  • Trademark infringement

Good evening, children! Tonight’s word is `Trademark infringement`:

“Trademark infringement is a violation of the exclusive rights attaching to a trademark without the authorization of the trademark owner or any licensees (provided that such authorization was within the scope of the license). Infringement may occur when one party, the “infringer”, uses a trademark which is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark owned by another party, in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers. An owner of a trademark may commence legal proceedings against a party which infringes its registration.“

    For example:

“Orgonite™ is a trademark belonging to Karl Welz, the inventor of orgonite, and is used on littlemountainsmudge.com for educational purposes.“

The guy has had his lawyers send emails to vendors using the word `Orgonite`. One guy, who knows him personally, finds him to be `nice`, which is a generic word to describe something positive and bordering on `bad`, really.

Anyway, if he uses that word for business, then that is his right. If he just uses it to gain notoriety and such, he is just another person out to put his name among those who don’t give a hoot. The pursuit towards legality is such a waste of precious resources: Nay, it costs money!

I wonder if I could use the word ORGONITE as a tag here at WordPress.com. What’s he going to do? Make a big deal with a poor person and a bored blogger? Anyone who goes that far has only business on his mind – no moral character and out for the money.

  • Caveat emptor

Good afternoon, kids! The word of the day is `Caveat emptor`:

    • “Another way to say, “let the buyer beware.”“
    • “In other words, consumers need to know their rights and be vigilant in avoiding scams.“
    • “–noun: let the buyer beware: the principle that the seller of a product cannot be held responsible for its quality unless it is guaranteed in a warranty.“
    • “n. The axiom or principle in commerce that the buyer alone is responsible for assessing the quality of a purchase before buying.“

Now, kids: When people get burned by a bad deal, can that person get the money back?

    • For example, a gifted Native sold `zapping products` to clean the blood. Several people reported burns by that contraption. The seller tells the purchasers: `Go to hell! It’s your fault.`
    • In another example, a fat blob from overseas took money that hasn’t been repaid. Several people (from Hawaii, Kentucky, etc.) posted their reports online, which can be Googled. The borrower(s) tell(s) the suckers: `Go to hell! It’s your loss.`

Children: Tell me. Who is at fault here – the fool or the fooled? Who will go to hell – the arrogant or meek?

The bigger question is: Will the government and authorities care to help? The answer is in the negative!

  • Cleaner Pendant

How to resurface and polish a Pendant in less than 4 minutes.

“Should the surface of your pendant become scuffed or scratched, it is easy to bring it to a `like-new` shine with car polish.

The surface of most any resin based pendant will pick up imperfections after a period of wearing. You can use a 1000 grit sanding pad available at auto paint and body supply shop. Regular 1000 grit sand paper will do just fine.

    • Wet sand the pendant for a minute or two.
    • What results is a very smooth matte finish.
    • Two minutes or less of polish on a wet cloth with car wax.

Here is a link with pictures: http://www.warriormatrix.com/viewtopic.php?t=6128.“

  • 20100531-Chatting Nonsense

I’ve chatted again with a bunch of business folks from the South Eastern part of America and a few minutes with some fat blob from Yahoo! Messenger, who later came by as one of the administrator to that first chatting session, which began around 5:09pm (PDT). I stayed until 7:34pm, popping back in three times (as `be right back` and/or `away`) because I had to do laundry, clean the parakeets and house.

I didn’t learn much except save the links as favorite for later viewing and patronizing. The talk was about news of a sink hold in Guatemala, coughing spells from reptoids, exercises for shoulders, zappers, orgone, local artists, musicians and other nonsense. One member got pissed because he couldn’t follow our cryptic messages to each other. One asked if I was psychic. I replied in the negative, which is true because they are all spooks.

The administrator has connections to the military, schools and such. Another administrator was a former student of his. The rest are tag teams from his schools, no doubt and another spooks from the `outside of the sandbox` claiming that newbies are so excited to learn of orgonite from his site that they wanted some TODAY, which is a HOLIDAY meant for fun and no business until tomorrow!

