  • Flynn’s Bills

[Scene One: A nice high-brow mall somewhere.]

Dude: Hi, there! Are you lost?

Flynn: Yeah. I can`t seem to find my wallet.

Dude: Uh okay. Maybe I could help. My name is Dude.

Flynn: Sure. Thanks, Dude. My name is Flynn.

Dude: Nice to meet you, Flynn. Do you remember where you last saw your wallet?

Flynn: Not really. I’ve been shopping all day.

Dude: Well. Let’s have coffee on me and maybe you might remember.

Flynn: Great idea! By the way, did you know I’m a billionaire?

Dude: No way! Serious? You’ve got to be kidding me! (He’s drooling now.)

Flynn: Yeah. I have credit card bills, telephone bills, automobills

    THE END

    P.S. It’s a great brouhaha!

  • 20060920-Project Fear

I am fearful of the unknown.
I hated knowing there is fear.

I ran away from my true love.
I ran away from god – my god!

I am too naked to fight wars.
I am naked. This is the truth.

I served fear and stopped to wonder.
I served hatred and found no love.

I served others and loved myself.
I served myself and learned to live.

See no evil. Say no evil.
Hear no evil. Be no evil.

I am. We are. It’s all the same.
He said. She said. There is no blame.

P.S. Here is another poem to fill in my sleepless morning. I’ve read more articles by another teacher and wondered if I passed my tests so far. Silence is golden.

  • 20060907-Bagged Stuff

Let’s see: The current time is 2008 (Pacific Time) and I am digesting another delicious leftover dinner of bar-be-que chicken bought by my parents yesterday. Dessert was fruits of one pineapple and freshly picked pears that were cut and clean by ‘Shiva-Paw.’

I have read another long-head article and thought to myself, hey, I could describe what personal property I happen to carry on my person. I currently use this ugly, black-colored over the shoulder leather bag with one strap and not those miniature log-shaped totes with two straps that one would carry on the arm.

I do not know how women shop while they have their logs weighing down one good arm. Duh! I find the dainty look quite impeding to the shopping experience. With my bag, I could have two free arms to select various clothes and have lots piled on my arms to try on at one time.

There are several pockets with zippers to hold my stuff – two outside pockets, two middle side sections and the middle section with smaller compartments. I didn’t have much to put in when I first bought this bag but now I have more to weigh my shoulders down.

The outside pockets are for my cellphone and keys. The cellphone section holds the unit itself and two recharging cords – one for AC and the other for the car. The keys section holds my work badge, house keys and car keys.

The two middle side sections are for my debt and papers. The debt section holds my wallet of identifying documents like a driver’s license, checkbook and some pens. The papers section holds an assortment of coupons, reminder cards, plastic forks, knives and spoons, my feminine pads and a paper notepad.

The middle section holds electronic and hygiene items. This section contains a small binocular, digital camera (which also takes videos), potpurri perfume (which makes people sneeze), two types of breath mints, and makeup. I have a bottle of eyeglass cleaning solution and the silk cloth from the eye doctor for using on my dirty pairs of eyeglasses.

I prefer to keep my life organized in case of emergency purposes. This bag with all its sections helps me to avoid loosing things and provides a sense of security knowing that I have whatever I consider precious stuff wherever I go.

  • 20060812-Adult Autism

I came across an article around 04:30AM. It describes a woman having children with autism from male donor sperms. What caught my attention was in the first paragraph, which describes her child as being ‘extremely sensitive to sound and walked on her toes.’

I remember as a child walking on my toes and repeatedly rocking my head sideways prior to sleeping. As an adult, I hate loud noises and bright light to this day. Today’s early morning research on these medical conditions points to other weird ‘symptoms’ of lacking normal social interactive skills and having larger or smaller skull sizes.

The related articles online are ‘symptoms’ described mostly for children. But I will find out if there is any such thing as diagnosis for adult autism. I see indications for repetitive and non-conformist behaviors. But being pigeon-holed into ‘abnormal’ categories is not nice.

By the way, I’ve gotten one of those ‘gun’ vaccination on my upper left arm. The multiple-needle scar is still visibly circular and paler in color than the surrounding skin area. The medical community claims there is no link between vaccines and autism. (Yeah, right!)

