I learned that Chinese and Vietnamese are different. Both speak different language. The respect differs among Asians, i.e. Filipinos. None will change. It’s sad!

20090111-Miss Hair
I miss my long, black hair. It’s high-lighted and short now-less shedding & less work. Grandma said it’s ‘sabagai’ or flattering. It’ll grow below jaw line.

20090111-Sunny Day
Today is sunny! Maw, the parakeets & I are enjoying the heat. Dad is watching the game on T.V. I saw one chemtrail going N.E. Breakfast was brownies & my milk..

20090111-Noticing Numbers
1201 1211 0110 0511
Notice these numbers, starting with mine.
Lots of elevens, everywhere prime.
Those in the know would sing a song.
Happy Birthday! Together strong!Author’s note: I’m being weird but had thought about the significance of numerology.

20090110-Editing Weblog
Okay, I went back to WordPress.COM theme entitled: DePo Masthead by Derek Powazek/Noel Jackson and forced myself to make a compromise by eliminating the mouse (or hover) over images to two of Gustave Dore’s illustrations found on the ‘Welcome’ and ‘Home’ pages. Notice how when one read both words out loud together it sounds like someone saying: ‘Welcome Home’. Neat!
Last week, I wanted to try out different WordPress.COM themes and noticed that some themes already has ‘Home’ as part of its ‘Navigation’ bar feature. I found this annoying because I already had a perfect ‘Home’ page illustrating ‘God as a point of light’. And I didn’t want to duplicate ‘Home’ pages’ on the navigation (or top) bar.
So I tried creating a ‘Welcome’ page to figure out if I could ‘bump’ the default ‘Home’ page as the second ‘bar’ to these themes but this does no good. Now I’m stuck with two ‘Front pages’ and don’t want to eliminate either one from my pages. But there was hope. And like the lights imagery found on both illustrations, I’m satiated but for a little while until I add more details to this blog.
If it were not for my big brain scanning the deep thoughts of my small mind for the right illustration to add to the ‘Front page’, I would not have gotten this far. As a result, I edited the ‘Image Title’ to give credit to the illustrator and ‘Image Caption’ to describe the event of the illustration. I know it annoys readers to see these pages instead of ‘Recent posts’ as the ‘Front Page’ but this is my preference, much like a book with pictures in front and the text in the middle.

20090110-Get Lost
Don’t bother with me and mine. Don’t worry everything is fine. Don’t text, email, fax or call. Don’t mess around with our chain and ball. Not taking your fall..

20090110-No Wonder
A frustrated female: They will never change! And there is nothing you or I could do to change them and how they interact with people.
Now I understand this newest basic fact of life: People will never change! Never! Never! Never! This is especially true of those who continue to cling to their traditions! No wonder people — certain sensitive persons — go nuts: It’s because they are not used to being together at all times, not used to hugging, kissing and greeting each and every member of the in-laws and not used to speaking in different languages.
The loved ones will never understand due to differences, which will always be present, along with the misunderstandings, misconstruing and mistakes that cannot and will not simply go away over night. This is due to outright stubbornness to change and get along with those living in America!
I give up! Now I know that I could never go back or there anymore. It’s not going to change. It never has and never will change. After over two years, nothing changed. They will continue their trend of mistreatment, of being elitist and of forgetting where they came from — their former family units.
The only change is the mask they wear: fake smiles and plastic faces. This is just only for public to see and hear — all pretentious and pretty much pretending, that faking is only for acting. But in private, I suppose fighting almost everyday is just normal for some people, who learn to live with their differences. Go figure!

20090110-Old Ladies
An old lady knocking on the bathroom door: Lord! Open up the door! I want to see my children! I haven’t seen them in a long time!
Another old lady crying out in the middle of the hallway: I think I’m going crazy! I think I’m going crazy!
This is what happened today at the nursing home. We heard two old ladies crying out loud. It is sad. This is the fate of everyone who has no family willing and able to care for them.

20090110-Howling Sound
I wore the triangular-shaped, orgone necklace by ‘Shrimpsei’. Grandma’s right hearing aid would howl every time I’d go near her. She touched her aid each time it howled and probably out of pain.

20090109-Cellphone Interception
It appears that the ‘TBTP’ knows about the home front. I saw three text messages backdated since Monday a few minutes ago. Maybe, my cellphone is not ‘secure’..

20090109-Instrumental Music
I’m listening to piano ‘Music of Love’ by Richard Claderman on 33-record. It’s corny but easy to dance. If my fingers could stretch a full octave, I play well.
