  • 20150220-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Think Global, Act Local.”

Yes, I wanted security and I got it! Globally, I wanted to feel safe. I wanted peace of mind, too. I wanted the freedom, too, knowing species can co-exist.

But I’m still reading and hearing about worldwide abusive practices, unfairness and injustice, not just for humans, animals, plants, and minerals, but for the planet itself.

So I’d report my complaints via my Twitter account and blog my concerns via my WordPress account. My voice will NOT go unheard! I’m a vehicle of observation. Do NOT doubt me!

Locally, I emailed an official representative and received a response and a phone call. Lo and behold, I got my cameras installed. Now, my neighborhood and other places are locked-down, err, secure.

Unfortunately, my actions are insufficient because though I feel safe, my freedom to get what I want, such as getting that crazy next door neighbor to cease and desist her Cray-Cray activities, is limited.

This brings me back to the global agenda. Everything is going according to plan. A New World Order has arrived. I can’t explain it but it’s happening before our very eyes and underneath our very noses.

  • 20150219-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Use It or Lose It.”

“I thought we’d never come bank from that one.”

While washing or dying the dishes, I had a thought earlier this evening. We were in a library and for some reason I decided to read this book. I held the book and opened it.

I got sucked into this book and someone was trying to help and get me out. But it was too late and I fell in too deep that my eyes closed in a blink and when I opened my eyes, I completely forgot that I was part of the story.

I barely recall that eventually I’d get out and that anyone else who is part the story will also come out of that illusion, since I created that world.

On Thursday evening, I briefly saw the weather man present the nation’s weather. I just came home from work and saw the television tuned into FoxNews.

Lo and behold, my thoughts have successfully transmitted! I saw beautiful pastel colors of pinks, blues, purple, and other rainbow schemes!

Prominently displayed was an array of pinkish and blueish globs moving across the nation as weather ‘fronts’! I was thrilled and delighted to see hints of gold and and greens, too.

Then the red devils tried to ruin my fun and reality with their mess of chaos and terror. But I refused to stop boosting their arena by sending their energy ‘away’ with my smiles.

  • 20150218-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Undo.”

My invention would remove the invention of machines, especially technology.

In that way, people would learn to slow down and appreciate their immediate surroundings without worrying about time constraints of being late to work, meetings, appointments, etc.

People would appreciate walking at a normal, leisurely, and unhurried pace, and actual enjoy the sight seeing. Their senses would be attuned to nature since the noise of technology would be nil.

Without technology, people would get the much needed exercise that they were innately designed. Plus, they’d be strengthened from all that walking and running.

People would actually find ways to communicate with each other, perhaps to develop their telepathy, if any.

Yup, my invention is only in my mind and that’s a dream that may come true.

  • 20150217-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Five a Day.”

Since island are tropical, I’ll have lots of tropical food stuff.

First, I’ll lots of coconuts. I love coconut. I love the smell and taste. I could eat it, bathe in it, and use it as moisturizer. I could turn the shells into utensils and soup bowls. The fibrous hairs can be used as fuel for my fire at night while signaling for help to escape those damn, fugly pirates!

Second, I’ll have papaya. The papain (the enzyme of papaya) is supposed to help and reduce parasitic infestations from eating raw foods, inviting oysters, fish, and veggies. This fruit aides in digestion after eating lots of heavy meat of ‘long-pigs’ a la pirates and wild boars alike.

Third, I’ll have bananas to balance my diet with it’s potassium content to counteract my salty diet of fish and shrimp from the sea.

Forth, I’ll have taro roots as my primary fuel. That’s like eating starchy rice and potatoes, only sweeter and smoother to the tastes. And it’s easy to grow and great in soups.

Fifth, I’ll have fish. Basically, it’s mentioned a lot in antiquity. So there’s got to be something fishy going on with those ancient stories about immortal beings roaming this hellish planet. Plus, it’s a normal source for protein.

  • 20150216-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Clone Wars.”

I would split myself up into three of five pieces with two separate pieces.

My first self would be the head of the household. It thinks it’s the boss and on top of the world. However, it’s head in the clouds and doesn’t always come back to earth.

My second self would take heart in all matters. It feels compassion, kindness, and love for all living things. However, it’s heart gets easily broken and doesn’t know when to stop beating the head over with it’s big stick.

My third self would be the extremities, which serves both the head and heart. They feed, clean, and mobilize the two separate pieces. Without these four appendages, the twosome would be stuck in limbo.

Now the last piece is a difficult one. It exists but it doesn’t know it also doesn’t. It’s something from limbo and unexplainable. But it’s part of the other pieces. Together, they simply co-exist or cross-check each other constantly.

    Fin.

  • 20150220-Weekly Photo Challenge

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Rule of Thirds.”

    Busted Radiator Hose
    Busted Radiator Hose

Behold! A photo of my busted radiator hose. I hope the above-referred image qualifies as a one-third (33% off the right hand side) sample.

John, or Shaun, from Courtesy Towing could have taped down the hose at the end. But the damage was in the middle and that’s NOT safe.

We got lost off Lafayette Street past the limousine business on the right and made a U-turn near the cabinet business on the left.

I’ve gotten a eyeball headache from the brightness of the tow truck headlights. At 2000, Dad and I arrived home safely.

Dad said we are guided and blessed by the Lord. He says the Lord was merciful and kind enough for the incident to occur near home instead of out of town.

Thanks, Father for being there for me!

  • 20150215-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Wall to Wall.”

There is nothing to display on my walls, for good reason, because of earthquakes. We don’t want anything flying or falling off the walls.

  • 20150213-Weekly Photo Challenge

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Symmetry.”

    image

I hope the above-referred image qualifies as a “symmetry”.

It was taken from outside the hospital window in the mid-afternoon.

In the background is a tree in the middle of an almost perfectly circular enclosure.

In the foreground is a metallic overhang. It appears to have five symmetrical pieces.

This is the same window that Das Squirrel reported seeing a face “peeking” from the left side of the window. He claimed it to be an phasing through our dimension. I didn’t sense anything “dense”.

  • 20150214-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Cupid’s Arrow.”

Oh Cupid bow, your arrow show
Release Thy love, no evil know
    Send high, let loose
    Reign neigh, no noose
Upon my heart, Thy pointy tart.

    Fin. Bah!

(Never mind, y’all can already see I can rhyme but make no sense.)

  • 20150213-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Sliced Bread.”

The next best thing to sliced bread is chocolate chip dough in a can! Though I find people who eat raw, unbaked dough unnerving, that stuff tastes good!

  • 20150212-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Buffalo Nickel.”

Unfortunately, there has been no loose change in the normal places of my car, in the couch, or on the floor.

That’s because I don’t use coins! And when I do get loose change, they go straight to Dad’s desk.

He then places those into the Mason “Ball” jars, which is strong enough to hold the weight of coins and which replaced the pig-shaped coin holders.

The year I imagined digging up was 1981. O don’t recall what happened during that year. With that said, this prompt entry its finished.

    Fin.

  • 20150211-Prompt Me

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “First Light.”

My first thought when my smartphone awoke me at 0600 to an alert entitled “My Last Bow, was that I’m too sleepy top get up and did after fifteen minutes of snooze.
