For the past two hours or so and while the wispy clouds were over our house and in the Bay Area, I would close my eyes in thanks and gratitude and see the flashburn of the sunshine and my hands cradling the red spot in two white wings. Most of these prayerful thoughts of boosting positively would last about five to six seconds. And after doing this experiment, I waited for my third eye chakra to dim out and that was about twelve seconds. But this timing was due to my inner dialogue to my self and how it didn’t matter if this eye-closing experiment lasted a few second or more. And I had to open my eyes after twelve seconds. I felt relaxed and peaceful throughout this experiment.

Sometimes you can make a topic appear out of nothing at all. Do the following.
- Make sure you are somewhere safe.
- Guess how long you can keep your eyes closed.
- Close your eyes.
- Start counting.
- See how long you can go.
- How close your guess was to your actual performance.
- What thoughts did your mind wander to while you were counting?
- Did you feel any fear? Why or why not?
