to be passed on to the next generation. This is how I envisioned real estate property. People buy into the real estate market and live happily ever after. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and harbors good neighbors who are relatively nice and won’t mind loaning a few gardening tools or a cup of sugar once in awhile. The value of a home is as good as the value of the neighborhood and most importantly the value of loving and caring people.

Alas, I see lots of uncaring people who are in love with making cash from the equity of theirs home, which is really another loan on top of the original mortgage – both of which must be paid off one way or another. The media as usual has been presenting many foreclosures on homes due to (at times predatory) lending to risky borrowers. These same borrowers know damn well they cannot afford to put themselves into debt. And yet they want to live in a descent house with all the nice amenities of fine living. I don’t see the logic in how the poor could live in luxury and don’t understand why they would want to assume a lifetime of commitment that only the wealthy are in reality able to buy.

Buying a dream is one thing. But selling reality is another. The predators know damn well how to catch their preys. They send out their scouts to ‘find’ a player who gets sold into a scheme that appears ‘too good to be true’. Once the ‘asset’ has been acquired, the sucker is lead to believe that its business as usual. Of course greed appears to be the motivating factor behind any business-minded piglet (moi), whose original goal was the free will to share and but in turn fulfill the subconscious ego of appreciation. The ‘fallen’ have truly depreciated their value by not being true to themselves – ‘indulging in activities that don’t befit’ the person.

The risk of losing the house is up to the person. That is their choice or sometimes not — due to loss of job, mind or disability. The risk of filing for bankruptcy is also another way of saying that the borrower is simply unable to pay back the lender. And of course the lender would end up being ruined too. Their survival depends on the lifeline of their tentacles wrapped around investors and their capital, the borrowers and their payments and others sources of credit. Without the useless bottom feeders, the top heavy weights will all fall down.

That is how the world operates. A few won’t suffer but a majority will not escape the darkest of night. I think that’s why some brokers (whose job allows people go broke) jump out the windows when the stock market crashes. It gets that bad because there is no way to repay unpaid debt or fill in a deep hole six feet deep and so on. I don’t know how the economy could sustain itself towards a path of destruction. I see the ‘DOW’ is weakening. I don’t see how anyone could buy into (or gamble away) a ‘short’ market either and still recover the losses against inflationary pricing and the weakening dollar. It’s insane, really.

I see more people are waking up to truth that we the consumers are being gouged by high prices. Our local malls have lots of empty space for leasing; the roads have less traffic and more cyclists; and the grocery stores have lots of spoiled, leftover food, too. For example, one store nearby our home is more expensive than the other store (which requires more traveling time and waste of gas just to get there).

So, people who cannot afford to pay high prices won’t go shopping; thereby leaving businesses to close shop and workers to go jobless. I don’t know why the government won’t declare that the United States economy is in recession. I don’t know why I could just file for bankruptcy and be counted as among those who tried to live the American dream (or horrible nightmare). It’s a sad fate but there is always that light at the end of the tunnel or pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, right? Meh!

  • 20080417-Childrens’ Cries

I grow weary of the recent news portraying children as abused victims by their possessed handlers, some of which are loving and doting parents (such as Members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, a renegade offshoot of the Mormon religion) and even the respected authoritative figureheads (such as priests of the Catholic religion).

Prior to the worldwide broadcast of newsworthy sensationalism, there seemed to have been little notice or any care of anything considered as ‘bad’, ‘wrong’ or unimaginable to the minds of simple folks living out in the country. Now the multi-billion media is capable of bringing to our attention how distracting these out of the ordinary events sway the opinions of the public.

With the technology of television and radio evolving into internet as a good source of up-to-date news, the only history in the making are the cries of many more abused children that go unanswered by the likes of groups (made up of old men and tolerating women) that hide behind the guise of religion, not the Pope’s visit for the very first time on the soil of ‘America’ on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, which is ‘Income Tax Day’ in the United States.

I especially do not appreciate the growing trend of different, tax-free denominations (especially the kinds that cite from various interpretations of the Bible) and how these organizations appear to embody a safe haven for salvation to people who follow blindly without understanding the truth behind donation in the first place.

These donations are supposed to go to those in the most need, like the poor, the hungry and especially the victims of the sexual abuses within the vile clutches of religious entities and not into the constructing of mansions for reverends or the renovating of old buildings and the developing of real estate. One could surmise the possibility that the Vatican is bankrupt, if not financially but spiritually as well.

And the very nature of the Pope’s visit to the U.S. (besides the celebration of his 84th birthday on April 16, 2008 away from his family) could influence the sheer number of votes by Catholics (by almost half the population) in the upcoming Pennsylvania election on April 22, 2008.

