Yes. They have within their “limited” power to collect tax and penalties. The state regulatory system can do same for health as it already does for automobiles and other public services.
My concern is for the few (and there will always be those on the out shirts/fringe of society) who cannot and simply will not go along with the current “status quo.”
Some buy/got EXCELLENT health insurance, like Rachel who REFUSED to use it, got a blood glucose level of 400, suffered a massive heart attack and became a burden to the system as a recent vegetable who is now blind in BOTH eyes and eating through a feeding tube. And she like many don’t feel they need to use it. She was a nurse herself. She is 76 years old.
Some need health insurance, like me, but I cannot afford to buy this or anything, like food, clothing and shelter – all three essentials I gratefully depend on my parents for support. Their love and understanding could be compared to a big brother government with some sort of moral “compass” as a tool to “level” with people. After all, you all ARE entertaining angels watching.
ADDENDUM- 1139 AM. Once again, if people can buy unnecessary products, such as football tickets, and services, such as mani/pedicures, then these snack/meat-eaters can afford to buy health insurance. This may not be a good comparison.
In another incoming addendum, regulation only works for those who are responsible and honest enough to buy into the system. The rest could be compared to rebellious children who don’t work, don’t have health insurance and don’t see their personal/medical/natural/holistic professional.

1238. Since I have online tools to self-diagnose my health symptoms, I can visit my personal doctor as needed and pay cash. But I would like an AFFORDABLE, mandated “catastrophic” health insurance. Let the market set prices for doctor visits/services.
1234. “Mittens” can run for POTUS but he cannot hide from his health care mandate.
1229. Actuality, doctor visits should depend on the doctor, especially for patients who pay in cash for same day services rendered.
1219. Yesterday, we were talking to George and he understands that claiming insurance (earthquake, flood, fire, etc.) doesn’t always pay 100% coverage. Therefore, a nice “catastrophic” insurance might seem viable.
1201. I am still listening to the ” Constitutionality of Health Care Law” on C-SPAN. All I have to add is that I want my lemonade, not cool/government aid! But I drink both on hot summer days.
1115. What should be regulated are the common health services, such as blood pressure checks, doctors visits, generic drugs, etc. Also, regulate how hospitals (especially through Medicare and pals), health facilities in religious and public settings are overcharging the government system.
1046. Since I refuse to purchase health insurance, I use my checkbook to pay for each doctor visit and other health services. Even if I failed to be a millionaire in my own RIGHT, and per a black guy calling C-SPAN prior to the argument broadcast this morning an hour ago or so, the money/cash/out-of-pocket will go away/drain out eventually without some sort of supplement.

You don’t have to buy it and may choose not to buy car and by virtue of bring born should not force free wo/men/children to but health insurance. Imposing Congress power differs where state have general police power of enforcing laws.
0924. Instead of mandated law, provide AFFORDABLE healthcare per Donald Verrilli and Maw, to those who are laid off from work. Personally, paying $500 per month for COBRA was TOO expensive.
0922. We got a call from CVS. We called and spoke with the pharmacist, who put us on hold and then a second pharmacist took our call. She said that was a “reminder call” for pick-up of a prescription drug that we and THEY have no clue about! We wonder if CVS will charge the insurance without our knowledge or authorization.
0921. If paying monthly for health coverage and all of the sudden you fire, what happens to the money after you die? Perhaps the money could go to funeral/burial/cremation, instead of recycling back into three system. Look what happened to the Social Security funds, which was borrowed and fine.

1703. Started to rain. Saw droplets upon cement and half way the length of the sliding back door.
1009. At 0848, saw black guy on cellphone get into driver side of white van of Hostetter, at 0840, followed car with 411, at 0838, followed car with 033, at 0835 saw driver get into San Jose water white van on MY long stretch of road.
0927. At 0955, Paul’s Tree Company talked with us about the eucalyptus tree. He is an elderly, 71 year old man and will be handsomely paid for being VERY nice to us.
0723. “National Security Summit Seoul 2012”, capable of microphone goof for worlds leaders then eves dropping can go wrong for privacy of citizens/subjects.

