20221109-1006. I’m trying to rebuilt my biblical project under my self-hosted “paws” site; since nobody views or visits my beautiful rainbow sherbet theme! But now I’m getting bored with the style – topography, color and layout. I’m still blogging with inspirational daily and/or word prompts to keep the site “active”.

The XML file importer fails to work. I tested the importing of the recent XML files for both posts and pages. None of the posts would import. Only the 67 KJV pages imported! Interesting.

The support team replied to my email and THEY/THEM Live to find nothing wrong from their end. And of course THEY/THEM provided, y’all guess it, a link to the online documentation. We’re all on our own! Nobody can help us! Do y’all know why your prayers do NOT work? You have the freewill to mess up anything! That’s why!

So that leaves me with the option to keep the “paws” AND the “angels” site until I can merge the “verses” site into one big messy blog rants and bible reading site! That’s why my tagline for the “angels” site says: Your source for spiriatulity and rants. After all there are intermediaries – the hierarchy up above humanity who are then allowed the freewill to mess or fix things up. Your choice.

So yeah, the self-hosted “paws” site does NOT have the Gutenberg block features! And so it is: I discovered how to line up the BACK link to the NEXT link with the Page Jump links in between the two links! Oh, howdy-do! I’ll be having fun creating beautiful pages – by the thousands.

Stay tuned as I attempt to upload, then export, and the import my pages wherever it is meant to go. The “text” or hard-code HTML version is by far easier to upload as there is the Classic version that is cleaner and less clutter than the “wp” blocks.

20221109-0043. Behold! I now haz created a color web blog site for the self-hosted “paws” site! Haz happy nows!

Once again, I used the Gutenberg blocks defaulted patterns to design only three main sections: header, footer, and meat and potatoes, err, post_content!

The Patterns are:

• Featured
• Buttons
• Columns
• Footers – This one.
• Gallery
• Headers – This one.
• Text – This one also appears in Featured.
• Query – This one.

Actually, I borrowed whatever was reverted back to “default” theme and plugins. So that would be the HUGE catchy headline directly below the header. I borrowed, stole my favorite YouTube gamer’s “catch-phrase”: hard-pause. That was actually his reference unto moi per my YouTube handle, course. A few times he highlighted my reply comment. So yeah. He’s exactly my height, younger, a loudmouth, and can speak his papi’s Dominican Republic language. Just saying. He knows. He also seems to collaborate with Cory, yet another infamous YouTube creator.

So I got the footer, header, eye-catching headline, followed by the query block to pull the most recent posts or latest blogs. Below that block is an extra group containing two columns which I tagged with two religious emoticon: an angel and a purple crucifix.

Below that block are the three columns “text” block, which includes:

• Search bar
• my provider
• my platform
• my favorite spooky spooks.

Below that block is the footer.

I was still DISSATISFIED with the overall puke green peas soup style called “Grapes” of this Twenty Twenty-Three theme.

So I played around with the colors again! Did I NOT already tell y’all that I am now more interested in designing and coloring my own blog site instead of my past noise making rants about politics and other weird stuff?

Well, now with the gradient features and padding, I got what I wanted – at least for now: rainbow sherbet galore!

I took the HEX color scheme to one of the “Grape” default theme color, opened up the Gradient color generator, clicked somewhere and plugged in the HEX value, pressed Enter and voila! The system magically created hues ranging from dark blue on upper left hand corner to dark purple on the lower right hand corner.

I also “painted” both the group AND the row with padding number 1 each and then placed my favorite gradient color scheme that closely matched the theme’s Grape style.

20221108-2144. Wow! Lo and behold. The “paws” has been reverted to default again! It’s a good thing that I exported all-content after having exported each month for both posts, pages and media!

All are basically “mirrors” of other XML files from my other sites! So there’s really nothing lost, except my other precious XML files for over twenty years!

The system absolutely refuses to import these rotten, stinking rants of politics and personal comments. Some comments are from other users and that was fun until I got tired of reading ENDLESS contents!