So that’s fine. I’ve played along. I’ve got my giggles and more orgone stuff en route to the doorstep of the homeowner. That’s right! I’m homeless! Without these good folks, I’m out on the street, Pete! I’m still getting ready to fight back and not hiding anymore and I want something back. They know. You know. TPTB knows. They play dumb but they just `sit back and watch`, which is why I logged out.

  • 20100521-More Spooks

Part of survival means doing whatever it takes. And I see that most people love to make a fast back. I happen to have a list of people who operate in a network that the F#Ds take for granted. But that is another matter of which I have two options to exercise: IT’S MY RIGHT!!!

For example, there is product called a L!fe P!llow, which supposedly contains crushed crystals. I do NOT condone people crushing crystals. How would you like being together for eons, only to have some artistic fanatic cut you and your brethren apart to be sold on the open market as mere `humanized` trinkets?

For all I care, the product does look like sand meant for the litter box of cats. Thanks to Shrimpsei, he exposed yet another scam. He teaches us not to believe everything we see or hear and learn to evaluate exactly what is going on with the product.

I have lots orgone products. But because I’m not energy sensitive, I do not know if those work. I know the J—/Sensei CB works. It’s out in the backyard doing a fine job. I know my miniature power wand works. It tingles in my hand and set two spooks jumping in the front seats of their car.

As for Carol’s pendant, I felt nothing. There were only a few skin-like bumps on the back of this product. The same goes for two of Shirmpsei’s nano-pendant and lemurian crystal. I expected buzzes or at least fireworks. But I felt nothing.

Let’s see and while I’m on the roll of evaluations here: The HHGs by DB is supposed to work because the parakeets respond to it. I have a YouTube.com video of Binky playing on top of it. I don’t feel anything from these orgone products, honestly.

So there you go. Most orgone work. Some don’t. It’s up to the consumers to fight back: IT’S THEIR RIGHT!!! As for the Don’s zapper device to clean the blood, it burns. That causes injury. Three people, including myself received scars. He and his wife should pay. But we’ll let karma take care of that, which probably already happened during one of his aircraft landings. Brouhaha!

  • 20100518-Washed Pendants

I washed clothes that day. And there were loud clanking noises inside the washing machine. I had to stop the first one to locate the source of the noise. It was Shirmpsei’s orgone pendant. The necklace has broken off. The other sound came from the dryer. I found Carol’s orgone pendant glued to a fleece vest. I had to pry that one off. Both are serve inside the front pockets of my jeans.

  • 20100508-Trying Theme

This time I’m trying yet another WordPress.com theme:

    Bueno by WooThemes

A stylish and fun theme with a custom header, custom background, and multiple alternate color schemes.

    Tags: blue, brown, green, silver, purple, red, pink, two-columns, fixed-width, custom-header, custom-background, theme-options, threaded-comments, sticky-post, rtl-language-support, translation-ready

    PROs:

    • LARGE fonts everywhere! I love it for people with myopic eyes!
    • Blog description (or tagline) on upper left hand corner of weblog.
    • Search bar on upper right hand corner of weblog.
    • Drop-down menu for navigation bar.
    • Custom header. Image exactly 930 by 198 pixels.
    • Theme options. Select between showing `home page` link and `RSS feed` in nav menu. I removed the `home page` link because my pages ran to the second row. I wanted only one row.
    • Theme options. Select colors of blue, brown, default, green, gray, purple, red. I chose the blue background in case the uploaded `background image` didn’t work.
    • Custom background. Upload an image, which I created via `Gradient Maker`. Select `Display Options` of colors, positions, repeats and attachments.

    CONs:

    • No time stamp! Waaahhh!

I love the big fonts because it helps to `advertise` my favorite blogroll links, especially orgone. Check it now! It’s located on the `right sidebar`.

  • 20100504-Trying Theme

Out of sheer friggin’ frustration, I’m trying another WordPress.com theme:

    Regulus by Ben Gillbanks

A versatile two column theme complete with custom header, blues and yellows.

For the longest time, I wanted to try this theme but couldn’t get the feel. Now, I see there are many cool elements.

