Resurrecting Uncategorized Private posts with/out Tags. 20250106-1259 PST.

  • Beautiful sunny and cold breezy day

    20221026-1301. Anyways, I tried to mirror my biblical project on another business paid/upgrade plan and use my domain at the same time. But the system got VERY angry at me and refused to cooperate. So within a few hours, I canceled the plan and now my site is free, which means I can’t use my domain name as the primary site address! See? Too many trickery going on here.

    So I’m still debating what I should do with my three domain names, one of which must be my blogging site. Like I said, unfortunately the main domain that is good for nine years is connected with my countless customized email aliases. And that was prior to the discovery of Hide My Email feature, which I’ve been using primarily in order to cut down and track the spam that is going into my primary account, which has the legacy feature for yeeting Inactive Accounts after three month of inactivity.

    So I’ve opted to combine my dark sider blog with my light sider bible and so that’s how it is! Currently the frontpage is a static page welcoming the viewers or visitors of my site. I do NOT like the lighter color themes. I prefer the Dark Theme: Y’all know, like the black color of most Bibles! Plus I can read the stuff better anything during the day and most especially at night.

    The only way to view my rants and raves is to subscribe to a feed reader or to click on the links for my blogs. It’s a matter of drilling into the site for stuff. Originally I wanted to expose the entire blog in Full Summary mode and NOT in Excerpt only mode, so I could copy and paste text in case I forgot to backup or save for my archive, which I do NOT ever read or review as I intended with my hundreds of XML files containing personal stuff but failed due to system errors!

    Yeah, so my elderly father is trying to remove the remaining root system of two fruit trees which is destroyed/killed/murdered on the grounds that it’s more convenient for me when I get too old. That’s bull-crap because like most assholes, They/Them Live to use others much like intelligence agents and agencies using the backdrop of Bible, religion, humanitarian, and other non-profit trafficking activities, as a reason to coverup their crimes against humanity, plants, animals, elements, and mineral rights, too!

  • Looking back on a year of working remotely

    It is only in comparatively recent years that attention has been given to bee-keeping on a scientific basis. Aforetime there were certain traditional methods to be followed to secure the honey harvest, but those who practised them knew neither the why nor wherefore. Today, however, thanks to the observations of our great scientists on the life and habits of the bee, to their patience and diligence in noting the insect’s manner of working, we are in possession of knowledge which has enabled the practical bee-keeper to reduce the old haphazard ways to method, orderliness, and definite purpose.

    The budding bee-keeper, as he reads one or other of these great works on the bee and its ways, may begin to wonder if it is not all too wonderful for him to deal with, and if he may ever hope to become proficient in the art and practice of bee-keeping. Let me say, here and now, that, given patience, perseverance, and diligence, a measure of success is open to anyone who brings intelligence into his work.

    I’m spending more time with
    my family, exercising more,
    and getting more sleep.

    Although the doubts and difficulties that assail the tyro, and the questions arising therefrom, might raise a smile from the expert—if only as a reminder of his own early aspirations and efforts—yet there is no reason for despair; though disappointments are certain to arise, they should be accepted merely as spurs to further effort, as steps towards the ultimate goal of success.

    Some may think—rashly—that there is nothing new to be said or learned about the bee, but the fact is that even scientists are still ignorant as to the definite uses of certain of the insect’s organs, and of the origin and remedies of some of the diseases from which it suffers. Putting aside, therefore, the merely commercial aspect of bee-keeping, there is still a wide field of interest and research open for exploration by the intelligent bee-keeper.

  • I check email just two times a day and it’s fine

  • Stupid post_id is still stuck with long numbers

    20221025-1417. I can see that blogging from the free-hosted platform far outweighs trying to smash my “skull full of mush” (a la the late El Rushbeau) with managing a self-hosted site.

    It’s okay. I’ll continue paying the monthly charges with the registered external provider because I’m still receiving emails from my countless customized email aliases that’s connected to my domain!

