I’m listening to piano ‘Music of Love’ by Richard Claderman on 33-record. It’s corny but easy to dance. If my fingers could stretch a full octave, I play well.

20090107-Power Up
Long ago, Maw had asthma and lost her voice. Yet she screamed out the Honda Accord at Mexicanos who gang signed like ‘People’s Power’ because they honked at me.

20090107-Old Saying
Maw’s treatment is steroids but aggressiveness. They failed to understand a medically disabled elder. As a result, their offspring will mistreat them in return.

20090106-Sunny Day
It’s a nice, sunny day after yesterday evening’s sulphuric smell. I’ve been waiting in the car since this morning during several doctor’s appointments. Blog on!

20090103-Feet Hurt
The waltzes are done and our feet hurt. The 4-sided records are 5-songs per side. I could feel the pulsation of my legs and feet, i.e. after the hard massages..

20090103-Dancing Waltzes
Maw and I are slowly exercising to 33-records of ragtime, polka, country, 20s, 30s by old timers playing accordion, sax, drums, piano and horse clapping sounds…

20090102-Sleepy Sun
I took another three hour nap after lunch, right after the sun came out through the clouds. The rain stopped during my nap and started again around dinner time.

20090102-Daily Diary
The clouds cleared up yesterday evening. I slept for three hours after grocery, ate three boiled ‘suman’ and see gray and white clouds covering the blue skies..

20090101-Rainy Day
Happy Rainy Day! It’s rainy, cloudy, gray and cold. We woke up early to attend the 930am mass. Midnight was jumps, hugs, porridge, noodles and ‘puto’. It’s old.

20081231 Foggy Day
The whole morning has been foggy. It’s cold. We bought 2-flat cases of ‘pe-wee’ eggs from Olivera Ranch for porridge and ‘puto’ from Goldilocks for friends, us.

20081224-Presenting Gifts
On a fine Thursday morning, Maw instructed me to wrap up two clothes on sale. This was meant for the two children living across the street from us. The clothes were a pink, fuzzy wool-like sweater and a brown smaller one for the tyke.
I did just that — measuring the small boxes (from the One Dollar Store) lengthwise across the gift wraps, folding a precise, triangular width using the straightedges of the wrapper while holding the ‘middle’ part in place for a perfect cut, cutting the paper with the dull serrated edges of a butter knife as opposed to using a scissor, folding, taping, bowing and labeling well.
This went on for about an hour in a relaxed pace. The rain went on and on. The parakeets chirped on and on. Paw helped cook the meal as instructed and washed and cleaned the dishes; while Maw sewed the finishing touches to her clothes, which she will wear while dancing at the wedding.
I got dressed and hurriedly put on some ‘thong’ slippers. Out the front door I went, knowing that the bio-units were indoors. Their three vehicles were parked outside. Of course they were renting the place. But for how long is still unknown.
I rang the doorbell once and the guy answered. The older girl babbled intelligently while the little baby said ‘Hi’ in her mother’s arms. I cannot remember but they said a lot of proper greetings. The older couple was seated on their recliner sofa.
I asked how the older woman with crutches was doing. She said fine. Her husband was ninety degree to her right and directly in front of me. I know they are friendly because they would wave at us. And we would wave back.
As a matter of fact, they brought their two children over for Halloween. I barely remembered the older girls name and thought the younger was a boy. The former had brown eyes while the latter had piercing blue eyes.
Later that evening the couple and their two children came over and present to the three of us a basket of goodies. The basket was bright red in color and covered in thick cream-colored fabric with red, six-sided snowflakes as designs.
The contents were two jars of delicious pickled cheese and green olives. I don’t know what the green leaves were and thought they looked like spinach. There were tomatoes or pimentos, too.
Cookies of all sorts were wrapped in plastic cellophane — gingerbread, oatmeal and chocolate chips and my favorite lemon with green crystals sprinkled on top. I like the party colored sprinkles but anything sugary tastes good.
Then there was a very cute but small loaf of banana nut bread and chocolate fudge brownies. I was very delighted and felt blessed that such fine neighbors made these foods. I told them I would be the primary consumer of these goodies.
It’s true. I almost finished half the cookies on Christmas Day, about one of two jars worth of this pickled stuff and I still have to work my way to the bread and brownies.
Of course there is still the extra food brought over on Christmas Day by the husband to one of Maws’ friends. He left almost immediately. Truly, this season represented abundance, not of material goods but a cornucopia of food o’ plenty!
Now I truly know why I am meant to be big-boned: It is to hold my extra pounds that I put on during the holiday season. At this rate, I’ll never achieve the idealized skinny look of the rich. Meh!

20081213-Pink Onyx

My photo showing a jewel case 'Made in Pakistan'. The doorbell rang around 02:30PM today while both ‘Kali’ and I were watching this stupid show about ‘UFO Hunters’. I answered the door and found an Asian lady from the US Postal Service holding my usual box of goodies. I brought it in and then she rang the doorbell again because she forgot to scan the tracking code to this package. I said, ‘Happy Holidays’ and ‘Goodbye’.
Then I sat down and continued to watch the show about how they appear to be using their advanced equipment to prove the whereabouts of a crash of an alleged cylindrical-shaped UFO upon a windmill. The legend goes the parts were thrown into a deep well with the permission of the owner. He died years ago. One photo shows his hand bumpy after drinking the well water.
So I opened up the box with a Swiss pocket knife and tried to guess the contents by feeling it through the bubble wrap and white wrapping paper but I couldn’t guess and slowly unwrapped both materials and felt the coolness of this stone. I looked underneath it and a circular white label was printed on the bottom: ‘Made in Pakistan’.
I giggled and held the object in my hand while connecting with the country that India is now engaged in militarily. I also remembered an encounter with a ‘soul’ who was my hiring manager, by the way. His kisses were ‘real’. There were two other ‘entities’ that were quite empty and hollow. They were ‘greys’, if you will — an investment finder and a licensed healer.
Anyway, my newest ‘trinket’ will be added to my armoire of white, next to the red onyx, which currently holds my 22K spring-loaded earrings (bought my parental units on my birthday two years ago), three of my shiniest rings, and more stuff like two pair of rose-cut, clip-on diamond earrings from my parental grandfather.
The pink onyx container will hold my pendants: one Lemurian, one Nano, one orgonite and that Q-link, which works because, an entity (who was working on me over four years ago) suddenly pulled his hand backwards after waving his hand over the vicinity of my chest area where this Q-link pendant was located.
Unfortunately, that orgonite pendant didn’t seem to work, except ‘triangulate’ my location for a couple of ‘visitors’ the first night I wore that piece. The single Lemurian crystal was noticed by one of the security guards dressed in the ‘KA’ outfit (Cirque du Soleil) while we waited at the door to the right inside the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Nano pendant still buzzes in my hands.