Which is why I turned off the television and don’t listen to modern music or watch violent/graphic movies, except maybe the horror, scary, thriller games by loudmouth gamers.

Yeah, So I can see the the “date time stamp” 20221109-0532 am UTC+0. That’s a close enough numerical value to a magic double digit number! See? El Diablo continues to communicate unto moi through insects coming through portals and then sequencing of numbers and other paranormal stuff.

I’ll have to publish these three default pages that were automatically generated by the system after I clicked the dark blue button labeled: Run the Reset Wizard!

That’s the precious that I’ve read on the online documentations! I needed to reset my booger site to default! Woo! Hoo! Me smart! Thanks. Y’all have been somewhat, err, VERY helpful! Yup.

Hold on, now! I’ll have to test my OLD XML files to see if this booger self-hosted booger site can handle more than, what was that, Maximum size of 128 MB. Ugh! I have XML files larger than that! Haz disappoints again now!

20221108-1802. One main reason for switching between two platforms was because of cost, backups, security AND glitches/critical errors!

So I’m trying to make my site work but I keep encountering these “offers” and “upgrades”. No! I already spent for multiple domains (because I can and ended up yeeting them anyways) and spent for a PRO plan with most of the features that I do NOT need – and all for a project that I deleted last night!

I give up! I might as well escape to the other blog site that nobody reads, likes, comments or subscribes, except at this free-cheap site here! Nobody seems to care about the self-hosted site. So I guess these spooky spooks are bot too as I expressed a few months ago, which made THEY/THEM Live with hurt feelings. And thusly so the “stats” dropped significantly because I was being mean and nasty but truthful, mind y’all. Hah!

So I can’t make up my mind, seriously. I’m trying to make this free-cheap site work since “help” isn’t all that great without hiring a professional and that does NOT come cheap!

2221108-1716. So on my self-hosted site, I’m browsing the latest themes to install on my site AND to design and make my site beautiful! Once again, I just like playing around with the topography, color, and layout and learning about website building through these long-read online documentations.

In the past I used to AND still do have fun, trolling, err, commenting about my observations based on political opinions online and parroting some REALLY far-fetched stuff that’s heretical but an ongoing spiritual war for humanity, the souls and minds – no thanks to you foolish See-Aye-Heys!

Anyways, being VERY slow and dim-witted and maybe too lazy to bother reading hours on end that you support team could simply POINT THE WAY, I’m learning from my podcasters that others can support BUT everything has to be done by one’s own freewill and effort.

Bull-crap. That’s Satanic and y’all sound like y’all do NOT want us to pray to GOD the Almighty anymore and leave everything up to HIM who created stuff and can and will control and yeet stuff, too.

Yeah, so between this free (cheap) platform and the self-hosted site – both sucks. There are critical errors in one and the other one says – to heck with y’all – don’t use our service if y’all do not agree with our terms. Imagine that!

Keep it real. Keep it family friendly. No way! Y’all are censoring us paying customers because we will expose y’all as NOT being helpful and are hereby deemed unworthy to read my rants!

Oh, wait. I went off on a tangent again. I’m using the latest “default” Twenty Twenty-Three theme for the latest WordPress version. A “default” theme helps to stabilize self-hosted sites and improve the Site’s Health checks monitors.

Oh, wait. I did it again! After this latest “default” theme, there follows two latest themes – both of which employ a smooth, scrolling “Jump to Top” button on the lower right hand corner!

This snazzy feature might help during my long-reads of the King James Bible “books”. So instead of scrolling up and up or down and down, wait, I meant if I wanted to scroll to the VERY top of the KJV bible book and see my Featured Image, then all I have to do is click on this shiny smooth scrolling top-to-page button!

I hope that after I install these themes on my site that my site won’t crash or glitch or pause! But I have to take the chance because like an addicted or obsessive or compulsive whatever person who has nothing left to do, I’m bored with one theme.

I’m striving to perfect something that really is NOT there. But at least I tried to be a completely satisfied customer. Heh.