1407. Is free speech dying in America? Yup. But the increase of offensive, coarse language is on the rise and there is nothing that could be done to stop these “entities”. Ba ha ha!
1404. The recent death of the Florida teenager was unfortunate but you all are bring played racially by social engineers to find out if you all will kill each other some more. Ba ha ha!
13:38. Maw mentioned what the old white woman, Irene, told to her. Irene has a $300,000 hospital bill, which she appealed to pay at $25 per month. Her Japanese husband got sick and hospitalized. He didn’t have health care insurance and did NOT qualify for any assistance through VMC. She has a health insurance worth $800 per month.
1230. We arrived home from the H&R Block inside Sears. Sitting on the slanted cement slab holding the Montgomery chain link fence was a skinny “Hispanic-looking” guy, who was talking on a cellphone. He had a canvas bag slung over his shoulder for delivering stuff door-to-door.
1050. While walking slowly on the lower levels where the optical shop is located in Sears (Eastridge), and intercom announcement started at 1048: “Marianne, please call 144. Marianne, please call 144.” Notice the double-digit number, a familiar Biblical reference.

1823. “Mittens” won again and is speeching in Schaumberg, Illinois, a familiar place, of course, not that it matters but it makes me wonder…
1816. At 1730, the once-eyed monster and the divorced nutter left southbound on MY long stretch of road in the white Honda CR-V.
After shopping at the DeCA this morning and after leaving the grocery to the twosome, the parakeets got their long-awaited, bath on the First Day of Spring; while chemtrails were being formed in the distance.
More chemtrails continued this afternoon while Maw plucked my gray hairs. The divorced nutter made noise on her backyard and a nice low flying plane buzzed over head to signal to me that the network is watching her and that one-eyed monster and his blue-eyed mother. Yeyo the eldest parakeet smelled the worse and she got sprayed really good with the garden hose.
1812. Yesterday, we bought slightly over eight pounds of bananas at $.39 per pound in Save Mart. The first change was $6.44 and the second change was $1.44. We also followed home a car with a license plays number ending in “999,” the up side down version of “666”, a Satanic number. Today as with other days were many more double to triple-digit numbers.
1709. Third day mom use right arm to sweep leaves of backyard after I used the “walis” and after she pulled my gray hairs earlier this afternoon. The first day, two days ago, she forgot her surgery until she felt pain after she wiped down the stove. Yesterday, the second was when she was mashing her sprouting/cooked potato spud.
After Saturday evening’s mass, we greeted/met Sonia and Alex, who was still in his sling! That’s over one and one-half months since his surgery and physical therapy. We suspect he is claiming unused/disability. I helped him drape over his jacket but didn’t give the right sleeve fast enough.
1026. While waiting in the doctors’ office, Maw mentioned her phone conversation with Julie who told of her “eye leakage” in the left eye. The eye doctor phoned her personal doctor and told her that her appointment was the same afternoon (long ago). Her personal doctor found her right kidney was damaged due to untreated high blood pressure/hypertension for two years, even though she got prescription medications. Somehow main-stream medicine would have worked for her, even though she tried to “treat” herself through diets, exercises and supplements via books.
Then Maw and I saw a news segment on CNN about yellow dust/pollen in Atlanta and a either was blowing the streets without a today mask! Without a doubt, chemtrails nasty have been sprayed on the showing plants, and so the tainted pollens are inhaled by people, causing “allergic symptom”.
0730. Yesterday, Fred was waiting for Maw and he patted her left shoulder with his right hand. I waved at him but he didn’t smile or acknowledge me and he managed to get behind me after I unsuccessfully blocked him from her. I want to punch his face in!
Then the three of us were intercepted by Emmer and Myrna, who came out to greet us at the parish parking lot in the hopes of finding more of what happened to Father Jon and why he was transferred/rotated to another place/parish.
To the freaks at our local parish, back off! You psychos should ask the ushers, such as Carlos or “Binh”, who wouldn’t disclose the data this morning after Fred ask him about the protest. We have nothing to do with your crap!
You fuchs are the ones approaching us, including that droopy-eyed Poi who wouldn’t stop bragging, including the tax forms for international filing like her sister. “Bihn” then told a story about Pope John Paul II who died. He suggested to give away money because we can’t taker it to the grave. I then mumbled under my breath that Poi should pay back the free meals from Rachel. Friggin psychos! I’m going to punch your faces in!
0723. At 0721, I should study my atomic clock, which I saw backwards from the dresser mirror and while I dressed for this morning’s mass. I saw symbols of runes and maybe the time of the “dooms day”.
