A family of four in suburbia and their neighbors experienced a black out. There was nothing to do but light the candles and continue normal activities in the dark. But the girl in the house was bored and she flickered her candle into the night atop the landing of the stairs.

For whatever reason and from out of nowhere, there appeared to be a group of boys who stopped their car near Mandel Ct. They got out to flashed their lighter in response to the girl who was just playing in the dark.

The End.

(If that was a boring story, I could tell you more that doesn't do anything but make you fall asleep).

Chicken Tinola is a Filipino dish. The chicken parts are boiled in water and seasoned with fish sauce, garlic, onion and ginger. Chayote squash is a good vegetable to add in this dish.

Good and Evil

The angel and demon are fighting over my soul. I don’t know who wins because both are part of me. Sometimes I’m naughty. Sometimes I’m nice. Demons come out to mirror our `ugliness and character flaws`. Angels come out to provide us guidance to improve our purpose. Neither the angel nor the demon wins.

From what I read online, excessive use of the cell phone may cause cancer and potential brain tumor, just like what might have happened to Johnnie Cochran, the lawyer for O.J. Simpson.

For those with credit problems and the constant `thuggerism` brought on by collection agency, turning off the cell phone for a month is a blessing.

For those who have no family or friends contacting the owner of the cell phone, turning off the cell phone prolongs the life of the battery.

Some Filipinos would someone's attention by making a quick aerated sound through their teeth. The sound is similar to the word: "Sheet". If done loudly enough, heads will turn. If a man makes that sound to a woman, that means he finds her attractive.
