  • 20070821-Angry People

Posts are created to share data with other readers. Some posts are long-winded; while some of one-liners. Some are light-hearted; while some are from the dark sides. For example, I’ve noticed what appear to be relentless postings about the philosophy of reality into a second forum by this newbie member (if he or she is truly ‘new’).

Out of sheer boredom and with the purpose to shake up the forum a bit with some humor and away from too much seriousness, I had to post a funny YouTube.com link: Angry German Kid – Correct Translation.

I have viewed this link several times to ease my TENSION! (No need for explanation in this area, by the way.) I felt the time came to ‘step in’ and break his thread from overwhelming the feed/web site. I love people’s minds and what they have to share. But sometimes certain individuals could get out of hand.

Anyway, I have observed the almighty but yummy administrator protecting his two puppies (or websites) from being abused by those people who have not made valid contributions conducive to the purpose of his orgonite websites. I take this as a ‘personal’ hint to leave them happy amongst themselves with their shiny, crystal sand boxes. All are welcome into his forums but only serious members need ‘apply’.

Speaking of applying, I need a job to pay down my credit card bills and remove myself from in front of my personal computer at home. Not only am I still broke by TPTB (with more horror stories later) and overweight, I have ‘maxed out’ (with pun intended) my highly opinionated views and thoughts about people and the whole wide world. This would explain not posting daily and I should change the title of my ‘website’ appropriately to ‘Flynn’s Bored’ instead of ‘Flynn’s [Daily] Blog’.

Boredom means a boring person, like me. The adventure is endless and happens to be outdoors. And with just a matter of time, stepping outside to the ‘real world’ would mean the beginning for me – the end of the old me. The truth is always ‘out there’ with people willing to collaborate based on their personal experiences and observations. Some folks are way too out there with their recreational drugs, unfortunately, and posts non-indiscriminately about ‘creative’ effects of their usages. There should be forum rules about ‘sensitive’ discussions. While I continue to burn my brain with online articles, I am not bored to find out what makes people, well, interesting.

I love when people toot their horns (or advertise) in all sorts of ways and the internet is full of characters. I too have yet to make my mark with all my stinky smelly versions of reality but have not yet ‘profited’ from being creative. I do not plan on making headlines with my website but have noticed that people do take notice on my words currently and from the past. So far, I have only one comment in response to an article about the Iraq war from my website and am too afraid to reply at the moment. My apology is to him, her or it for not replying yet.

But I am not afraid to acknowledge the ‘implied’ responses to my words from officials as observed by watching the news on cable. For example, I barely recall George Dukemejan (R) Gov. of California using my ideas via a letter I sent to him in one of his ‘presidential election’ speeches during high school. He stumbled on a few words I recognized. Also, Dianne Feinstein (D) Senator of California had fought for the wild, Mustang horses after I have wrote to her via a petition by PETA. And, yes, I am aware of Bush and company and other newsworthy events, such as the hope (with the faith and belief) of rescuing the six trapped miners in Utah after the third drilling. But in retrospect, I do no claim anything to the effects of my blogs.

So people posting are as important to me as anyone willing to hear me out or read any nonsense by me. The readers are left to their own interpretations in the end, of course. Posting online articles is better than keeping silent. It’s like training for something and not doing anything with the learned skills. I have learned how to make noise via my blogs and when to keep quiet. I have learned how to enjoy the dynamics of blogging and hopefully I am my only enemy. Am I done? No!

  • 20070711-Say Cheese!

Eating brie cheese with its ‘penicillin-like’ white covering is the next best comfort to eating dark chocolate. I have taken a liking to the pungent and salty taste quite well this week and probably due to another week or so prior to my monthly salty state.

While chewing on this pillow of foodstuff, I smile at the Geico commercials showing the green gecko lizard and the hairy caveman. At times I wonder what messages these two characters seem to portray to us viewers.

I remember one commercial with the little green one stating all they ever wanted was a home. I believe I’ve dreamt of a green, fat frog Queen in a space ship traveling in outer space and looking for a home too.

The caveman seems to be frustrated each time his intelligence is insulted. I do not know why this commercial pokes fun at cavemen but happen to enjoy the background music in the airport escalator scene nonetheless.

Here is a downloaded copy of the YouTube.com video by gmancine: 2008- Geico commercial – Caveman at the airport.

I say cheese to all cheese, including mozzarella. This stuff is good as I pull each stringy strand for snacking. Sometimes, I bite off one end which melts in my mouth quite well after a few chews of the mouth watering morsel.

Cheese of any kinds contains dairy products and I grew up around milk and dairy products. Recently I have regained the gastrointestinal strength to retain my unabsorbed nutrients much better after stopping the temporary intake of these sorts of food stuff.

I’m supposed to avoid any types of artery clogging food but the temptation to feed my ego and emotions needs to be better controlled. These cheesy products happen to appear on pizza too. Although I do not eat pizza as frequently as our normal staple food of rice, the cheesier is better.

Food tastes better with cheese and I could not do without some form of bone building calcium found in dairy products, such as milk, which taste much better with cookies and cakes. I will always smile knowing that comes cheese do contain trans fat but this is not the same as the real creamy version.

  • 20070123-Upbeat End

    ‘I will survive!’ beat
    Dancing Jesus neat
    Sandals and large feet
    Pavement of concrete
    Grooving to the beat
    Life is a sweet treat.
    Walking down a street
    A happy van greet
    Full impact defeat
    Bloody mass of meat

A poem based on an upbeat video showing an actor dancing to the tune of Gloria Gaynor’s ‘I Will Survive’ song and dressed up like a Jesus, who in the end encounters a realistic hit and run.

Addendum: Here is a YouTube.com video entitled Jesus Will Survive – Jesus Christ! The Musical | Uploaded by javierprato on Apr 14, 2007.

  • 20060722-Guitar Gods

Rock on! Guitar gods wherever you roam.
I want your autographs. Please take me home!

Burn my heart with your electronic toys.
All hail guitar gods with metallic chrome.

Make my ears bleed from your wondrous, loud noise.
Bravo guitar gods with amplified ohm.

Feed my dark soul with your heavenly joys.
Behold guitar gods from the thunder dome.

Kick start Flynn’s system from those lightning boys.
Woo! Hoo! Guitar gods dripping with sea foam.

Second attempt at combining ghazal and dark (from a groupie)…

Author’s note: Do not attempt to play electronic guitars while in water. Combined images of sweat dripping from long-haired guys and Venus, the goddess of love, rising from the sea to symbolize the resurrection of my head banging days.

Addemdum-10-02-2007: The inspiration for this poem is from a YouTube.com video entitled Pachelbel’s Canon (in D major) | Uploaded by quitar90 on December 20, 2005. The number of views so far is: 28,907,060. Rock on – dude!