His timing could not have been a better from touching down at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland to coming out of the Alitalia airlines, waving to the faithful below, walking down the steps rather quickly and shaking hands with George W. Bush on a symbolic double-digit time of around 1:11:45PM.

The Catholic Church and its unification of various religions may be a powerful entity representing the fulfillment of this alleged NWO agenda. And once again media has shown a Muslim convert being blessed on March 22, 2008 at Easter Mass by the Pope as an example to the whole world which religious ‘side’ is taken by the United States.

I am suggesting that perhaps this powerful message is a clue as to where the world is headed — order out of chaos, the removal (and possible jail time) of abusive entities to innocent lives and firm believers in an invisible, flesh eating, blood thirsty ‘God’ — their god, not ours. As a result, the children could never go back to pain of former family units but should look forward to hope of freedom loving kinds.

  • 20080319-Passover Dinner

My parental units and I attended our very first ‘Seder’ Passover (Haggadah) dinner at our local church from 07:00PM to 09:22PM for $25.00 each person. This was an invitation by Poi B. during the breakfast on Monday, March 10, 2008. We took pictures of each other and ‘Paw’ looked cute in his little black ‘cap’, which was provided for guys to wear on their heads during the Passover feast.

We greeted some people: An old lady (so far most) liked my shorter, squire, bob-like hairstyle and another ‘white’ lady talked about how other people cried at church with ‘Maw’ (of course the emotional one) during the surprise 40th Anniversary Blessing that I requested Father Lim to say for my parental units on Monday, March 10, 2008 in front of everyone during the morning mass at 08:00AM.

I emailed my local church (last minute) around midnight and phoned the same morning to no avail. Tonight was pleasant enough with some people dressing semi-formal. I was sticky hot in my shiny polyester, maroon colored top, however. Anyway, we learned about the different items located at the table.

I sat next to the right of my parental units with a total mismatched, white guy, Jeffrey, Vanessa and her Filipino parents to my right. There was Rose and Fred in front of me and another couple, Bert and his wife to my left side too. I said very little and ignored the people. The program was about one hour.

Candle Blessing: The hostess or ‘Mother’ usually prepares this flower at the middle of the table and is the one to light candles located somewhere inside the flower arrangement.

Cup of Thanksgiving – Kiddush: The first cup is poured by the head of the table and everyone drinks up. There was blush wine and apple juice for the non-alcoholic drinkers. I opted for the light, rosy-colored liquid, the good stuff.

Rahatz and Karpas: A snip of parsley dipped in salt water twice and then eaten. I kept chewing while the Master of Ceremonies or Lector continues with his readings.

Matzee – Matzo: A large, cracker-like flat bread is passed around and shared with each person breaking a piece off to be dipped into horseradish (gasp!) and eaten. My eyes were teary from the strong heat of the horseradish, of course.

Cup of Memory and Haddadh: The second cup was pour once again by the head of the table and we drank well.

Elements of the Passover Feast: The MC and Guest would ask about the following elements. The Lector’s wife holds up each element while the Lector give a short response to each one.

    • Pesach – The Paschal Lamb.
    • Matzo – A bread of affliction.
    • Moror – A bitter herb.
    • Roasted Egg – A symbol of life everlasting.
    • Haroses – The mortar used by the Israelites in making brick in Egypt.

Psalm 114: The Lord’s Wonders at the Exodus.

The Korekh: Benediction is said by the ‘males’ or ‘Fathers’.

Dinnertime: We were served by ‘waiters’ from 08:55 until around 09:11PM. We had one steaming hot potato still wrapped in its foil, and lots of steamed veggies, beef, chicken, green jelly and later on a choice of fruits, followed by cookies and coffee.

Search for the Afikoman: Two children went around the tables in search of what appeared to be a blue piece of cloth containing the middle piece of ‘dessert’ (or one of three matzo representing three classes of Jewish priests — the Cohen, the Levi, and the Israeli [people]). This was wrapped and hidden to be eaten last.

The Cup of Blessing: The head of the table pours the drinks again and we drank.

Psalm 116Thanksgiving to God for Help in Need.

Reception of Elijah: Some old dude (Elijah) with a very white beard was rapping at the side door quite loudly twice (five and six times). His wife opened the door, filling ‘Elijah’s cup as he arrives.

Cup of Freedom and Final Benediction: The ones at the head of the table poured our final drink. I drank the whole thing – hiccup!

    Acknowledgements were said – [yawn].

    Shalom

Addendum 11:06PM 03/19/2008: I noticed at least five to seven of these ‘white’ folks with pinkish red skins. The big white guy sitting to the right of Father Parata had the brightest red face. I was blasting that entity since I have one TB created by DB (this year) inside my Donney Bourke bag of black with bright brown colored trimmings.