    PROs:

    • A link called `Top`, which is located at the bottom. It brings the reader back to the top of the weblog, basically.
    • A Feed section for both Posts and Comments, located underneath the sidebar.
    • Two-columns, one for content to the left and a right sidebar.
    • Fixed-width for smaller screen resolutions.
    • Custom colors. There are six colors. But I chose `Blend it in`, which looks more like light purple.
    • Custom header. There is a choice between an uploaded image (730 by 140 pixels) or one of eight header. I chose `Electric Swirl` because the swirls and concentric circles remind me of orgone energy and a sun symbol, respectively.
    • Top navigation bar. Tabs accommodate at least ten of my current parent pages.
    • Search bar. It’s underneath the top navigation bar.
    • Blog description is underneath the blog title and both are located to the right of the custom header.
    • Sub-pages clearly shown to the right of the content element and above the sidebar.

    CONs:

    • Fonts appear too small as default for me. But using the ZOOM-IN feature of the web browser should help enlarge the small fonts for easier reading.
    • No time stamp! Waaahhh!
  • 20100119-Rain Paradise

Well, it’s been raining for the past few day. Gee! I love rain! Why?

    • Rain rinses away our iniquities.
    • Rain offers a quick shower for the stench of homeless.
    • Rain removes dirt and filth from the plant life and waters their roots.
    • Rain brings water for the wildlife to drink.
    • Rain cleans the streets of grease and grim.
    • Rain washes inanimate objects, like vehicles and buildings.
    • Rain renews the earth.

While lurking online again, I came across a conspiracy forum and a thread asked: What would be a perfect world? My answer would be: Lots of water and lots of sunshine and then everything else in between, like crystals found in orgone and nice people who toss them about or gives them to people.

  • 20100113-Feeling Better

I’m feeling better for this week after two weeks of flu-like symptoms, which I’ve dealt with naturally and without flu or H1N1 shots. Nyah! I let the raised temperature of my body burn off the cooties and took some anti-histamine and a couple of pain killers. Using DC’s zapper helps too.

Anyway, I’ve been eating well, veggies, the usual meat stuff and fruits; although I’m not too keen on drinking fruit juices or eating fruits. On empty stomach, these acidic foods hurt my stomach. Bananas hurt my tummy especially. Orange juice hurts my teeth.

But I’ve noticed my `sensitivities` to pain have subsided for the better part of last year. Stubbing my toes don’t hurt, the falling metal rods of my canopy upon my face don’t hurt, or objects falling on my feet don’t hurt. Cuts and bruises hurt but the pain subsides right away. The healing, unfortunately, takes time.

Maybe my nerves are compromised and I’m not aware of any underlying `pre-existing medical conditions` because I’ve no health insurance! But for whatever reasons, I’ve used mind over matter to deal with pains. Taking pain killers is the last resort. Even those are TEMPORARY remedies and NOT CURES!

Anyway, I’m drinking prune juice diluted with our usual bottled water (processed from a local water store owned and operated by Vietnamese). This particular concoction works nicely on my innards, if you know what I mean. I find acidic juices more tolerable if I add water. Orange juice, cranberry juice and even apple juice are too strong for me, even if not from concentrate.

  • 20100104-More Spooks

Last night on 01/03/2010 at 22:21pm, I heard a copter buzz low over our home. This was almost immediately after I placed DC’s zapper behind my right ear (that is, after transferring said zapper from behind left ear a few minutes earlier).

For awhile, I’ve felt there was a long line behind my ear. Mysteriously, the line was not there before and I assumed that the skin around that area was either stretching taut (from gaining weight) or getting looser (from loosing weight).

  • 20091229-Healthy Death

Well, that’s it! Dr. Kenny Chen, another spook, has given the H1N1 shot of death to my dear Maw. She seemed all energetic today and well, I tried charging the area where the bandage was located on her upper left arm with DC’s zapper. But the unit fell down to the rug of the kitchen floor with a thud. I wonder if the nanobots will help close the hole in the heart. That would surely be a blessing, indeed!
