  • 322808-Christmas Card

    The best gift I received this Christmas is a ‘thank you’ card from a ‘friend’ I met online. I am hoping to meet him in person but I guess the time is not right. Darn!

  • 317154-Hi Annie

    Hi michaelsannie:

    When the time is right, you will not feel scared with the choices your make, won’t have any doubt in your heart and make any move without hesitation. (Hmmm: For some reason, I cannot add further to my first sentence.)

    Oh yeah: And please don’t have a ‘blue Christmas’ but a Merry one.

    Be well.

  • 322441-Yawn Fear

    [Yawn]. I wouldn’t worry too much about DOOM and GLOOM. I’m sick and tired of living to the tune of fear in my life right now and anything that happens to come from ‘out of this world’ and beyond my current understanding would be, well, rather entertaining.

    If I was at least informed as to why I was left behind, I would have been better prepared. Then I wouldn’t feel so betrayed or go nuts from information overload. In other words, I would do what others would do for me – help each other in times of the most need and run for them yonder hills!

  • 321891-Left Side Mouse

    Cool! And I thought I was the only right-handed person using the mouse with my left hand. The primary reason for this ‘mouse switch’ is because my job was data entry (10-key) AND the mouse was on the right side as well. That made my working right hand more tired at night while in front of the computer.

  • 321892-Design Sucks

    The ATS design takes some time getting used to. As a newbie, I learned to work around certain areas:

    — scroll right to see more of the column that my 15 inch monitor cannot accommodate;

    — click the back button twice to find the thread where I want to enter a post after loging into my account;

    — do endless searches on how to use the button options and smiley features, post external sources and images and other stuff.

    — save the weblink to the most recent posts into my favorite folder instead of clicking on those various icons/categories found on the main website(s).

    — other rants not included here.

    Overall, I don’t like the dark color and more especially the light color. So I had to revert back to the dark color version.

  • 322035-Find Love

    Find everlasting love in daily activities. (I don’t know where this thought came from but it was a quick inspirational one at best).

  • 322092-My Ringtone

    My ringtone is set on extra high volume with vibration for: ‘The Stars and Stripes Forever!’ It’s our national/official march of the United States.

  • 322129-Fiance Fighting

    This sounds familiar. I’ve known a couple who has been married for many years. Both are stubborn and fight constantly. In the end, they ended up divorcing. One person has to give in once in awhile. If both of you are fighting now, how much more when the children comes along, eh?

  • 320367-Christmas Wish

    Since I cannot decide which of the two versions I would like to make, I’ll enter these below for now:

    Version 1 – for others: I wish for each person making a wish to be granted three more wishes.

    Version 2 – for me: I wish to find happiness and joy via money (to share with others, of course) and/or, ummm [banana dance].

  • 321964-Meeting People

    I’ve tried meeting people online but no ‘good’ or ‘cute’ guy was worthy enough as boyfriend or husband material. There was a co-worker who met a totally handsome guy online and both got married this year and after dating on and off for over eight years.

    Anyone could meet and/or date people at nightclubs or online for love. This includes the risk of hooking up with both the ‘bad’ AND the ‘ugly’ type of folks. This means noone is immune to any potential trouble that may occur during the initial stage of ‘getting to know a person’ in a relationship.

    As for investing in a long distance relationship with a total stranger, this depends on where the heart is for the investor. I would say always listen to the head, especially if it involves money. There is no need to get a broken heart and get burned financially at the same time.

  • 321953-Giant Squirrel

    No! That’s not a nice (fake) photo! It wasn’t funny either! I love squirrels! Waaahhh!

  • 280225-Gray Mustang

    I drive a ‘pale’ horse — the 1996 silver Ford Mustang. The old timer is starting to make lots of stinky gaseous smell, runs rough on idle and is in good condition overall. This is the only vehicle I’ve ever owned and has since been paid-off. It waits at the stall, err, I meant on the driveway for me to take it for a ride.