    So ended up recycling my ORIGINAL domain name purchased from Yahoo! Small Business. I also will continue to renew my paid/upgrade PRO plan to make my bible project work in league with my usual rants and raves of nonsense.

    And now I noticed that the post_id is still picking up the last imported over-ride even AFTER I deleted all known posts containing these old post_id, which I customized using plug-in importer.

    So the automatically generated post number is messed up/stuck with the stuff that I customized and there is NO way to over-ride the stuff from the URL link or whatever the controls we can’t use here!

    Since my blog stats show zero to sub-zero views and visits, I do NOT care what y’all have to say about my stuff! I’m a happy blogger and y’all will like it!

  • Yeeted my mirror sites now blogging here (again)

    20221025-1351. Welp, after trying my best to re-purpose my mirror blogs and after the whole night of trying to import OLD yeeted blogs from many along years ago, I gave up!

    The imports failed to process files over 2.0 MB despite the system saying maximum file should be no more than 2.0 GB. Did They/Them Live to misspell the file size?

    So I deleted four mirror sites, including plans and domains which are NOT expired yet! Today I deleted a dummy site, thinking I could re-purpose it, but failed, too!

    The system was VERY angry at me and refused to delete these Trash items containing the failed imports from last night/early morning. Then I noticed 44 stats views WHILE in Private mode! That’s a no-no! Then I noticed .txt files that showed up in the Media folder! That’s a no-no, too!

    So I had to completely delete this site and now I’m down to two “sites”, which includes a dummy/testing site and this primary blog site with its scrumptious business paid/upgrade PRO plan, which I should renew annually; since the processing speed does NOT glitch or pause or give me error messages.

    Oh, oh! And this early morning and upon waking up on/about 11:45 am, I discovered that the self-hosted site lacked one important general setting: the ability to control who gets to view my stuff! I couldn’t choose: Coming Soon, Public, or Private!

    I got pissed off because the controls are limited and the features are VERY different on the self-hosted site. So I have decided to create a static page to include three columns of pastel-colored footers, “showcasing” external links to different sites, including mine which is now streamlined to this primary blog site and a handful of useless social media accounts, which I have NOT been updating, except Twatter where I recently posted something about an earthquake and other shared posts via Jetpack social media connections.

    So after transferring out a domain from this primary site to the dummy site which is in Private mode AND transfer out a domain from the dummy site to this primary site, and after tweaking the appearance/layout of my front/home page, I’m all set and ready to blog.

    Anyways, after the whole morning wasted trying to re-purpose my blog sites, I ate two breakfast egg burritos, dressed into my two-piece pajamas, and slept for four hours starting 07:30 am and awoke prior to the 5.1 M earthquake on/about 11:42 am.

    Like our former POTUS DJT and Father of Vaccines (or the unknown serums of death), he has touted sleeping only four hours and still feels refreshed. I’ve been watching his rallies and chatting live on Rumble to keep my busy besides maintaining this site and blogging.

  • Stupid Blogger recording my own visits while logged into my Google account

    20221024-1301. This is stupid as far as viewing statistics, which is my addiction and status of the blog health, which is probably NOT popular enough because I have NOTHING important to share with the world, except personal and random stuff since 2006.

    I am indecisive about blogging here or over there because either way, most viewers are probably bots. Oh, the folks over at my other primary weblog site subscribed and liked and commented. Little did I know over the many slong years, team “interconnectedness” allowed for some substantial stuff to make me believe THEY/THEM Live to behave like normal humanz when in fact are spooky spooks.

    While I like the Google legacy feature of yeeting EVERYTHING after three months of inactivity, which is VERY good since nobody cares to read about history or personal online diaries/journals, I’m opting to blog here because of its simplicity AND big-tech resources to get things done, pronto!

    Whereas the other primary weblog site is forever, I believe. And the domains and paid upgrades can and will expire if NOT renewed, leaving me to wonder if this stuff will ever get yeeted during the legacy period of the yeeted owners who did NOT permit others to close online accounts.