Author’s note: I have yet to create more masterpieces in art via my much neglected poems. The poems by ‘J@ck B!ll*’ of Florida are so dearly missed.

  • 20060731-Black Dough

My musing barks like a little black crow.
Ear pressures hurt! I cannot hear my foe.
I’m stuck in a rut. This is all I know.
I’m indoors all day. There’s nowhere to go.
I’m a boring girl. This lifestyle is slow.
I’m unimpressive. There’s no one to show.
I’m here by myself. No one says, ‘Hello.’
My musing barks like a little black crow.

I was content and carefree years ago.
My happiest hopes and dreams seemed to grow.
For six years, I learned about quid pro quo.
My path has led me to a status quo.
Their calls to me seemed based on purest snow.
More fires of hell await me below!
I don’t understand and may never know
how desperate people are made to owe.
Ear pressures hurt! I cannot hear my foe.

  • 20060720-Fallenda Be

‘All hope abandon ye who enter here’.
An inscription at the entrance to hell (from Dante in The Divine Comedy).

    I:
    Woe to the fallen angel
whose hopes and dreams went to hell.
    Lonely cries were never heard
    from her dark corner occurred.
Pressure to bear was too much
on broken wings, pained to touch.

    II:
    Praise to the fallen angel
    who bade her heartaches farewell.
One brave soul answered her call
and rode her to beg and crawl
    destined to be a succor
    and always be the sucker.

    III:
    Welcome! Oh, fallen angel
    into the fiery pit dwell.
    Perish in eternal flame
where darkened souls writhe in shame.
    Remember her painful seeds
    where bloody salvation feeds.

  • 20060708-Bull’s Eye

I’m not afraid to protect and defend
anyone who would make me a good friend.
I took a test and passed with one missed score.
I wanted perfections to this I swore.

With this fine license I did acquire,
the right and safety on how to fire.
A rented browning was easy to point.
My first bull’s eye mark did not disappoint.

My purpose is a novice warrior
who has to stop being a worrier.

  • 20060708-Scorn Smile

Animals and children were scared of me.
Their eyes were wide from their sorry faces.
They left in five minutes from their places.
They would suddenly frown and had to flee.

One rolled her eyes in a disgusted way.
Nasty creatures cough and sneeze from behind.
They deserve these spells for it’s meant to bind.
I flipped them off but in hidden display.

Nasty drivers spit in my direction.
Two ugly thugs jumped up from their car seats.
Cumulus clouds formed within my heartbeats.
A wand was used in blessed affection.

The Higher Realms would observe the hard work.
Patrols increased with devices on hand.
They flew in copters or followed on land.
Laughter is best when I wear my cool smirk.

  • 20060703-Born Bored

    Am I a boring girl?
    My life is so mundane.
At home, I sleep all day.
This PC is all I have.
    I stay indoors all day.

    Am I a boring girl?
I do not play their games.
One is either right or wrong.
    I sometimes feel their pains.
    I feel I don’t belong.

    Am I a boring girl?
    Life’s blessings are enjoyed:
the skies, the birds and seas.
    Pictures are made and share.
I feel I should be free.

    Am I a boring girl?
    I have no shopping skills
    or egos to maintain.
    I prefer to work alone.
My work is not in vain.

    Am I a boring girl?
    My self education
shows life is back on track
    about love, light and me.
The train of hope is back.

    My birth was in Sagittarius
    where the golden Sun
    passed
    that Sunday morning.

    My birth was in Taurus
    where the silver Moon
    bellowed
    its lunar winter warning.

    My birth was in Capricorn
    where the influential Ascendant
    rose
    in the Virginian east.

My birth was in the Monkey year
    where the third planet Earth
    blessed
    my ‘Crys-Tian’ love feast.

  • 20060702-Middle Ground

I float on rippled tides above.
I sink to endless depths below.
My hopes sail to a distant shore.
My fears drown to a stormy lore.

I toss a coin of heads and win.
I toss a coin of tails and lose.
I am secured from outside threat.
I drown within from piles of debt.

A success is to spring forward.
A failure is to fall backward.
    Go in blessed evolution.
    Back to godlike retribution.