But I noticed that if I wanted the full function features, then some developers would encourage paying for the upgrade! See? Business as usual. The thing is – I can’t stay on one theme and be happy. I gotta see different colors and whatnots! It’s just me. That’s all.

Oh, wait! I have to add that some of these themes found on the self-hosted site has scrolling motions and hero sliders and other fancy animated stuff! I’m gonna have fun over there, compared to this free-cheap platform here.

20221108-1204. I sent and replied to the tech support team why I continue to see an uptick in my own stats while logged into my own account and viewing my own sites!

I tried to trouble shoot from their online documentations and gave up because THEY/THEM Live and continue to give us, especially unto moi, fake stats, which is like fake news!

I tested my sites using two web browsers and the results are the same: the recording of my own views and visits! WTF? I’ve already complained about this stuff and still the issue persists.

I don’t see how its a web browser problem per these tech support when I mentioned having three different plans under the same login credentials! WTF? Do y’all think I’m stupid! Y’all should be investigated for messing up my accounts and shadow-banning my truth, my way, my opinions about business as usual – which is making money while allowing trainees and newbies and other foreigners to “word” and thrive – all for the money; while sticking us with faked stats, fake news, expensive monthly or annual charges, fees, costs of – y’all guessed it – doing business – as usual, which is mostly minding my own business and keeping busy thought blogging. That’s all! Get it?

Sometimes I should just leave this platform as I have done just last year? Or was it two or three years ago! I can-NOT recall! I’m getting old and easily annoyed!

Anyways, I tried to explain what I “investigated”. And I forgot about documenting my findings to “help” improve their processes. But, no! Y’all have to stick these funny things on my sites, which I’ll probably yeet in one year after everything expires and keep my self-hosted WordPress site because there is NO branding or advertising and I get to install some nifty plugins and do NOT have to agree to THEIR terms of services. Just today, I finally learned to appreciate designing my weblog based on modern stuff. Y’all see, I’m an OLD fart and expect stuff to run like THEY/THEM used to – but those times have changed and stuff from many years ago are long gone.

Instead of whining and complaining, I see there are new and better stuff that I already mentioned designing with Gutenberg blocks and using the built-in patterns that made two of my sites – “verses” and “angels” brighter and lighter and wider and Full Width and more readable than the former DARK THEM that I regrettably modeled after that nasty Twatter site powned by a known Satanist like EM.

Oh, ho! Y’all did NOT know that he is a Satanist? That’s correct, idiots! For example, his Halloween red body armor sported an upside-down crucifix and a horned entity on the front! 20221108-0836. Behold! My “verses” site and “angels” site are public again, after realizing that using the Block Patterns already built-in is MORE modern. I was still stuck in the past with Classic, more traditional layouts. NOT so, Flynn, NOT so!

Oy vey!

So for both “verses” and “angels” sites, I have used only THREE groups – header, body and footer. Y’all know, like, Father, Son, Holy Spirit! I love it! The power of three – so mote it be! It’s all pagan to me! (My rhyme which is all min and copyrighted now!)

Anyways, to summary my long-read rants and to focus back to my post_title above: I saved the Template part for the DARK THEME in case I wanted to revert to my OLD, classic, traditional ways that models the layout of Twatter; and I created a new template that I renamed for your example as (in lower cases AND using my favorite dashes in place of spaces for SEO and whatnots): footer-only-blockbase-rainforest (for the “verses” site) and footer-only-blockbase-default (for the “angels” site).

The Blockbase theme has four color “Browse styles” (Topography, Colors, Layouts) to choose from: Default (blue, blue, blue); Charcoal (black, blue, yellow); Rainforest (green, green, blue); and Ruby Wine (pink, red, purple). I used the Blockbase then for my yeeted domain names and the current “verses” and “angels” domains, which I’ll probably yeet in one years; in order to keep on dedicated “paws” site on the self-hosted platform.

20221108-0805. Welp, I messed up my KJV bible project (again)! Yesterday evening, I yeeted the thousands of stand-alone verses and kept the 66 bibles and essential static pages about me, my site and my (mocking) ministry. With my (business upgrade) PRO plan, the deletion process was SUPER fast!

