  • Alien Baby

I remember sitting in French class during high school. It was the senior year. At eighteen, I was too old to be told to throw away my chewing gum. I was being a rebel. I hated school.

I sat behind a Vietnamese guy, who showed me his pencil drawing of an alien baby. He asked me if his drawing looked like an alien baby. I said, “No.”

The drawing was a bi-pedal baby with proportional limbs and head of a human baby. But he drew in scales in very dark.

Right there I could put the pieces together, the reptoids existed then and now I’m learning about them online and sharing what I know via this weblog.

I still have the visual in my mind for downloading if interested.

  • Spine Support

This morning I had created another imagery between people and plants, spine and trellis. I was thinking how fragile the human form is without the support of the spine. And like the trellis of our climbing plants, how fragile the plant form, too.

  • 20100720-Weathery Ways

Today’s was much cooler. An overcast of gray clouds gave light showers after receiving the `Hostia` and leaving the parish. At around 8:22am, I was in my car and ready to go to work. This is the current arraignment as if I never left home – wake up, attend mass and go about business as usual. And as usual, I would work, then count the hours until lunchtime, which I been happily doing on my own and without the pusshead asking personal questions and go out for my thirty minute walk around the block.

I intercepted Theresa D. again and she talked about work, what’s going to do and about her brother who is one year my junior. The guy is a bum, not interested in socializing with his peers or going out to meet or date girls his age. Sorry, girlfriend! I’m not interested. If this former and current co-worker talks rapidly, giving me a headache in the process, how much more her brother? No thank you!

  • Why my hip-hop posse would include LL Cool J

Topic # 8 – Prompted January 23, 2009: If you were a famous rapper, who would be in your posse? If you’re already a famous rapper, good for you! If not, list the members of your posse below.

    LL Cool J
LL Cool J was the first rapper, well, actually, Run DMC, that popped into my mind. He just looks so posse and not nasty or thuggish looking like other gangster-like music artists. I’m not into rapping but he’s got some cool, old school lyrics. Thank you.

  • Good, Bad, Ugly

If you have a Facebook account, which of the three words would mostly closely describe who you really are within yourself and to others?

    • Good,
    • Bad, or
    • Ugly.

Last night Robert F@br!c@nt#, my fourth cousin living in Monterey, CA. wrote a disturbing personal message. In my whole life, he is the second person to tell me I’m UGLY in writing. It could have been spam. As per my an old blog entry, a white girl waiting in the orthodontist’s chair on my left told the assistant that I’m UGLY. That was during my early teenage years.

It was only recently that I’ve received a complimentary BEAUTIFUL from a long-distant friend, who was being kind. Meh! Maw is the only other kind-hearted person, who kept reminding me I’m BEAUTIFUL. One other cousin on Facebook told me I’m PRETTY but I felt the response wasn’t sincere. The rest are being dishonest.

By selecting any of the three words, I’ll offer my interpretations below.

    • Good. Let others be the judge of how `good` you are. You give yourself too much credit.
    • Bad. Let others know you are human. It only gets worse if you lie about your imperfections.
    • Ugly. Let others learn about the ugly truth. This last category exposes the worse in others.
  • Happily Trimmed

I noticed that the people who survived being laid-off (or `trimmed` as a co-worker told me during our first lunch out together last week – after three years of not working together at the other place) appear much nicer, friendlier and happier. People are not as snappy or snobbish, too.

I feel that down-sizing the workforce across all levels – federal, state, local and private – will keep only the `strongest and fittest` available. Yesterday, during our thirty minute brisk walk around the block, Theresa said that it would be better to cut off the OVERTIME instead of laying off. But, ironically, those working OVERTIME benefit from more hours and, of course, the much needed money to support their family.

So yeah, unemployment may seem high during Obama’s administration. But that is part of the `dirty job`, to take out the trash, separate the goat from the sheep and cut the weed among the flowers. Hehe! Yeah, right!

  • Lunch Outings

So yesterday from 1:00pm to 1:30pm, I walked around the eBay headquarters. I was using the black-colored Tote umbrella as a sun shield. It was moderately hot because Jenika P. asked if I went walking. I probably smelled to high heavens. Using an email print-out didn’t help cool my stink down. Haha!

Today for lunch, Theresa D. and I went to the Vietnamese Pho shop on the corner of Trimble and First Street (I think). The Starbucks coffee shop was around the bend.

She paid for my meal and coffee. That was nice of her considering I drove the both of us to the place.

  • Emergency Call

At 7:52pm, I heard the siren from the SJFD (Engine # E-34). The firemen arrived at the scene. It’s the corner house, adjacent (or diagonally located) from our home. I also see the ambulance and the gurney coming out. The driver was mock playing a dribble as a boy was running with a basketball. A white dude is standing near the streetlight. Both the boy and the guy is wearing dark shirts.

  • Strange Delays

So old granny passed away at 8:08pm Tuesday evening. We were called by Uncle Dead at 10:00pm to be there before they take her away, which would have been at 1:30am! We had left at 12:30am because three of us had to work tomorrow. Paw and Maw were getting tired too. Some relatives stayed awhile longer.

  • Some Shows

Let’s see the only ones that I didn’t see were the Shillster, eyebrow tick and pals (i.e. Ian and kid, fourth wife of Jorel and three of his other kids, Kitty Kat and boys). They came earlier: How convenient. When the coast was clear Uncle Dead called the rest of us to show up. How convenient.

The Paw of Shillster couldn’t make it because the second wife, the nemesis of the vindictive nutball, is still recovering from her second head surgery. Jorels two girls and the second wife showed up.

  • Hating Stuff

Besides today being MUCH cooler than yesterday and DEFINITELY the day before, I hate blogging! There’s nothing to blog about! The end! It’s nothing but useless data to kill the time.

Thanks TPTB and pals, I’m friggin’ working for money that should have been in my greasy palms by now! WTF? I’m stuck in front of the computer AGAIN. And when I get home, it’s the same thing – controversy then rants!

Today’s lunch was a waste! I wanted to spend only $7.95 for my meal but the fools decided to split it for $23.00. WTF? I hate people! I hate company outings! I hate idle conversation about life and nonsense! I hate what you f^ck#rs done!

  • Old Co-Worker

Yippie! I’ve met my old co-worker from C!sc*… Theresa D. used to work in the A/P department but now she works here as a Stock Administrator, just like what Carolyn T. used to do. I wonder if Lottie M. still remembers me, too.

I saw Theresa walk from the slamming back door and down my aisle. That’s when I saw her profile very briefly! I looked at her to her right and then she looked up at me and finally recognized me. I gave her a hug and asked her how her three bullies (children) are. She has been here for two years.

I sensed (as per my sixth sensed and probably thinking about her) that she was the one walking around the block during lunch today from 12:45pm to 1:00pm. My walk ended at 1:15pm, thirty minutes later because it was so friggin’ hot!

Gosh! Now I know two people from the accounting department here at my temp job from hell for six months! Yippie! Now I get to walk around with her during lunchtime. Whenever.
