“You are correct about how I have learned to avoid instant messages. Shared information can be misconstrued as attested many times with my family members. As a result, I probably didn’t replay to your dream chatting sessions because I’ve learned to avoid that form of communication after having met “spooks” online, I’m begging you.

*, I remembered an old memory of my first known sleep paralysis (back then I did not know what sleep paralysis was, and so this experience was very scary).”I recall going through a sleep paralysis but I was still in some sort of “lucid dream state” at that time and maybe I almost completely OBE! I know it was scary and I will pray for your strength for restful sleeps.