Yesterday, I tried to rename the post_title and post_name – both of which are supposed to be the same. But because I needed naming conventions that would be easier for me to audit, search and edit, I tried to keep it simple using digits each for books, followed by chapters and then verses. I discovered that the John bibles had duplicate names! And I was NOT having that! I needed to insert the three-digit books to differentiate 043 book from 065 book!

So for example, Genesis-001-001-001 would be the Book of Genesis (Book number 1), Chapter 1, Verse 1. I had my Page Jump features already perfectly linked from within each verse pages by the thousands; since it does NOT make sense to randomly generate verse without at least providing the reader references to the books and its chapters!

So YESTERDAY, I had the hair-brained, big-balled idea to include the Back and Next buttons to “turn the pages” within the random verse! I tried a few times to upload my CSV spreadsheet files. However the system got VERY VERY angry unto moi and started glitching, giving me error messages such as:

Oddly enough, I received an automatic email notification FOR my self-hosted “paws” site login credentials under the WordPress Simple Instance platform to this effect – more error messages that stresses unto moi too much!

The culprit for this error message notification was one of my plugins – Blogger Importer – which I used for this free-cheap platform using my current “angels” domain!

Per the error details, the Active theme mentioned within this email shows Twenty Twenty-Three (version 1.0)! I’m using the Blockbase theme for “angels” site under the free-cheap platform!

(Note: I would prefer to keep my self-hosted “paws” site because this free-cheap platform using my “angels” domain does NOT have this latest default theme created by the WordPress community.)

For the self-hosted “paws” site, I kept getting error messages from my Site Health Status checkup that I needed a default theme and to delete Inactive themes.

So like I said, I would keep and pay for both platforms. Since this free-cheap platform using my “angels” domain has the Jetpack backup and security features that are fully managed by the host, I am stress and worry free!

However for the self-hosted “paws” site and although having Jetpack basics already installed, I would have to upgrade for these same two features and would be stressed out and full of worry instead!

As a result, I decided (at least temporarily) to keep both – one for blogging my personal, almost-daily rants – kinda, sorta like a “wellness check” to make sure that I-AM NOT yet yeeted completed by the TPTB palz and their favorite Father of Vaccines behind this scheme of it all; while the other is for answering the daily prompts (only), which I could NOT locate on this free-cheap platform or on any searches online!

Yeah, so the random King James Bible verses generator works FROM my “paws” self-hosted site, interestingly enough – that site processes VERY quickly, too! So self-hosting AND upgrade to Business or eCommerce plans offer SUPER fast processing – which HELP to reduce my impatience to get things done – PRONTO! I wanna see results – NOT critical error message or glitches or PAUSES – NONE of that

So that’s why I wanna transfer out my domain but can-NOT at the moment due to a Transfer lock either because of the 60-days lockout or something else.

In the meantime, I’m switching themes and then rebuilding the “paws” site. I noticed the sample site by builtbywp.com has HUGE footers.

But as a traditionalist or classic or legacy user, I’m so used to conservative or small or tiny footers and headers and contents, too!

So I’ll attempt to mirror what I’ve been testing with my domain provider’s Marketplace / Go Sitebuilder: FULL width layout with Light Theme and NOT my preferred Wide Width with Dark Theme like the “angels” and “verses” domain sites.

Whatever happened before re-connecting my domain from the self-hosted to the free-cheap host and before purchasing a one-month server, both platforms were glitching. So I’ve had it and decided whatever – to probably keep both separate or NOT because I still wanted ONLY one-size fits all blog.

But no! Y’all have to make me think! I can’t decide! I’ve always been VERY indecisive. I do NOT know if I really want it or NOT or should I just stop ranting altogether. And then what will I do: talk to humanz face-to-face? Yuck!

Addendum thought. 20221106-1209. I think the constant switching irritated the DNS folks. Sorry. I’ll stop. Nah, NOT really.