    Just as few minutes ago, I received from an official government website, an email which is still tied in with my countless customized email aliases under a paid domain, which is good for ten years! Now I have to either track down how to update the account/profile/preferences settings and/or unsubscribe from these accounts.

    Which is why I prefer Google account because it can and will be yeeted, like I said, as part of the legacy feature for when and if the owner of said accounts passes away. I really liked this feature for all these other accounts, which is why my primary cloud account containing lots of scanned files can and will be yeeted after one-year of inactivity because it makes NO sense to keep stuff for others who are too damned busy and too damned tired to care about OLD farts telling OLD wartime stories and other bloggers sharing their narcissistic online audios, videos and other secular nonsense that are in actuality IMPERMANENT.

    This is the sort of Oriental philosophy of letting things go, much like the Biblical passages of leave everything behind and follow me, and similar along the line of Klaus Schwab that y’all will eat bugs and own NOTHING, which is fine as long as my spirits and souls can interconnect with GOD, our Heavenly Father, and our Lord and Savior of our Souls, Jesus!

  • Still wide awake

    20221023-0400. I’m still wide awake and this is due to working on my other defunct blogs. So like last year, I’m defecting back to Blogspot or Blogger.

    Also I’ve been drinking strong coffee to stay awake. And this is to keep from taking my mid-afternoon Power Nap.

    Yesterday as was the post few days, the weather was beautiful with bright sunshine. The morning sometimes take on fog, which clears up later on in the day.

    The usual hosing out and refilling the birdbath is done during the day; so the small birds can take their baths around ten in the morning and the large black crowd can take theirs around four in the afternoon.

    Today was busy enough to keep from being sleepy. I had to defrost, clean and boil boneless chicken thighs and do other house chores, such as cleaning and vacuuming up after the parakeets and washing the slightly dirty plate mats.

  • Resting heart rate trend

    20221021-1825. I’ve been drinking pumpkin spiced coffee! That’s why my heart rate has been elevated.

    After a few minutes of lying down a few minutes ago and after discovering that I had to log out outta my Jetpack mobile app for iOS to reconnect the Jetpack social media, my smart watch notified me that my resting heart rate, on average, increased over the last five days.

    That’s why I’m feeling winded out and sleepy that I had to lie down to rest. I can tell without my smartwatch that my heart feels like it’s running a marathon race and I’m tired.

  • Temporary panic logged out

    20221032-1814. So I’m lying down in bed and wondering if I could blog using the Jetpack mobile app for iOS, thinking that I could finally share my new posts with one-click, while, y’all guessed it, lying in bed!

    NOT so, Flynn, NOT so! I tested this feature and noticed that could NOT share my social media accounts. So with my big brain handy, I thought quickly that I should log out.

    So after I logged outta my self-hosted webpage account, I logged back into my WordPress.com account using my email.

    NOTE: Like managing password, I make sure to use different emails for different login accounts. This is too avoid hacking, of course.

    Lo and behold, before blogging about my latest discovery, I can now share my blog posts with one-click to my social media accounts. Awesome!

  • Write a post from your dashboard or stats

    20221021-1716. I noticed more ways to differentiate my two platforms/sites. Besides changing the Admin Color Scheme for login sites, here are two ways:

    • From my self-hosted site, I have a Dashboard, which is also a Home on the left sidebar menu.
    • From my WordPress.com site, I have a Stats and Insights page for my Dashboard or Home!

    When I want to write a posts, I could select the buttons or links that show:

    • New with a plus sign on my self-hosted site. This is located on the upper left-hand corner of the site.
    • Write with a feather sign on my WordPress.com site. This is located on the upper right-hand corner of the site.

    I could also select Write a post. This is temporary notification is located somewhere in the middle and can be “dismissed”.

    Start writing your first post to get more views

    Sites with content get more visitors. We’ve found that adding some personality and introducing yourself is a great start to click with your audience.

    There’s also a “Quick Draft” version for my self-hosted site. But I have NOT tried this feature yet.
